  1. I absolutely believe they can. Intention, focus, reprogramming the subconscious mind etc etc... all of these things can help you achieve your goals, even if they’re the “non spiritual”, money and fun life kinda goals (which ultimately can be seen to not be as desirable as awakening, liberation, emotional mastery, etc). Even conservatively, reprogramming your subconscious mind will drive results as 95%+ of your daily actions are driven subconsciously. Nothing metaphysical or woo woo about that, but going deep and understanding that you are everything and your reality is a mirror reflection of you.... that can be incredibly powerful. You might come across more synchronicities as you dive deeper into changing your state of being for the better. You might have more instant resolution of karma. Knowing more and more that you are an infinite, eternal being and cannot be harmed, that frees you up more and more to not take things seriously and be able to play more in life. You might really like Reality Transurfing, it’s a lot of reading material but the books are great and there are resources online to learn about it.
  2. This very well may have been asked already, but why do we identify with our particular egos? Why am I (seemingly) me rather than someone or something else? Karma? Infinite free will and this is what was chosen?
  3. The most perfect song to breathe to
  4. 1st half of this is music at its finest. I've had CEVS listening without psychedelics
  5. Listening to this on AL-LAD is one of the best times I've ever had . 2nd track is great but least psychedlic imo, the rest made my world wavy af. I was cracking up hard
  6. You might like Bernardo Kastrup's works. Goes deep into metaphysics and the nature of reality. Strong arguments against materialism, etc.
  7. I'm not offering help but asking for it. This video flew a bit over my head. Being 4 hours long, I'd imagine it's a very important concept and yet when working with it (admittedly quite briefly), it doesn't really seem to have any impact on me. Unlike the other videos, which often leave me feeling a lot more wise and seeing reality differently. Just one example, the video on perception... I noticed a huge shift just listening and considering all experience as external. And this counter-intuitive video has me inspired af. But with sameness vs difference... what's the big deal (cue the "IT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT CONCEPT THERE IS!!! REALITY IS MADE OF DISTINCTIONS!!!" freak out)... I mean, I can look at two pens, maybe one red and one blue and yeah... they have differences and similarities. I know/understand/believe that ultimately everything is relative, and in a way I am generating these differences. I've even in a way experienced this before, all distinctions collapsing. But in that moment... it's just two pens with some similarities and some differences. What's been more beneficial for me is to just let go and appreciate the raw existence and experience and presence of a pen. Or maybe getting out of my head and being the pen. So what's the big deal with this? I mean, everything is the same in that everything is different from everything else. And for something to be the exact same as something else, it has to literally be that thing itself. And reality is made up of all possible (and impossible?) differences that can be perceived of from an infinite singularity of nothingness. So that's kinda cool.... What can I do to grok this more and have some direct experience? Any hints as to a path to go down in contemplating "What is sameness and what is difference"? (Tbf I've spent maybe 10 minutes total on this). Maybe I should rephrase it as "what is a distinction"? Is this just me and everyone else was like wow this changes everything when watching this video, or what?
  8. Yes and try to be mindful at all times
  9. Not caring gives you the best results breathing less oxygenates you more there is an infinite number of sets “larger” than infinity You generate your emotions, external circumstances don’t all dualities are illusory Everything is relative
  10. No hard set rules but completely limit stimulation. No tv, music, reading, stimulants, socializing, phone etc etc. Don't have to do just do nothing meditation, any and all techniques and spiritual practices could be beneficial. This has been a dream of mine for a long time. 10 days is a bit impractical for me at the moment but no reason I couldn’t take a few days off around a weekend some time
  11. No doubt about it. Exercise, meditation, practicing gratitude, etc etc. All of these things have been shown to release feel good neurotransmitters.
  12. Hm and I’d bet that same neuro physicist believes that the brain machine in his head is capable of creativity. I wouldn’t be very quick to call something impossible to achieve. It used to seem perfectly reasonable to believe that heavier than air flying machines were impossible (lol at Lord Kelvin) but now we’ve flown to the moon and back no prob and are just getting started.
  13. For me, all bets are off the table as to what Reality is capable of. Who/what is to say it can’t do this or that? Plus we have such incredibly limited perspectives, even if we include what we think we know about the 14 billion year history of this universe. For all we know, anything is possible. Plus, we can’t use rationality to prove rationality so that immediately makes it suspect.
  14. New track up, check it out!! Guaranteed feels. They may be disgust and hatred but sometimes those can feel pretty good too
  15. New track up on YouTube... check it out and enjoy!! : - D
  16. For me, the two biggest questions I’ve probably always been most fascinated by are: how is there something rather than nothing? Shouldn’t there be absolute nothingness? Where is all this energy and existence coming from? how am I me rather than someone / something else? It seems just as possible that I could have been any other life form, or simply not have existed.
  17. From the ego’s viewpoint: you will not be reborn as anyone else. From the soul’s perspective: you have been and will be everyone that is required for you to learn the lessons of unity and unconditional love, etc. * From God’s perspective: you already are everyone else. Additionally, as far as we know no one has assumed the role as Hitler but where he continued pursuing painting instead of fascism. Or where he ate cereal for breakfast one morning instead of toast*. Maybe that’ll be you *strong speculation
  18. Dallas af. Would love to attend one of these!!
  19. Check out my YouTube channel for some cool electronic music! More to come : - D
  20. True. Really, there isn’t even one electron. Electrons are just mental constructs used to model patterns and regularities. Really, there is no such thing as a thing. Only Nothingness and its infinite possibilities, relationships, distinctions.
  21. The one electron universe is sick to think about, and can be generalized to all atomic and subatomic particles (I think). The odd thing about these “tiny” particles is that unlike rocks or billiard balls, they all seem to be exactly identical (other than the space and time they are located, and some quantum descriptions). Every electron, as far as we know, is a perfect copy of every other electron (the same is true about every proton, quark, gluon, etc). This is totally unlike our human experience where no two things are perfectly identical. (It’s also one argument for why reality is virtual). The general consensus among physicists is that this is simply an interesting, yet untrue, idea. However, it proved to be an extremely useful way of thinking about things, as it helped Richard Feynman come up with his famous Feynman Diagrams by viewing anti-matter as matter traveling back in time (like how the one electron is a positron when traveling back in time). The Feynman Diagram’s simplified the extremely rigorous calculations needed to calculate Path Integrals (which are fucking insane). These Path Integrals basically treat a particle moving from point A to point B (or performing any action), as the particle traveling every possible path from point A to point B, of which there are... wait for it... INFINITELY MANY. It shatters preconceived classical notions of a particle simply moving from here to there... nope, particles go from here to there and they go from here to the other edge of the universe and loop de loop back and hit up the club and then go there, and everything else it could possibly do, all at the same time. Here’s another sick video on the one electron universe: This channel is fascinating. It’s completely mainstream, conservative physics. And yet it is completely mind-blowing and shatters our common sense views of reality.
  22. Gödel's Incompleteness Theorem is a really convincing argument of the limits of rationality. Also it makes no rational sense to me that there is something rather than nothing. It would seem to me that there should be nothing, and yet here we are. Also it makes no rational sense to me that I'm me rather than someone else. And yet here I am. Also we don't actually make any purely rational decisions... we are driven by our emotions. Rationality relies on unproven axioms. How do we know we are being rationally rational. Rationality is a human mental construct. How do we know that we are indeed being "truly, universally rational". And how do we know that Reality is rational? (it isn't). For all we know there are aspects of reality we are entirely blind to that we would see as completely irrational. Maybe that's why we're blind to them. Art.
