  1. @glebo_o It's interesting you mention that. I practiced today moving that burning sensation from my crotch upwards and was able to move it to my heart when thinking about loved ones, I am completely blown away.
  2. @Aiwass Interesting, ill have to give some of these yogic practices a try. My issue with this abstinence is creating so sort of intimacy or circulation of the intense energy in the lower chakras without ejaculation, or else I become very tense. Even looking at exaggerated sexual imagery leaves an imprint in my mind for a couple days and throws off the equilibrium. Casual ejaculation definitely has some noticeable negative physiological and mental/emotional effects; at least in my experience. I remember in my early 20's I used to smoke a sativa and listen to blissful music out in nature. This experience gave me no desire to masturbate or have sex and led me to have very profound open heart experiences. I wonder if that sexual energy that built up was just naturally circulating through the body at that point.
  3. Interesting thing to mention here about edging. I had almost relapsed the other day but was instead able to just edge which I believe made the situation worse. I developed physiological feelings of negative tension like insecurity and anxiety in my body afterwards. There was soreness as well but it has subsided the day after. I'm certain going to the gym will stabilize this issue. I'm not sure what this does energetically when edging, but it definitely isn't good. Is the practice of raising the energy from your balls up your body through your spine a difficult process?
  4. @Leo Gura @WelcometoRealityHe clearly exhibits symptoms of ASPD but when I think of sociopathy you usually feel a lack of substance with such an individual; at least in my experience. I mean ASPD is probably the most illusive personality disorder and is difficult to pinpoint at times, especially when the person is high functioning.
  5. Andrew Tate is not a sociopath, chill. He's demonstrated sympathetic reactions to certain topics and has solid interpersonal conversations with people.
  6. Some of the benefits mentioned here such as higher intuition, confidence and having a sharper mind is too real. The temptation for porn after four to five days feels awful though. The problem in my case is that I've saved so many porn pics on my ipad and computer that its made the process that much harder
  7. Terrible idea. This would not only increase inflammation in your body but your blood sugar would be all out of wack. Steve Job's pancreatic cancer became aggressively worse due to this diet.
  8. If anyone knows of any clean whey or plant protein supplement brands they could mention that would be extremely helpful. I have been using Garden of Life most recently.
  9. @Carl-Richard That's extremely upsetting. Hopefully this shifts in the future.
  10. Why are so many people Disorganized/Fearful-Avoidant? I got this attachment style also.
  11. I love some of these meal plans on here. I try to go for lean meats with less fat like turkey and chicken. Then implement high protein pancakes, 25g protein yogurt, egg whites, tofu, and finish the day with an anabolic icecream that has protein powder and peanut butter powder.
  12. Something worth mentioning is that most of the produce from central and south America is sprayed with herbicides and pesticides that have been banned in the U.S.
  13. @Tyler Robinson I cant tell if your a dude or not but if you are you want to start on finasteride to lower the DHT count in your body, and pair it with minoxidil to stimulate hair growth.
  14. Hey I really appreciate this info you provided as I have been struggling with the same exact issues in my close relationships with woman. Trying to maintain the confident masculine frame around them all the time is exhausting, and when it slips it sends them signals. I honestly think your on an excellent path with the book and therapy seasons you just mentioned. I downloaded the book as well as it looks very promising. So far from what I have been practicing is a meditation of letting go and by that I mean letting go of little things and eventually letting go of bigger things i.e. connections, self, ect. I feel that letting go of something you care about or love is an extremely important practice for everyone to implement. Maybe also ponder the spiritual fact that no one ever truly leaves you, and especially the ones you truly care for. My father passed away from head and neck cancer two years ago and I always feel that he is there within my experience.
  15. Are you referring to kundalini awakening when you mention sexual transmutation?
  16. I'm sure this topic has most likely been brought up before but I havent seen a thread talking about Actualized.org members trying to meetup to practice pickup at malls for example. If anyone has any input or information that can help with meeting others who are into practicing pickup together that would be extremely helpful. For added info I live in Orlando, FL and am curious if anyone else here is also, and if they would be interested to go out and practice pickup.
  17. I don't even believe a good handful of the populous (including patients on SSRI's themselves) even realize the detriment that these serotonin/dopamine re-uptake inhibitors can cause for individuals who really aren't in dire chemical imbalances for most of their lives. Majority of psychiatrists make an educated guess and basically just experiment around with these medications hoping that some combination lands and works, which could be dangerous but makes sense in the field i suppose. I remember going through a major depressive episode in my late teens and being prescribed and trying different SSRI's and experiencing some heavy tremors, and awful sensory experiences while it was messing with my nervous system. Since then I have been moving towards alternative medicine and natural diet which has basically brought me back to a state of equilibrium and well-being; while the effects had astonished me, the fact that only so few know about natural healing and it's abilities floored me. I look back and notice how the situation had been made worse by the pharmaceuticals and how it basically numbed my emotions and nervous system while putting a band-aid over the deeper issue at hand. It really does seem like the fields of psychology and psychiatry are full of a lot of quackery. Even after having an interest in studying in parts of clinical psychology, there methods of analysis and treatment does have some very noticeable flaws.
  18. This is a bit of an odd post but i thought it might be interesting to take a look at. Here are a few gloves i had textured onto the source engine; not the most high conscious form of art (since you can notice the fps style of the game) but its something i guess. The bloom is absolutely absurd but hey, eye candy is a driving force.

  20. I have found that some of these new hip hop/jazz producers that are inspired by Nujabes, J-Dilla, and Fat Jon can create some truly exquisite sound samples. Here are a few blissful bits that some of you will hopefully enjoy. Nitsua - Lost in Translation Re:plus - White Avenue Breezewax - Halo Robert De Boron - Rainbow Trees
