  1. @trenton I am sorry to hear about the suffering that this condition creates for you. I've noticed with certain friends in the past who were on the spectrum that it was very hard for them to connect interpersonally and I saw this suffering first hand. I am curious as to whether you have tried or considered the heavy metal chelation process that Leo has mentioned in his videos as a way to see if this can greatly improve your symptoms. I have also seen clinical study's done of fecal transplantation having a noticeable effect on reducing symptoms of autism in individuals. There definitely is some mind/gut connection issue with some of these disorders also.
  2. I heavily recommend you to eat meat. Just meat that is free from antibiotics and steroids and is organic if possible; also with eggs.
  3. Right ok I see what your saying. The map can only take you so far, that makes sense.
  4. @Razard86 Very cool, thankyou. @Carl-Richard What I would be concerned about with what your doing without following instruction is having the right tools or know-how when you come across unexpected experiences that you must process and how to process them in a proper manner without screwing yourself up or becoming less relatable to people; if that makes any sense.
  5. I used to disagree on this but maybe sports contribute some form of benefit to society? I'm not completely sure. I believed a life purpose involved reaching down deep inside yourself and pulling out creative value that you can contribute to society; essentially being a part of creation by creating and innovating.
  6. Hands down to best universal diet for everyone is an anti-inflammatory diet, and yes like Jannes mentioned above it comes down to your genetics. Especially if you have any autoimmune issues, then you might have to get creative with what works for you but generally speaking you want to limit the amount of inflammation in your body as much as possible with organic clean foods, reduced simple carbs and lots of veggies.
  7. Any advice someone can give on balancing and opening up your solar plexus through certain yogic poses or meditations?
  8. Good point, so far im almost entirely on an anti-inflammatory diet. I just feel like there's something more going on here.
  9. I am curious if anyone is on a gut microbiome supplement regiment and if they would be willing to share what products they use and any benefits they experience. I have been using "ION* Intelligence of Nature Gut Support" and have noticed increase alertness and a greater sense of wellbeing and relaxation in my body after a couple weeks.
  10. This is golden right here, having a fear of opening yourself up to compassion. I have noticed in my own experience that you can develop compassion for almost every situation with the right perspective and lack of resistance for said situation. Most of the time when i see people react to a depressing situation its with judgement, ignorance and denial; as an hypersensitive individual you can gain a higher perspective and see both sides of a situation with compassion. Its unfortunate most people are not aware of this.
  11. I appreciate the info and i'll look further into that here. I mainly brought this topic up because I've had tremendous success with pre and pro biotic supplements in the past with reducing my anxiety, adhd, and other cognitive neurosis. There definitely is some degree of a mind/gut connection that is still be researched into from what I understand. I honestly think having a healthy gut has more of an impact on the mind than people realize; could just be for hypersensitive people though honestly.
  12. Interesting, never heard of it before. Ill check it out, thankyou
  13. @UpperMaster I see what your saying. I don't really think its as much of a lack of empathy as it is more of a deep seated anger that he has towards woman.
  14. Fluorescent light bulbs and blue light give me ocular migraines; its awful. I think fluoride toothpaste isn't bad, it helps to reinforce the strength of your teeth and prevent plague from forming, idk what the alterative would be.
  15. Im in Orlando also. If you want to exchange contacts im down.
  16. @mr_engineer Having sex with your friends. Even better.
  17. @Hardkill It does feel like that at times. Even some of the sports clubs I've attended are not the most social and a lot of kids in their early twenty's nowadays are very antisocial. I've had to gradually open some of them up and introduce others into the conversation in order to get people talking and connecting whether that be a class, club, an event ect. Cold approaching on campus is probably your best bet with what your looking for; big social groups can make it more complicated.
  18. @glebo_o It's interesting you mention that. I practiced today moving that burning sensation from my crotch upwards and was able to move it to my heart when thinking about loved ones, I am completely blown away.
  19. @Aiwass Interesting, ill have to give some of these yogic practices a try. My issue with this abstinence is creating so sort of intimacy or circulation of the intense energy in the lower chakras without ejaculation, or else I become very tense. Even looking at exaggerated sexual imagery leaves an imprint in my mind for a couple days and throws off the equilibrium. Casual ejaculation definitely has some noticeable negative physiological and mental/emotional effects; at least in my experience. I remember in my early 20's I used to smoke a sativa and listen to blissful music out in nature. This experience gave me no desire to masturbate or have sex and led me to have very profound open heart experiences. I wonder if that sexual energy that built up was just naturally circulating through the body at that point.
  20. Interesting thing to mention here about edging. I had almost relapsed the other day but was instead able to just edge which I believe made the situation worse. I developed physiological feelings of negative tension like insecurity and anxiety in my body afterwards. There was soreness as well but it has subsided the day after. I'm certain going to the gym will stabilize this issue. I'm not sure what this does energetically when edging, but it definitely isn't good. Is the practice of raising the energy from your balls up your body through your spine a difficult process?
  21. @Leo Gura @WelcometoRealityHe clearly exhibits symptoms of ASPD but when I think of sociopathy you usually feel a lack of substance with such an individual; at least in my experience. I mean ASPD is probably the most illusive personality disorder and is difficult to pinpoint at times, especially when the person is high functioning.
  22. Andrew Tate is not a sociopath, chill. He's demonstrated sympathetic reactions to certain topics and has solid interpersonal conversations with people.
  23. Some of the benefits mentioned here such as higher intuition, confidence and having a sharper mind is too real. The temptation for porn after four to five days feels awful though. The problem in my case is that I've saved so many porn pics on my ipad and computer that its made the process that much harder
