  1. @NoSelfSelf and unfortunately with the rising in awareness it feels like the responsibility of being a human being just seems to increase more and more
  2. Very interesting, I'll have to contemplate on that. God could you image if societies functioned in this way how different everything would be.
  3. How would productivity and motivation be consistent with a lack of need though. You would be operating from a place of neutral energy while being detached. Where is the excitement?
  4. Its all good man I appreciate the info you provided here. There's enough stuff in this thread for me to practice with for a while.
  5. Alright I'm just curious on that. Maybe ill try to shoot for three weeks, but dam...
  6. Why three weeks? I hear at the seven day your testosterone is at its absolute high and that every day afterwards your body starts to recycle the semen.
  7. @vindicated erudite Prostate stimulation isn't a bad idea. @Salvijus Become initiated by..?
  8. @Daoguy Thank you for the explanation, I'm going to start implementing that into my practice here. There's no way I'm a natural, i just experimented with some things and got lucky.
  9. @Daoguy Excellent detailed information, thankyou. I want to know what you mean by a power lock though, that part I dont understand. I felt you made an excellent point when mentioning warming yourself and removing tension before sex; I've noticed when I take my focus away from personal pleasure indulgence that it helps create that window for the energy to move up; thats so fascinating.
  10. I mean honestly it could be a form of experience and practice that you can get sooner than with prettier girls if you have no game. I don't see too much harm in it.
  11. This thread just got real interesting
  12. @BlessedLion Yeah its really is a discipline to not aim for the end result but hold it in. @tezk I really like Deida's work, ill have to check that out.
  13. Your absolutely fucking right they can.
  14. This is fucking gold and so easy to forget.
  15. Thats not great for your knees.
  16. Vegetables are very important when it comes to reducing inflammation and oxidative stress in the body; as well as receiving certain nutrients and mineral requirements. Essentially vegetables are crucial when it comes down to fighting off diseases and cancers in the long run. Of course not all vegetables are the same so its worth doing a little research. For example kale has far more benefits than lettuce ect. I try to blend a cup of kale with a meal powder, blueberry's, and walnuts every day.
  17. Bulgarian split squat with dumbbells', hands down.
  18. Your not wrong, organic meat can be pretty expensive; organic eggs doesn't have to be. I have to look into this more also.
  19. Yeah i don't blame you it does seem intimidating and it is probably best to do when you are able to take a break from work/school. Especially the alphalipoic acid part; I felt like my head was flushing or something when i took that.
  20. @trenton I am sorry to hear about the suffering that this condition creates for you. I've noticed with certain friends in the past who were on the spectrum that it was very hard for them to connect interpersonally and I saw this suffering first hand. I am curious as to whether you have tried or considered the heavy metal chelation process that Leo has mentioned in his videos as a way to see if this can greatly improve your symptoms. I have also seen clinical study's done of fecal transplantation having a noticeable effect on reducing symptoms of autism in individuals. There definitely is some mind/gut connection issue with some of these disorders also.
  21. I heavily recommend you to eat meat. Just meat that is free from antibiotics and steroids and is organic if possible; also with eggs.
  22. Right ok I see what your saying. The map can only take you so far, that makes sense.
  23. @Razard86 Very cool, thankyou. @Carl-Richard What I would be concerned about with what your doing without following instruction is having the right tools or know-how when you come across unexpected experiences that you must process and how to process them in a proper manner without screwing yourself up or becoming less relatable to people; if that makes any sense.
