Hey there. Iam 19 years old . New to personal development.i wanted to start my journey with building positive habits like meditation, excercise, reading and eating well etc.. I think it would be better if I start with one habit at a time instead of going all out. Since most of changes are habits. iam looking for tips and book recommendations to help build positive habits as well as things I'll need to work on along the way like will power,decepline, procrastination etc.. any help is appreciated ☺✌
