@Leo Gura @Consilience @Carl-Richard Peter Ralson's recent, in-depth answer on the topic states vs direct consciousness (from his recent August newsletter). -
In his recent newsletter, Peter Ralston makes a definite statement about psychedelics (see screenshot). Thoughts? Cheng Hsin Newsletter.pdf

@Consilience Where does your whole take on karma stem from? Can you elaborate on your theory about karma bit more? How do you know it's true? For example, out of body wizard Tom Cambell says that Karma is a consequence of the evolution of consciousness. You have to evolve, as you are being part of the whole consciousness that is evolving. You have to do that by your own choices. You have to outgrow you fears, negative emotions and believes, basically your ego. If you don’t, you don’t ‘graduate’ and move forward and therefore will be faced with the same challenges over and over again until you learn your lesson. He also talks about how there is no ‘done’ place for you. He particularly talks about how he visited reality frames, where many enlightened consciousnesses went, after they were ‘done’. After a while, they started deevolving again and so had to start evolving further and find new ways to serve and help other consciousnesses to evolve. Escaping the cycle of suffering is the wrong reason to want to become love, e.g. “I want to become love because I want to get out of here” is equal to “I want to become love because I’m self-centered”. It is all about self. He advocates the view, that if you grow up, you want to come back to this messy place full of suffering because you naturally will want help people, because helping other is not viewed as a burden but comes as a result of the unconditional love you have grown into. Helping people and help them grow is what makes you happy, is your joy. It's what a mature consciousness tends to do/want, rather than to escape the cycle. See below (8 min)

He further writes: "I don't know what you have been experiencing, and I wouldn't take it too seriously. It is what you become conscious of, that you weren't conscious of before, that counts. States you go through and visons you have, may be fun or help you open your mind or drop assumptions you previously just took for granted. But don't get bogged down in what may become something like taking psychedelics. They might be interesting or even mind-blowing, but they don't increase consciousness. In other words, when all is said and done after these experiences, what do you know about reality first-hand that you didn't previously, having nothing to do with the phenomenon or perceptive-experience that has past and is now only a memory? If you really don't know the nature of something through direct experience, and just have a conclusion or memory of some state, this isn't an increase in consciousness— any more than eating a great breakfast increasing consciousness (just your waistline)."

@Synchronicity When Infinity is locked in into one bubble, does it simultaneously experience other bubbles, or only after it 'ends' the experience of a single bubble and 'starts' the experience of multiple bubbles? -

@Inliytened1 @Leo Gura In other videos, Bashar explains a bit more the way reality works. From the Q&A form the video "Archetypes of God". Questioner asking about his deceased mother. Questioner: "Since we're continuously creating our experience of others out of different distinct parallel reality versions of them, who was I in relatioship with and which version of her will I be connected with in spirit?" Bashar: "A different version, a greater Self. More of who she actually is, as a reflection of the infinite. Whatever it is you need, is what you will connect to in her." Questioner: "I'm wondering if she is real in and of herself?" Bashar: "Yes, of course she is. That doesn't mean, you are not creating your version of her." Questioner: "So if she has her own reality, how can it be that there are some where she doesn't do this, and some where she does do this?" Bashar: "Because you are talking about a much higher version of the being, which can experience many different things simoultaneously. Right now, you're focused on what you understand as the spirit individual representing your mother. That's the level we're addressing now. But on a much greater level, remembering that you are all All That Is, you can experience everything and anything simultaneously. Just depends on what level of the consciousness you're referring to, whe you talk about forming a relationship with it." Questioner: "If she does have her own experience, she is not just a character on my screen?" Bashar: No, you didn't make her up. The idea is that everyone is a fundemal existing being, but you still create your version as an interface to relate to. It's like saying, you understand when you have a telephone conversation with a friend, you're not actually hearing their real voice. You're hearing a recreation electronically, that sounds like them, but they have their own voice. It's just converted into electronic signals, that are reconstituted into audio signals at your end. So, it's like that. You're creating your version that you can relate to, even though she has her own reality, just as she creates her version of you, even though you have your own reality. Just like the telephone recreates the voice, that isn't the original voice, but it's representative of something that is real." Questioner: "So my whole life, I've been recreating her out of many possible variants, to create the experience I needed of her?" Bashar: "Yes, exactly. As she has done with you." -

@Leo Gura Yeah, Rupert seemed to get a bit upset about the 'only me' aspect and clearly dismissed this notion, that I'm the only existing being imagining everyone else. I think he referred to the small self here though (ego). On the other hand, he agreed that infinity is the only one being, that experiences itself as infinite finite minds. -

@Leo Gura The last 2-3 min of the audio were the most important. I'm paraphrasing: Me: "Is God experiencing all bubbles of consciousness simultaneously outside/beyond my bubble of consciousness?" Rupert: "Yes, you as consciousness are looking simultaneously through the lenses of all finite minds." -

Tom visited the transition realities between this life and the next. He explains nicely how consciousness reincarnates. -
How about interviewing Bashar then and asking him all the unanswered questions you still hold, e.g. why it's not possible to just alther reality through your imagination, although you are God.

I share the same goal, bulding a stage yellow/turquoise community in Europe. At the moment, I am visiting other communities to inquire, how they set the project initially off in the past and what challenges they were facing. 3 month ago, I went to the Sat Yoga Ashram and sat down with Shunyamurti himself and asked him for his advice about community building. What he said was along the lines what @Leo Gura and @flume said: He said that from all people, you as the founder, must be rooted in God consciousness, upholding the highest level of integrity (Dharma) for the community. In order to function as a selfless vehicle for Truth, you need to be operating from a state of consciousness that is not obscured by your own ego, your selfish drives and motives and that is neither prone to the temptations life will present, nor to the devilry of other egos. Reason being, that the thing that breaks communities apart are always interrelational conflicts (ego games). You need to be aligning the members of the community to a shared vision, shared goals, act as a selfless role model that functions as an ethical compass, rooted in Truth and in Unconditional Love. And even then, there is no guarantee that your community will survive the powerfull ego games, that slowly erode communal structures from within. Shunya's wife told me, that community building is hell, and that if it wasn't for Shunya patience in regards to all the ego devilry they were facing, the community would have failed long time ago. The best advice is to go visit many other communities, that resonate with your vision and your core values, and see if you still like community building after having experienced these places first hand. Apart from the lessons you learn there, these place serve as good templates for the things you will want to copy and incorporate in your community and for the things you will want to create differently. It will definitely save you a lot of time and struggle and you might even find like-minded people that share your vision and join your cause. Also, be assured, any shadows that lurk in your closet (childhood traumas, family issues etc.), and anything you haven't mastered in your current life (leadership, finances, relationships, communication, health, etc. etc.) will come flying at you the moment you are dealing with other egos in a community based setting. By going to the Sat Yoga ashram, I learned a lot about myself and the reality of bulding and especially keeping a healthy community. Just by observing, I understood pretty quickly what works for them and what doesn't, when that many people share their survival needs in a coordinated manner. I learned where I need to adjust my fairy tale spiritual community expectations to the reality of gargantuan task that is at hand. Attached two good essay's by Shunya, that talk along the lines of conscious community buidling. The Creation of an Ashram.pdf Shunya Essay.pdf

I haven't Hashimoto diagnosed yet, but am struggling with energy levels in the morning since quite a while, especially after having my first meal. it did also get worse since the last year or so (I am 33 now). I have experiemtend with plently of food strategies, but so far didn't get the results I was hoping for. @Leo Gura maybe you could share what works for you in the morning, so I/we could learn from your insights. Thx ?

Your trip reports are way too underrated imo, thx for sharing. The unlimitedness you are talking about goes a bit into the direction of what @Synchronicity is talking about, there being 'layers' beyond absolute infinity. -
@Michael569 Thx for the detailed explanation, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) has a very similar approach, where eating warm meals in the morning, including quality essential carbs, proteins, fats and minerals is supposed to strenghten the the organ function and improve energy levels throughout the day and seasons. A year ago, compared to other eating styles, this nutrition style did work very well for me. I am a very athletic guy, who is physically active and also needs to meet his macros on a day to day base, fasting was rather left for lay days, where total energy expediture was low. It happens only a year ago, that a significant fatigue creeped into my life stlye, especially in the morning it become much more difficult to get up and going. And although a natural decrease in energy levels is to be expected in your 30's, for me it feels like something is off and my body is too energy depleted for the relatively (very) healthy life style I am having. Blood testing only showed that iron was a bit on the low side, but even with sufficient natural and artifical supplementation, the main issue of energy fatigue in the morning didn't get resolved. Before doing more blood testing and other work done, in order to figure where the energy loss come from, I thought it would be nice to further experiment with food, as this seems to me to be the biggest contributing factor on a day to day base that can be adjusted. Hence I was interested in Leo's breakfast routine, to try some of that stuff out and see if it also works for me. Anybody in the forum who's also struggeling with Hashimoto or energy fatigue in the morning and who has found good solution's, is welcome to share their method
