So I saw Leo's latest vid. (you should see it, it's about traps) In the end he talks about AI. Claude to be specifik. I ask claude (the free one) a question and it came with some good results. Anyone else using AI on the "path"? My question: Hi claude I have realized that the self structure is false. But I'm still not in the "non dual" reality. I understand that the ego is false and everything is a thougt. But still I believe in for exemple distance, depth etc What are some good methods for self realisation Claude response: There are different perspectives and approaches to self-realization or non-dual awakening. Since you mention realizing the false nature of the self or ego, it seems you may be referring to insights from Advaita Vedanta or similar non-dual philosophies. A few suggestions that may help deepen that understanding: 1. Self-inquiry - This involves continually questioning and investigating the nature of the "I" or sense of self through contemplation. Some key questions are "Who am I?" "What is this sense of self?" Tracing thoughts and sensations back to their source. The idea is to undermine the deeply rooted sense of being a separate, independent entity. 2. Focused awareness - Developing the ability to sustain present moment awareness, rather than being caught up in thoughts about the past/future or getting swept up in mental stories/narratives about yourself as a person. Practices like meditation can help cultivate this witnessing presence. 3. Looking at experience itself - Closely examining your present experience to see if concepts like distance, depth, separation etc. are actually found there, or if they are mentally projected beliefs overlaid on what is. Does the world of form arise separate from awareness itself? 4. Self-abidance - Resting as the witnessing awareness itself, without trying to resist or change any appearance, simply being that which is aware of the thoughts, feelings, and perceptions. 5. Studying non-dual teachings - The works of teachers like Nisargadatta Maharaj, Ramana Maharshi, Rupert Spira and their dialogues can provide pointers to shift out of the limited self-perspective. The key is not to try to philosophically or intellectually understand non-duality, but to engage in the practices that allow the insight to emerge from direct experience. Be gentle and don't get caught up in judgments about progress. With patience and dedication, the illusion of separation can fall away.

Today I saw this intervieuw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XCFBSqljGaI&t=2944s It's Hamilton Morris interviewing a chemist. Hamilton alone is famous for his psychedelic research and documenter documentarys But this scientist blew me away. The scientist is a little hard to onderstand due his hearing condition. But with english subtitles it's doable.

People need to see also Leo's blog on his take on the vid. Very insightfull. He is right. Not everyone is reade for Truth. I'm a hindu and no one that I know knows about Advaita teachings. You have to have liniage of familie or litterly go to the caves for this Vedanta teachings. Also a paywall for Leo most direct teachings is something that I encourage. Like he said in his blog. A hardcore course for the Truth. I will take this f#$% course if I don't have to inject 5-MEO-Malt in my a## (just joking All the jokes aside. Leo is on the verge of his pad. Or better said he is above it. Let's appreciate and wait for his nex level teaching. Greetings from Holland Rewien

I' not "smart" and was (is) struggling to learn stuff for decades. I read a lot of books on fast reading, memorizing etc..... The books didn't helpt much. With some technics I was capable of memorizing a list of things, nothing special Wat works is: Good sleep Eat good fruit / vegetables etc (don't overeat) Drink good (spring water) suplements B, C, D, zinc Eat mushrooms: Lions mane, Reishi and Cordyceps "FAP" on time Meditate Buy a agenda Don't drain your brain with 9gag, insta, tiktok, youtube etc.... Learn something Cut sugar Do shadow work Wim Hofman breading / shower (cold) Be curious Nootripics (Leo did a vid) Microdosing (LSD, mushrooms) CBD oil extractions (https://uweed.eu/( Swiss quality, but expensive!) I'm from Holland. Get enlightened asap . Not identifying with ego will give you a lot of "fluidity" I'm also terrible with names. What works is if its a foreign name to ask what it means. If it's a "regular" name try to associate with something. For exemple: Marco -> macro -> no picture this guy as a giant Greetings Rewien
