Yeah that's too much for sure. I've seen a few people burnout from taking too much MDMA like that. I think it does have some valuable lessons, and obviously some huge therapeutic potential (see MAPS), but in my opinion MDMA use should be restricted to like once or twice a year or less. And make sure it's actually pure, there's a lot of potentially more harmful shit out there being pawned off as MDMA. -

I'll just pile in with another strong NO. There are several lifetimes worth of material to explore within the kingdom of true psychedelics, which are orders of magnitude safer and healthier than deleriants like datura. Stay away from this sinister plant, and related pharmacological agents. -

You really have to listen to your gut and heart with this, it will depend on so many factors including intent, progress, dosage, substance (eg you could take 5-MeO-DMT or DMT more often than LSD). A 2-4 week break between trips is a decent rule of thumb. For me, there have been 12 month periods where I've taken no psychedelics, and on the other extreme, several times I've had back to back 3 days in a row without any negative consequences. Generally I go around a month or two between trips these days. Many microdosers take tiny doses once every 3 days. Many people have had just one or two trips in their whole life. So at the end of the day, you have to ask yourself and go with what it right for you. -
@kindayellow Cool I never would have known to check that one out. @Aeris I'm a big fan of the Psychedelic Salon podcast https://psychedelicsalon.com/ - there's a lot of great ones in there. Some episodes I can recommend highly: https://psychedelicsalon.com/podcast-605-microdosing-benefits-risks-unknowns/ - James Fadiman ++ https://psychedelicsalon.com/podcast-601-the-secret-of-psychedelics/ - Alan Watts https://psychedelicsalon.com/podcast-598-a-conversation-with-nick-sand/ - Nick Sand https://psychedelicsalon.com/podcast-579-meditation-and-psychedelics/ - Myron Stolaroff https://psychedelicsalon.com/podcast-606-michael-pollen-discusses-psychedelics/ - haven't listened yet but should be good

@SFRL @Serotoninluv Good stuff!

It's a healthy sign that this kind of skepticism occurs on the forum. It's the community's immune system firing up, which helps defend against the infection of cult behaviour. We need to keep the immune system healthy and flex it once in a while. But don't get so wrapped up in suspicion, doubt, perfectionism and self-righteousness that you start throwing mud.

Yes there could definitely be problems with EMF exposure, but this product will not reduce your EMF exposure. It just adds to it by creating more EMF (if its even doing anything at all). If you want to reduce your exposure to EMF you have to distance yourself from EMF sources, unplug routers, turn off phone, avoid bluetooth, or shield yourself from them by living in a faraday cage.

Yes, it's the scam category.

Thank you @Arthur, yes exactly. Bunk woo-woo marketing at it's finest.

Thank you @Leo Gura this was sorely needed in this department. +1 for making it Pinned once it falls off the front page.

OK @pluto, please explain how this technology works.

Dammit we're trying to talk in stereotypes here, and you come in @Yellow_Girl tryna tell us that everyone's different?! You're right, of course...

Kombucha is loaded with b12 too. You can also just get b12 from the vitamin section of the drug store. It's one of those supplements that's probably worth taking if you're not a meat eater. Cheap, pretty easy to absorb, and very important for good health. I don't think there are any risks in having too much of it.

Cool I didn't know Kefir had any different bacteria vs. yogurt

Well anyways @ValiantSalvatore, if you try it let us know how it goes.

The skulls of fallen enemies. jk. I'd say: Discipline

^I'll just add that not all nutritional yeast has B12 - B12 is only produced by bacteria, so it's not "native" to yeast. Some nutritional yeasts are fortified with B12, but not all, so do your research before relying on nutritional yeast for B12. A healthy population of gut bacteria definitely helps. Taking antibiotics will wipe them out.

You're probably just noticing the limits of your vision. I notice this especially when I look at a perfectly clear blue sky. It's literally the noise in your vision apparatus, just like how a mic will record noise in a silent room, it's just physics. Do you notice it day to day in looking at normal things, or is it just like when you look at the sky or a blank wall?

@ValiantSalvatore for sure weird stuff would happen after a week in darkness, but to say that it's specifically because 5-MeO-DMT and DMT are being produced in your brain is a stretch. That's not based on any kind of measurement, just some guys gut feeling - which could be correct! But is likely not. Anyways, if I was looking for a 5-MeO-DMT experience specifically, I would just get some 5-MeO-DMT rather than spend a week in the dark hoping to get some for "free".

Sorry this is so bunk. You're better off with a tinfoil hat, that literally makes more sense.

I actually think women are better suited to leadership than men. This is difficult terrain because it's inevitable to step on toes and make some possibly hurtful stereotypes. Many men tend to be more specialists, women seem to be better as generalists. A good leader needs to be able to see the big picture, and know which specialists to delegate to. Men are often driven by ego and achievement. Women often behave as if they have less to prove. A good leader needs to be able to put their ego to the side and operate in the interest of the project/company/nation. This ego drive is what often compels men to get into the top leadership roles instead of women, but ironically I think it can be counterproductive Men are often concerned with "things", women with "people". Good leaders need to be extremely socially intelligent, something women tend often to be more endowed with than men. OTOH men have more warrior/fighter instinct, so in arenas like war, extremely cutthroat industries, life and death project, maybe men are more suited for leadership. I feel like as we enter into more and more peace, and women become more and more empowered, that the world will benefit from having at least a greater balance of women in positions of leadership.

Our bodies constantly detoxify via urine, sweat, feces. We have organs whose function is precisely to detoxify our bodies - liver, kidneys, intestines and so on. Unless you have some serious medical issue, these organs are functioning all the time just fine on auto-pilot and don't need any special treatment to work. Detox kits you get from the health food store, and detox diets don't have scientific veracity to back them up. They are very profitable and unregulated and they prey on peoples fancying the idea of being able to take something that will make all the bad stuff go away. Some things like heavy metals do accumulate, and if you have actual heavy metal poisoning there are harsh medical treatments that can help.
