  1. I definitely think it is possible for your kid to be still and watch you meditate from a pretty early age. My own experience though is that a lot of kids can challenge you in infinite ways while trying to do that.
  2. But Leo... Do you really think your kid will just let you meditate every day for 20 years or so? This is naive! Most kids will do anything they can to make sure that there will be no official meditation session. Like a 1 or 10 year old kid would just be still and watch you meditate for 10 minutes. LOL
  3. Yes, they really do and of course your own state of consciousness is the most important thing. And yes, it is a beautiful thing to be able to meditate with your child.
  4. That is the hippie style, before your kid is 2 years old you should be happy if you can take a shit alone, if there is two of them you most likely won´t be able to take a piss whiteout interruption if you want to avoid acute dangers. I like where you are going with this but it´s not about you getting interrupted while meditating, it´s about your kid, and my guess is that just spending conscious time with them for 20 years will do more good.
  5. You are the substance of reality, there is nothing happening outside of you.
  6. A good start is to accept what ever happens to you, like you had chosen it.
  7. @Leo Gura Have you tried DMT?
  8. Papaji said something like this: To be alone there must be a concept of another, you are so alone that you could not even call it alone.
  9. Then the trip was a waste of time and the insights not deep at all.
  10. Not necessarily. If SOUL is a true skeptic, then his claim is not dogmatic but extremely openminded. Yeah, not necessarily and very unlikely I would say. My guess is that @SOUL is very openminded and knows what she is doing. Nevertheless, everything can potentially lead to dogmatic behaviour, it´s all up to you.
  11. I like to think about it like you are literally creating the entire world (very inspired from Leo´s two latest videos), everything and nothing already exists but when you become aware of for example atoms and protons, you in a way also create them. In the future maybe we will discover that protons contains more, even smaller content, now it doesn't really exists but at the same time we´ll discover more content in protons, we´ll in a way give birth to this new content.
  12. The only question is: How do you relate to this new information?
  13. @Dex I´v posted the quick technic on this thread april 19.
  14. Btw, throwing this post on you guys impulsively whiteout any context or background wasn't perhaps the wisest thing to do. 5 meo is not something to play with. I found out that the hard way after this meditation/trip session.
  15. There is nothing in life you have to take serious, the more serious you get – the more disconnected from the essence you will get. This life is so short, so fragile, so delicate and dreamlike. All the effort I put in can at the top create a better dream. I am never gonna make it. This is a dream, so what is the point? To be able to experience the polarities and everything in between of this dream, so amazing! You just can´t have one without the other, simply because all is one. To attain permanent liberation, I must develop the courage to live every moment of my life without any fear, no matter what – fearless. You will lose everything very soon so a smile is worth more than the hole world. You never had anything from the beginning To claim that you have a life is the same as if the characters in your dream at night would claim they have a life. There is nothing to be afraid of, or you could say, there is really nothing to do at all. I wanted to be special, HAHAHA. Everyone and everything is so beyond special. Knowing this live is a dream, makes me feel reverence, makes it so much more beautiful, so much more worth living. I´m so exited about everything now. You were creator of it all and you don´t remember creating because it was created before memory was imagined – Matt Kahn
  16. Well a lot of teachers talk about this "dream of life", so I knew it as a concept but during this trip/meditation session I´v had the direct experience of it. I was able to witness this dream of life from an absolute perspective, as my true being (aka god, consciousness, emptiness, the underlying intelligens of all, etc) So what is far more real than all the objects in this world is your true being, everything in this world will come and go in a dreamlike kind of way. Your true being has always been here and will always be here. So believing that the person you see in the mirror is all there is to you, that is dreamlike. Finding who you are at the deepest level possible is waking up from that dream.
  17. Yes, with that criteria a lot of places fell of my list though
  18. Guess my writing here is a try to integrate this.
  19. Well, you could call it a trip - no difference The trip was the greatest shock of my life.
