Many ways. I adapted vegan life style. Cleanse body. Fast drink water. Open up to your body remember not to judge yourself look for proper diet. Cleanse body.

Diet. What you put in to your body? Food /suppliments /alcohol /medication? Body regenerating new cells every 35 days. Mind the body feed your soul.

Abundance. I have water. I do not desire which i have.

I went vegan cold turkey. Or turkey isnt vegan. First couple days i had shakes and figured id give up.. Just eat meat. Just eat meat. Then i researched into vegan. Cook books vegan apps. Ralph smart has some great opinions on his list. We can eat healthy great food just have to prepare and know the preparation. Snack foods are easy and promote laziness. Grab a baf of chips or microwave your ramen. Heck go have the cat down the road throw your diet into a brown sack through window without common courtesy to give you a napkin to wipe up. Live for a smoothie. Find new passion for food again. Love life. Live love.

Cooking. Creating soup and sandwiches. Concentration and focus into it.

Less is more. Good enough is better than not. Practice what you will in choice. Baby step that that pushes back until you have confidence to take the leap forward. Continue.. Grow. Love what your accomplishing.

Wake is better that not. Enlightened is same as titles. I mean to be above all in gods eyes eternal bliss us for the few. I would like to be in that state yet im improved in wake up. It is still higher and feels good or slightly crazy. So imagine enlightened is tops of crazy. Non-stop smiling always high. Yup sounds like id be locked up or is it just free.?

I have issues with love. Everytime i feel love its somthing ripping it back out. Lucifer effect. Im finding myself and the negatives want back in. It is a constant battle between good and evil. Only choice free will. Imagine im not alone. Feel as one. Be love not lost. Following my heart my soul. Nothing about personal development/ spiritually true meaning ir existence is easy. Only how show my path to others is difference. Feel me?

I leave out the fact of drama my mother is roped into. She did not see the hummingbirds just that shit in your head. Get out!

This reality is long journey... Of choice, free will. Options. Its not difficult. Today my mother said i looked lost.. Retrospect yes i was. However the moment was pure bliss. 10-15 maybe 20 humingbirds spiraling around. For me it was epic. To my mother is was story conversation of nothing. She doesnt see the pure love/vibration/life. Inner child is important to understand egoic mindset and principles taught. If you could talk tou your inner child before 1st traumatic experience what you tell yourself is the greatest version. Only lead and let go. Create yourself from the start and reconize the pattern to now. Find your present being now and release emotion from old pain. Find the love in now. The inner child speaks as you close a door to not listen. If you open that door and listen tje inner child speaks softly. Expresses self. Feel the hurt and find the love. Trust in yourself. Innerself. Child self.

@Leo Gura vipassana retreat ive been looking at. Only my children i have. And finding the 10 days or weeks to attend intrigue my interset. Ok so kids/real life juggle. I find it difficult to attend. Only my idea to attend is it practical to my meditation or moving on without trying new technique?

@LRyan do you meditate daily? Truth we can all use therapy if it adapts to our self. Be alone with yourself. Talk to others such as this forum. Express all emotion and let go. Remember you are becoming/ waking up to the best of you. Reflect on the past for grace only. Reflect on positive emotions. Take in the bad and release that. Continue into the future thought if the greatest person you are and you really are amazing. Please love me as i love you. Feel the vibration of love and grow strong seeping your roots, creating your balance and find one purpose. This all sounds corny but in truth we find release/find ourself purpose/ find love.

@onacloudynight pick up can be used anywhere anytime. Let go and engage. Try grocery store or at the gas station maybe the park or walking the dog. Pick up is energy. Pull that energy in and find attraction anytime anywhere anyplace. Do try to not induce the bar seen or alcohol to pick up. Just be your greatest version everytime you are present.
