I think for Bernie to win, all the progressives around the country must come under one single banner just like the centrists have done in past few days. That obviously includes warren. I don't see any other chances of bernie winning the nomination without this happening. -

@legendary as far as i know, texas always vote for the conservatives. So it is normal if they vote for Trump or any other republican. -

@Leo Gura do you think Biden is gonna win the nomination? -

@Leo Gura i think it is quite hard to predict anything, given the unpredictable nature of polical events. Anything can happen. I have one question. If Biden wins the nomination, will you vote for him? -

@mandyjw I think it is important to listen to your inner love than your fear. Maybe Bernie won't get the nomination. Maybe he won't be able to win against trump even if he wins the nomination. Still its worth it to vote for him, because it's not only about winning. It is about showing support for the movement. Even if he looses, we must make sure his words are heard and acknowledged by the wider population which will inspire future generation to creat more stronger moment to make sure the progress happens which he is advocating today. We must support higher consciousness even if it cost us. -

@Lelouch Lamperouge the way he talks about fellow politicians is very disgusting. I wonder how the people of Ameria had elected this goon. -

@Serotoninluv if she decides to stay after super tuesday, she is not a true progressive. Period. A true progressive will favor those who have better chance at winning rather then pursuing their egoic desire. If she loose in Massachusetts, which most likely she is gonna loose, and decides to stay, then surely she will be doing that for the purpose of hurting Bernie's campaign. -

It is better to have Four more years of Trump than to have a centrist back at the office. Establishment was lost in 2016 and they will loose again if they wanna steal the nomination. -

@Leo Gura things were looking optimistic for bernie before south carolina. Now it is going to be an interesting contest. Rumors are spreading that, even if bernie wins majority of the delegates, superdelegates will steal the nomination away from him. If that really happens, then the democratic party will be digging their own graves. -

@Serotoninluv I don't undersand the 15% threshold. How does it help a candidate? Can you explain it a bit? -

i think corona virus have the potential to cause damage to the world economy but it will not create havoc. So far, 90000 people has been affected and 3000 died. So less than 5% people have died only. I don't think it is a lethal disease. The main reason behind disruption is the role of media. It is creating sensational news, causing fear in people's mind. This desease is less dangerous than how media picturing it to be. So everyone needs to be more vigilant not to accept falsehood regarding the disease and take necessary precaution. -

Read the book : Manufacturing Consent by Noam Chomsky. -
He is not an "ideologue who can't win" as corporate and mainstream media like to assume, actually he can be the most potential one of all present democratic candidates to bring people together and beat Trump, according to Vox.

@Serotoninluv i have already said, this is relative. In fact, evrrything is. I just want to make the point that If you want to defeat Trump, no matter who wins the primary, he/she will be needing to bring the whole Democratic supporters and large chunk of independent voters on his/her back. Otherwise, this debate on primay is completely futile. You have to admit that even bernie can not win by just relying on his base. His appeal needs to be more broader than that. There are some alligations that some of bernie's supporter are quie agressive, so this can potentially piss off moderate/independent voters. The primary should focus more on rallying against Trump than vigorously attacking each other. Sometimes it sends wrong message to the voters. -
According to Vox's recent video, He actually proposed some good progressive policies and has declared to implement those if he becomes the president. As vox is known as "liberal media", i don't think they are bullshitting about it. What do you guys think?
-
Accroding to Vox, she understands complex economic dynamics quite well. She also had predicted the 2008 financial crisis back in 2005. If she becomes democratic nominee, she is gonna center her campaign on fighting political Corruption and how Donalp Trump is promoting that.

@legendary i don't think warren is gonna win the nomination but her policies are worth enough to be heard. If Bernie wins the nomination, then Warren can be his potential running mate. -

I may agree with some of your point but don't forget to remember that pete is not some " evil" guy even if you compare with Bernie. If you look at the video, he actually advocated for some progressive ideas. Don't let "bernie-love" make you forget the fact that, even if it is the fact that Bernie is the most concious, he is competing with other "democrats". Even if Bernie fails to win the nomination, all the liberals should rally behind the democratic nominee to defeat trump. So do support bernie but try to see good in other's policies as well. -

@Husseinisdoingfine That candidate doesn't exist...... Yet -
He can be dubbed as the most centrist to to be competing in the democratic primary, but maybe his ability to win swing states makes him considerable?, according to Vox.

@mateogon without answering to my reason, you just brought up an asymmetrical logic. Allright, i will answer you any way. Smartphones are not the same as medication. Medications are necessary elements, of which's absence can be lethal for a person. On the other hand, though smartphones have contributed enormously to the human evolution, they are less important relative to medication. There are various business models. In the smartphone business model, as one (billionare) wants to make more profits from smartphone would definitely go for more units, less price, more customers, because it is not absolute necessity. So people will only buy smartphone if they are cheap/affordable. So billionares are not doing any "favor" by keeping it cheap, they are merely serving their want of more profits. On the other hand, people will always try to buy medication even if the price is as high as the sky. So billionares in these case don't really care about price, they know that even with high price, they are gonna make high profit anyway. Remember, business is there to serve people, not to rule over them. By making the price cheap they are not doing any favors to us - they are just cunning enough to do whatever it takes to make more profit. It does not mean that all business are evil. Many businesses have good intentions and serving people well. But you have to understand, mainly a business is about survival and making profits. And Survival can be quite dirty. -

@mateogon This is purely naive. What will happen if you get cancer and you can not afford the price of the medicine that cures it because the the pharmaceutical company has raisen the price to the level you can not afford? Surely you won't say then " they have discovered it, so then can set any absurd price they want, so let me die without the cure". If we let someone become so powerful that they start to play around with the rule of society in a way that benefits only them then yeah, they will be given chance to act like a king. They take away a LOT by playing with rules and give as little as nothing.
