Can you guys give me some step by step way to genuinely attract a woman? What requires to do?

@winterknight if you feel someone has done evil to you which caused you great suffering and you see that person without caring much about it, will you react to him/her and yell at her? Beacuse it is causing you suffering. Or will you do something alternative to end your suffering? And what would that alternative be?

I don't know. I even don't know who is thinking. And why is thinking. But this gives me pain. I am the victim of thinking. I don't even know who 'I' am. But i experience pain and suffering which i hate.

@winterknight often time i feel lonely and think if i had a gf, she would bring happiness and fulfillment to me and my loneliness will go away. Why am i thinking in this way?

@winterknight what will i learn by examing those pattern? And why is it necessary to do that?

How to know if a women attracted to me? some says women don't always tell what they think. is it true? if a women gets attracted to me and after that if i find that we are not compatible enough, it tends to frustrates me and i become emotional mess. can you share some of your insights about compatibility?

Hey Leo. It was a nice juicy insightful video from you. Although i have some things to know. 1. You have said in your video, like lower stages are in cls 1 where as higher stages are in cls 5. So it will be absurd to judge cls 1 from cls 5 because cls 1 is also important and should be integrated. What about cls 1 ridiculing, judging, critisizing cls 5? I mean lower stages frequently judges higher stages. Its like cls 1 student who knows alphabet judging cls 5 student's paragraph because from his POV he finds it stupid.How to deal with that? 2. You have also said that all stages has judgement, confirmation bias, emotional issues phychological issues etc that leads to suffering. Thats kinda disheartens me as i thought if i develop through spiral, these suffering of mine will end. If it is not the case, what's the point of developing through spiral dynamics? 3.
