  1. @Nivsch they think you had established illegally, that is why the response was like that.
  2. I am not so sure why you keep refering like "encircle", were you expecting to your land built in the thin air?! Almost every country is encircled by other countries outside their border. If you can not build trust with your neighbour, you are partly responsible for this, if not entirely.
  3. @Nivsch Yeah i can understand that Israel is just a tiny little "angel" with nuclear weapons and owns most of the modern powerful weapons with huge military effort
  4. These are just based on your assumption, it has got no international legal ground. As Israel is also part of the UN, it has obligation to abide by international laws and regulation. If you act on threat, prepare yourself to defend because your enemy is also gonna use that logic against you. That is why rule of law is necessary.
  5. The reason why i am not at symmetrical position as you that i do not view Israel as illegitimate as most muslims. I have grown up in a muslim family although i don't identify myself as muslim. From early age i have been indoctrinated by the society that how evil Israel is, how illegitimately it claimed land in the middle east, how they are torturing muslims etc If i go on to parroting mode by saying those, you will find yourself in a very very defensive position. But i did not do that. I won't do that Becasuse i have recognised those indoctrination mostly not true. I grew out of that. I have sympathy to jews about what happened to them during holocaust. I think it was a terrible thing. I also do not think of them as illegitimate in the middle east. But i do however, criticise them for their rigid position and fear based response, their unwillingness to reconciling with Palestinians and arabs. Its not good. They are committing evil.
  6. Lol. You can conduct a survey through the middle eastern region and ask, how do you view Israel? Undoubtedly it would appear as the most hated and despised country in the region. Almost every neighbour of Israel hate her. Go figure out why? Then you can have your answer.
  7. If the would have agreed, it would definitely lead to peace with the arab world including Iran. I did not say it would entirely eliminate the threat. But surely it would not be in todays position.
  8. The most important thing is, if Israel agreed to two state solution which is rightful, then perhaps it need not to face threat of annihilation and hatred across the middle eastern region.
  9. There is no such thing to recognise. Perhaps you should reflect on yourself then you can see what you are projecting on me.
  10. @Nivsch again, you are judging from zionist point of view. America killed the general, now you feel as Israeli to defend that, for America?! Isn't it insane? Yeah, Iran is a threat to Israel. Israel is also threat to Iran- this is what you are missing in the context. A threat is given before going for aggression. It is not war and it is used by both of the parties. But America is so paranoid with fear that right now it even started to act based upon a threat.
  11. I was a right winger before i became a left winger. In terms of judging, there is little/no difference between left and right. When i was a conservative, i used to hate left wing and its policies and saw them as evil. When i broke out my right wing paradigm, i was slowing leaning toward the left and start judging the left. I think as a social democrat, i have some empathic attitude toward the right. At the same time, it angers me when i see some right wing policies are being implemented and i think "what the hell this people are doing?" Both left and right are unconscious in a sense that they think their world view is the correct one. But i would say the right is more unconscious to the fact that reality is relative- which precisely a true leftist can see. I think the right wingers can be quite naive and lack nuances. On the other hand, toxic left wingers can also be naive if they become too much ideological. I think one must think on a situational basis, see what is going on and then take a position rather than clinging into one on a pre-meditated way.
  12. 01/05/2020 Seem to me that i am caught up in a situation where i don't know what is next - i feel quite overwhelmed and demotivated. Today i got to know that the system that i am trying to build up for successful aquaculture is somehow not gonna work. I expected without knowing the facts right and now those facts are showing something else than i desired it to be. Maybe i need to think for myself again. I have to strategize differently in order to succeed and get what i want out of my life. I want to earn my freedom in order to taste what it looks like. Being in a conservative society with conservative family will not help me. In fact, i think it has become a major roadblock to pursue my desire. The most terrifying thing here is that i feel like a dead fish in the see which is being carrying out by the society and i know it will take me towards the conventional path taken by the people in my society. I don't want that. So becoming independent is absolutely essential to me. I am gonna try hard no matter what. Giving up is not an option here.
  13. I do not think that Iran will go for a full fledge war because it has got not match for resources comparing to America. So maybe it will look for strategic guerrilla war by funding their regional allies/militia group. Even if it could oust America out of the middle east, it would be a win for them.
  14. @Nivsch dude, i think you do not have any idea about war and peace. Hitler was attempted to kill by allied forces during the second world war. So it was part of war effort. Currently neither Iran or America declared war against each other so yeah, killing another country's top military leader is an act of aggression and it was an assassination which goes against humanity and International Law. If General Soleimani did commit crime against humanity, he should have tried by America in international court of justice, not by taking laws in their hand. Btw, sometime you can try to think outside of your Blue Israeli point of and consider other points of view as well. As far as i know, unconsciously parroting your own biased zionist point of view goes against the spirit of spirituality and this forum. Try to look at your self bias as well.
  15. @Brenzo2 this is absolutely irrelevant here. No matter where he is according to spiral dynamics, you can not justify of killing him for that.
  16. @Husseinisdoingfine This video is quite eye opening. Thank you for sharing it. This video shows the mechanism of devil. This is how a devil pursue it's own agenda by creating a smokescreen of "Good" while doing all the evil deeds.
  17. @silene tell me about a century when it was not fascinating in terms of international relations But yeah, the world is in transition from one place to another. I just want that transition to lead us to higher consciousness. But it seems like we have to go through a lot of turmoil. After all it is not easy for something new to begin as it is for the mother who gives birth to child. The birth is always painful.
  18. I think is not about some random president. This has been case for collective US mentality and fear based action. Maybe they think "what will happen if we as country loose our position as global leader? No, that can not happen. We must act whoever tries to get in our way and become our threat" - this is how they justify their action. But if you go through the history, many powers had risen, ruled for a while before they fall. It was the case for the romans, British, French, Greeks etc. What the US is failing to understand is that they can not be the top influential for eternity. The world is evolving and the will suffer the fate that was suffered by former superpowers.
  19. 01/04/2020 It's been a good day in terms of starting my work. One thing i need to mention here otherwise i would feel very guilty. As i am to sit for MBA admission exam, i need to prepare for english writing - which i am doing through participating in this forum. It is a great place for free hand writing which will help me do both- to practice and talk about some of my favourite topics. Although my work is going well, i find myself worrying in many times. I sometime think about my past failure and how i like them to be something else. I feel i need to move forward not only explicitly but also implicitly. Sometime i try to still my mind but other times i discover myself worrying over past stuff. I need to give up that habit in order to succeed.
  20. The US was angry with General Solaimani for a long time. They hold themselves up from doing any harm to him because he was one of the key figures in fighting against ISIL in the middle east. When the defeat of IS declared last year, the US find no excuse for not executing the General. That is how much of an strategic selfish evil the US is.
  21. @Bno neo liberal economic model is the mother of all evil which does no good to people who are in need and poor. It is there to serve only the rich people, making them even more richer and influential. This model initially assumes that people are greedy. America will soon discover this model do no good to them anymore. They may think they will continue to be the ruler of an unilateral world but it is just their self serving fantasy as the world is becoming more global with new powerful nations are on the rise. We may see a new version of world culture which our ancestors might not have seen.
  22. @Hatfort the notion of pre emptive war was developed in the Bush era, at that time they had used this concept to justify their war on Afghanistan and Iraq. It is a terrible thing. They act out of fear and i think this is precisely the case for today's incident of killing off the Iranian General. To Iran, he is a national hero. Such a death of an hero would not be accepted by Iran so easily. Maybe they will retaliate by seeking revenge in the future. It is a disaster and threat against peace as one famous saying goes, "an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind".
  23. @remember I think that both sides are responsible for committing atrocities against each other. Either they are unconscious of their evil doing or they are just using lofty words like peace, liberty as a disguise to hide their actual intention, which is definitely not good.
  24. @mandyjw wouldn't be bad if it were a forum like that
  25. @mandyjw the adventure that you are talking about are trauma, pain, sense of loss and years of suffering. It is not something that we chillingly watch in netflix. It's pretty hard stuff.
