  1. @Nahm Do we really then choose this shit for ourselves? Is never anything out of control? I dunno, but some sages seem to express that imo, the Buddha for example.
  2. Same here probably. The thing is most time of my life I was trying to numb myself down, also I had (have) almost zero self awareness. I tended to assume that life is just meant to be hell.
  3. @Spiral Tell that the voice in my head that's nowadays constantly trying to seduce me to take a shortcut. What a relief it would be, but then again it disappears and quite some peace occurs. It's a fucking rollercoaster
  4. Maybe Leo was enlightened all along, but this was the best way to teach us?
  5. @Leo Gura My mind is blown Leo, thanks for everything already.
  6. @MM1988 Start surrendering yourself to any kind of (physical) pain. Cold shower, extreme workouts whatever. See how it goes. You might notice that pain is just pain, it's an energy and you can feel energized by it in my experience, which is not as bad as your ego is trying to convince you! This should get you in touch with what's going to come, I think (in my humble opinion, of course) I develop more and more the feeling that this is really everything I've ever wanted.
  7. How long have you been on a vegan diet? How does your diet look like? Did you get blood tests? What about all those micros, aminos etc.? Zinc, L-Carnitine, Creatine, Magnesium, Iron etc. .. What exactly do you supplement? How do you feel? How would you judge your mental and physical capabilities compared to the "old" days? How many meals would you have to eat on a regular day? Does it make staying slim/lean any harder? What about all those gainz!? Do you crave meat? How expensive is it ? Personally I've been on a pescetarian diet for one year now. Only fish and organic eggs. No meat, dairy, wheat and processed foods. Feels great in every way and I don't crave any meat. I think and hope that this is one of the non 100% plant based diets that create the least amount of suffering for animals, seems to be a good compromise, but maybe I can push my comfort zone a little further. I appreciate any inspiration!
  8. @plutoInteresting. Sounds great, thank you!
  9. I believe meditation gets you in touch with being by calming your mind. And by being I mean the "I am - ness", the "I", "I am", "knowing", the (non conceptional) answer to the question: "am I aware"? Once you can access being whenever you like, then this should be your meditation imo. Just being. Be - in every situation. The "I am" is what you are looking for, what you already are, it's just that your mind convinces you otherwise. And of course everything can become a distraction from being.
  10. @jseThank you for sharing Paul back then in July (I think), helped (me) quite a lot. It really just seems to be about being it and therefor traveling lighter. The best teachers actually say that, but Paul puts more emphasize on warning about this seeking trap. No need for more knowledge about Enlightenment. Knowing that you ARE in every situation is it. The more you are it, the less you suffer.
  11. @nahtanoj Dude! How can you say that since your K/D ratio is almost in balance!?!?!?! lolz remove!
  12. @Leo Gura I'd like to know if existence is completely random from the point of view of this bullshit machine, since purpose can only be invented by this bullshit machine(?). I'm also asking this referring to all the different opinions. New Age: You create your own reality, you chose your dream and therefore your suffering and reality is not there to escape from. The Buddha: This lifetime as a human being is precious as fuck since it's one of the few opportunities to liberate yourself. If existence is completely random and infinite... I don't even want to imagine what kind of suffering the universe is (randomly) creating for itself. For me I better listen to Buddha's advice...
  13. @Joseph Maynor It's right here and now. Just don't let these kinds of thinking limit you from being. <3

  15. @Stevo Don't worry about that. If your psyche isn't already that fucked up (like mine for example) you'll probably never have a "bad" trip. Especially while you're becoming more and more conscious from now on. I even had bad trips on weed the first time I smoked it. Nice report.
  16. @zenjen Get angry. Let it all out. Do some vandalism if necessary or little harm to people who you think deserve it. Anything that makes you feel alive. Just let it all out and don't forget to cry afterwards. Wait until spring comes before you close the deal, the sun might help you. You are not alone <3
  17. That's what's so awesome about this "work". You can look for yourself. Inspect your experiences, what else do you have but experience? Like you probably know this could all be a dream and maybe you are right with this theory, but what you can be sure of is that you ARE. You don't have to listen to anyone any more once you know that (theoretically speaking) and you also don't have to follow anyone or spend any money. You are always completely free in your search for truth, only your mind tells you otherwise.
