Trip report: Duration: 20 minutes Music: First I had difficulties supressing the urge to laugh, cause it seemed somehow absurd to me, later I had difficulties holding up the same breathing frequence. But then my extremeties felt like they were falling asleep, which was not unpleasant, so I knew I was doing it right. I got hit with feelings of extreme loneliness, which also happens on regular psychedelic-trips, but this was way more easier to manage, with the knowledge in my mind of being able to stop anytime, of course. I had to kinda growl for some reason, even though I tried to supress it, cause it seemed kinda embarassing to me. After I was done I felt slightly dizzy, but overall it felt refreshing and really great for another 10-20 minutes. My state of consciousness was definitely altered, I was made aware of issues with self worth for example, so this is really great supplement for psychedelic trips, since I tend to struggle really every time in those, which often prevents me from going deeper. I'm planning to do 2 x 30 minute sessions/week for a few months. Thanks Leo!

Have you watched the reality series about mount everest he recommended on his blog? I binge watched and finished it the last days. Fucking awesome, the bad news is, he is now somehow responsible if I ever have the guts to move my ass up to the top of the world.

I firmly believe that there is no possibility of any human interaction without some degree of manipulation. Influence = manipulation. Sometimes it's win-win, sometimes not, that's what matters. I can't complain so far.

@Nahm Thank you, a lot of things to entertain there. What I thought was that maybe this was the best way to teach his followers. Maybe by achieving to stop the mind in believing that "this" is IT and instead of being/seeing it, and still being open, but nevertheless however it is, THIS is god's teaching anyway

I have to mention that this guy committed his whole life, since he was 16 to Zen. Joined this monastery in his early twenties and became the abbot of the monastery in his late twenties. He's in his mid-fourties. Insane
