  1. You are probably focusing way too much on university.For example,recently i stopped going to cram school and i got all my motivation and courage to continue my self-actualization back.So,like i said,you need to focus less on the university.Maybe you invest too much precious energy(?).Don't get me wrong,i want you to continue investing on your university studies but maybe you need to think about how much precious dedication you invest on it.
  2. I tend to eat only whole grains(usually brown rice) and bananas at morning.According to my calculations it is about 110-120€ per month.But it also depends.Asking something like what is a good budget for a healthy diet also has to do with how much you eat until you are full,what you eat,e.t.c.

Also,one more tip:"Focus on what you want instead of what you don't want", I mean,you are focusing too much on the relapse thing.If you start focusing on quitting it for a number of reasons(because it is a waste of time,it will never make you fulfilled e.t.c.)then you will see the difference.
  4. I remember at biology class last year at high school my teacher analysing how foods lose their nutritional value when they come in touch with iron.But i didn't mind much so i don't remember the reason why.If you are still sceptical,better check it out.
  5. If you mean example of a whole food,i mean unproccessed foods like fruits which can be eaten as they are picked up from the tree. If you don't understand how "you separate some important ingredients from it", i mean that you separate the fruit's nutrients when you make it a smoothy.That way,the nutritional value lowers.

Well...no.The result always depends on how hard it feels to sit there until your timer finally stops.For example: If you meditate for 30 minutes a day for 15 days and it feels like a torture,then you make more progress than when you meditate 30 minutes a day for 30 days and you feel comfortable, because when meditation feels like a torture you have to reach the same level of comfort at the same amount of time.Basically,by being forced to accept that torture and come in peace with it ,your meditation skills grow faster.
  7. Basically,the more vegan is your breakfast ,the better.The best is fruit though since our body functions with fruit sugar. Never drink smoothies.It's empty calories.What do i mean by "empty calories"?When you have the fruit which is a whole food and you make it a smoothy you separate some important ingredients from it. Conclusion:Raw veagan is the way to go.
