I prefer left side toilet over right side. Could be a deep introspective quest to find the deeper meaning. So many questions, we need a sage to answer and put us on the right track.

@egoeimai Ofcourse she is still special, it could be any person in space and time that I've could met but my path seemed to lead me here. I understand that the longing part of physical completeness is making me suffer in someway. Being fullfilled for what already is in the present moment might be the solution but can be quite hard. There is a difference between seeing someone not for months instead of some days/weeks. All I wonder is how others deal with this? Again this can be different for every person, theres not one right approach. Gotta love the addiction right? ?

@egoeimai Yeah, its awful. ? That we are all here doesn't make it better lol. The illusion still persists of being away

@Scholar Your predictions are based on absolutes, concepts/symbolic interpretations which want to reflect reality but are far from it. So lets say there is a "tree" and we give someone a saw to cut it down, the tree will fall down so your believes of what happened are true, but only within your own perspective of you think that is actually happening. You see, reality is non-discrete like leo mentioned in his last video, which means concepts like a tree have no absolutue value. Is the tree really cut down or is that just your interpretation? You assume that there is a tree and it is seperate from the other entities that inhibit your perception, but actually there is no tree. It was never cut down, but you labeled that action to be so. These preconceptions you hold will eventually happen and hold true within that perspective of some sort of absolutes. You create a construct of things where things can only happen according those these things, when you get rid of this there is nothing to predict. -

As long as you believe the predictions reflect your actual reality, they will hold true as a genuine interpretation of what you think that happens. Believing is experiencing, you change your mindset. Still those believes can be far from the truth but be experienced as 'real' expectations. -
@Loreena What is that lol? ?

What do you guys think about this topic? Is there an ideal ratio/length?

@Loreena Thank you! Spread the hugs

I had this simple insight that in moment peoples actions or state of being would be perceived the ugliest or most imperfect this is your chance to change someones entire life. Instead of getting angry or having feeling of despises what the other person would normally think to receive, showing unconditional understanding and love is how you change someone for once and all. We are all perfectionists, wanting to write that perfect story of who we are, where we are going and why things have been done by some logical way. Since we are all in this pursuit we like to surround ourselves with success and like to step away from those who are not able to attain such achievements that are likeable in your paradigm. Try to flip the switch and give any person that seems so imperfect that hug or compliment, these little events go so deep you wouldn't even know what it will do with their whole future life and outlook on life. Reverse psychology is very effective and empowering, so next time try it out! It's not only amazing to see, but your will have a big impact on your surroundings almost waking them up

Meditation and contemplation of what you want to get out of it and how you will realize that in the future. Getting great insights is one thing, but making them a everyday reality is the hard part. -
These two have influenced me for most of my life and still do to a very large extent. I don't know how to come to terms with anxiety & awkwardness and from time to time these make me feel depressed and sad. I try to not think about any negative feelings but often they just come out the blue and overwhelm me. Most relatives or friends tell me i'm one of the smartest people they know and that's nice and all, but most of these positive things don't seem to help me out. I feel out of touch, like there is some void draining my energy and giving me the feeling of falling without knowing how to ground myself. Self-Actualization is a very powerful tool and gives me good insights in why people do what they do and why act like I do, but it also shows me that this whole cultural play (when you see how it works) can be so exhaustive. All these things you have to do or follow to be part of the "club" or be "successful", they make me feel like wearing a mask all the time just to be there for my family and friends whereas my other part know it will not be able to do this my entire life. Does anybody feel the same and how to they deal with this? I'm lucky to have found a person who shares a similar mind and someday wants to travel the world with me, but before i'm really able to do that I have to work through ALOT of difficult shit. All I hope is that I'm able to do that and break free of what's holding me back for so long. I hope you guys can help me with this, I just don't know what to do..

Watch from 29:15, all you need. -
@Sevi These general things are often overlooked and can be the root cause of having low energy. By getting those right I think you will lower the intensities of all other issues/interpretations. Plus being healthy is inspiring and adds to self-esteem and the feeling of doing something good. Having more clean energy can be that catalyst that fuels all development and inovation, not only focusing on that one problem Maybe that problem/issue can look so big because were too focused on it. I appreciate all your input thanks alot!

There is nothing to be achieved, only a journey to be taken.

@Sevi & @Shin Thank you both for replying! I have thought about how to make progress regarding to (social) anxiety and for me it would probably best to get a solid clear scheme what I should do every day. Currently I'm working from home and postponed my study so it is too easy for me to not actively work on these things. Several things that seem to have impact on overal well-being are: Sleep patterns (waking up early and going to bed early makes you start the day less drowsy). Good diet (I haven't eaten meat for 2 years now, only eat fish sometimes, some diary products, bread, etc.) Enough sunlight everyday (even sitting in the sun for 10min is great for energy). Excersise, doing small workouts at home but also bicycle outside and getting fresh air. Reading a book, I notice that this help me organize my thoughts and prolongs my attention. Working on something creative, could be art/music/science or working out a simple business idea. Cheering up other people, sharing is caring and makes me more socially active. Setting an intention for the next day, puts your mind already in the mood to do stuff. NoFap, I know how powerful this can be and hope I can prolong my streak. Are there any other things you guys do yourself or would like to add? I want to research a little and try out a proper diet for this month, would love to know what you guys eat or want to suggest. The awkwardness is just a result of my low energy/anxiety and rather wanting to be somewhere else so these steps would probably help alot. EDIT: Oh yeah, i'm going to cut out coffee and tea completely these two ALWAYS drain my energy and make me jittery.

@Max_V I doubt that those workshops have a minimum age. You can always ask for sure. A workshop about breathing techniques would be cool for example, you have to check out Wim Hof - The Iceman if you haven't already. These are nice things to put you in a pro active meditative habit and can be fun to do. From there you can start to deal with deeper philosophies or contemplation, having that meditative mind is very helpful here.

Hey Max, if your not good at reading there are many different ways to learn. You can watch videos for example, listen to talks or visit exercises/workshops that focus on becoming more mindful/aware/conscious. Direct experience is the most profound anyways.

We are all actually chillin with god at this exact moment. How cool is that?

@Epiphany_Inspired Non-dual thinkers know that the origin of all is one, the duality is created in the mind by putting labels on "things". The non-dual thinker can rest in the fact that those are all labels (or symbolic tools) that help you but are not fundamentally true in nature. In that sense dualistic thinking because of it's symbolic nature is even more ridiculous because it has no ground except from the other dualities that define each other. Duality is identification, non-duality just is. I think dualistic thinking can be very handy but always question if the paradigm where it is grounded in feels the most genuine or sound.

Hey Loreena! I You shouldn't feel guilty for talking about your problems. For a long time I thought that coping with all these things would be better but the opposite is true, by talking with relatives or good friends about your problems you show yourself vulnerable and this can strengthen your relationship when talking to a good friend for example. When talking about some issues it's best to do that one on one and not with a large group, so you can have a deeper conversation and maybe learn something from their perspective. Understand that almost everybody has some kind of problem and they often happy to talk through it with a person. Know that your not alone, you can do this

This is so true! Less is more with these tools when you have quite some experience or are very aware of changes in mind and body.

Happy birthday in advance Leo! ?

They should make a HBO series about this stuff, maybe in a sage style and with shamanism and stuff Would be so interesting to watch.

I have always wondered if the names of people are related to their physical/psychological identity. Often I see people that have similar characteristics with the same name. Could it be that this thing we people call with (your name) acts on a much deeper level? Short names are easy to speak (less energy needed) where as longer names tend to be more difficult. It much easier to call a short name and that name will also get called more often than longer ones influencing attention/stimulation for interaction. Some names have some kind of feel to them as well so they might influence what you think of that person prior to knowing them. What do you guys think? How do you experience you own name and what do you like about it or not?

Is there a national meditation day? If not why don't introduce one here on the forum? More awareness is always good
