  7. I honestly don't know if you want to be vulnerable tbh. But I am on the opposite side of the spectrum. I open up too quickly, am too open and don't draw clear boundaries. Then I end up getting hurt badly.   8. @Deutsche22 I cannot imagine the pain you must be feeling. I have recently gone through a tumultuous relationship with many ups and downs. What has helped me personally was to write. To just write what is on my mind. Once I had written it down some of the weight is relieved. Write on the highs and the lows. It gives me strength when I read what I have gone through.

  10. Quick question, I have thought about this for about 2 seconds. I have found that I am unhappy when I care about people, girls, goals and things. I am the happiest and most successful when I don't care at all. Neither about what people think about me and I just do whatever I feel like. Penis. I just wonder if there is another way, because I'm quite an asshole when I am happy. Penis again. By not caring I don't mean that I don't work or do what needs to be done.   20. For me lunch is the most useless meal of the day. If I would eat a lunch I would be tired after it. So why eat it? I rather just eat at night and sometimes I eat an omelette for breakfast.
  21. Howdy ya'll I think I need a pre bed routine that lets me wind down and help me fall asleep better. I have a morning routine. If I actually go to bed early I will follow it. It takes about 1.5hrs and if I'm tired I rather sleep for one more sleep cycle and sometimes skip the routine. Morning: cold shower (I never skip this) (10min) stretching to train for side and middle splits (20min) foam roller (10min) meditation (25min) make some salad / joghurt (10min) eat (15min) supplements(5min) ~1.5hrs Evening: Start wearing bluelight blocking glasses at 9pm Go to bed between 11:30pm and 1am Started taking L-Tryptophan 30min before going to bed. Not sure if it helps yet. Hope I fall asleep What do you guys do in the evening before going to bed?
  22. In the last month I have also manifested some self destructive behaviour mainly in the form of procrastination. I have recently started doing JBP's self authoring program. You write about your past, present and future. I'm still on the past. But writing has had a immense therapeutic effect for me. Self destructive behaviour could be anything. Someone mistreating you in the past, traumatic events. You not being the best you can be in the present. Not standing up for yourself. Not having a vision for the future. Basically just something that is stuck and doesn't know how to get out or is not let out. You have identified it as for what it is. Now you just need to figure out what it is trying to tell you.

But what I know is that eggs have small amounts of almost every nutrient/vitamin, in addition to choline which is a precursor to acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is the learning transmitter. Also protein. That dietary cholesterol can increase is a myth from 1980. Egg yolks have cholesterol, but also the vitamins.
