  3. Hi, there's a technique i've been doing called the two hour challenge, and holy shit! It starts to realign you with being happy all the time like you were when you were a child. What it involves is sitting down in a quiet environment like you would if you were meditating and playing this audio, every minute a timer will beep, when this happens you pick the best feeling thought possible and focus on it for ten seconds. Than the next minute the timer goes again and you pick the thought. For example timer beeps I think. "ok what's the best feeling thought right now, let's see, my gymn excercise I've already gained so much and I can see my body changing i'm excited for how ripped I have become and appreciate so much how I've already made progress. I can see myself having the body of my dreams and am just loving it." Ok that felt amazing. Ten seconds of feeling good are up, the next minute the timer goes again I think, whats the best possible feeling thought I can have. "I live near a beautiful beach, why don't I go down there today, I can bring a glass with some ice have a nice drink and just read a book im reading and loving, on the sand this afternoon in the sun, that sounds amazing!" Wow that felt even better. Ok ten seconds are up. The next beep begins the next feeling thought. "Wow I already feel amazing, imagine how ridiculously good I am going to feel by the end of the two hours it is just getting better and better. I'm going to keep doing this excercise when I do go to the beach this afternoon, and surrounded by the sun and waves it's going to be ridiculously blissful, I am so grateful" Ten seconds is up, wait for next beep and so on. It's ok if you think the same thought every minute for the two hours as long as that thought is the most amazing feeling thought possible for you to feel. Here's the audio with the beeps every minute to cue your thought. Here's what my happiness felt like doing this excercise. 0-30 mins. "Ok this is not working that well, maybe it's not working at all" 30 mins -1 hour. "Wow I feel amazing, I can't believe how thinking has made me this happy. 1 hour- 2 hour. "Jesus christ this is the best I've ever felt! I'm so optimisitic I feel like I can do anything" I actually starting crying from joy around this stage. This exercise enables you to create happiness on the spot. By the end of the two hours I felt happier than I have felt all year. Seriously recognise how fucking ridiculously powerful this is. You can be the happiest you've been maybe ever at the end of the two hours. EVEN JUST DOING IT ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN SINCE THAN I HAVE AMAZING BENEFITS FROM DOING THIS CHALLENGE. - For the rest of the day I felt in a 10 state as happy as I had been maybe all year. - Felt the tremendous grattitude overwhelming happiness I did when I was a child - After doing it just once I can now choose to be happy whenever I want since I have been trained on picking the best feeling thoughts, it's like someone gave me the power to flick a switch and be happy whenever I choose. - Reduced anxiety lots, since I am now so confident in my ability to be able to create my happiness, I don't fear going broke for example, because I know I can still be happy no matter what. - Things I've wanted for a long time start appearing almost magically, because your subconscious mind is trained to think only abundance after this two hour process, so naturally it starts manifesting in your life. Even if the exercise just made you happy and didn't effect your reality it would be worth it, but it does effect your reality! Things you want start appearing, it's like the cherry on top. You feel amazing regardless of circumstances, and because you feel this way, circumstances change to allow what you want. Seriously for the love of god try this, it's surreal. Even if you do the two hours once and never again you can be forever changed from doing this, you'll realise it's in your ability to create the happiness you want, so your mind will naturally gravitate to whatever feels good and you'll just feel better and better. Magic will start happening if you do this, it has done more for me than any self inquiry meditation success techniques over the last two years. Don't believe anyone who says you must 'Work hard' to be happy, happiness is our basic nature, we had it when we were children which means we can get it back at the cost of nothing! It cuts to the core and lets you control your happiness. After all who gives a fuck how 'enlightened' we are if we are not happy. Sorry if this sounded cheesy, I just needed you to be excited to try this because it is amazing, it's the best thing I've done all year! Seriously try this for the two hours and I promise you'll love it!

  7. If you have an emotional problem that keeps getting triggered. Whenever it happens don't worry about what's going on right now instead ask. When was a time I felt this feeling in the past? Than try asking Is there an even earlier time I felt this feeling? Than ask What's the earliest time I felt this feeling? Than go through breath into the feeling tied to the memory, and just experience what was repressed. The reason this is good is because normally the problem isn't actually about what we see, it's about something in our past that we shoved into our subconcious. Here's an example of something I did to make it clear. I see a famous musician and feel jealous. I ask what was an earlier time I felt this? My mind gives me a time I saw a stand up comedian live and was jealous I wasn't that funny. I ask is there an even earlier time I felt this? My mind gives me a situation in primary school, where I was not allowed to play with certain people. I ask what's the earliest time I felt this? The primary school one comes up again. I sit with the memory and the emotion and breath into it without trying to change anything. Within 4 minutes the emotions gone and I never have to deal with this specific jealousy trigger in my life ever again because it has been released. Just something to try, do it or don't its up to you

  9. @BjarkeT also I want to add to my answer. One more very very effictive way to make an emotionally difficult situation easier (and sometimes goes beyond even making it easier and makes it completely effortless!) is to uncover the belief causing suffering, than stop believing in it. To uncover the belief play this game if I (take action) than (what you imagine happening) Keep going till you get to the root and you absolutely 100% cannot go further. Heres an example for me, on an issue talking to a girl I found attractive, which was hard for me due to nervousness. If I Talk to this girl Than She will reject me. If She rejects me than I will be embarassed If I am embarassed than I am alone and miserable. So that's an example of me uncovering the hidden belief. In this case the action was difficult because of a hidden belief I would end up alone and miserable for doing it. Once you have the hidden belief you can stop beliving it by questioning it ask. 1: Is this thought actually true? 2: Can I 100% know that this thought is really true always? 3: What would I feel like if I could not believe this thought as hard as I tried. 4: How do I feel when I do believe the thought. 5: Can I think of three reasons why the opposite of it might be true? (eg for my thought above I would think of three reasons why the opposite thought "I won't end up alone and miserable if I ask a girl out" might be true. As long as you actually really answer the 5 questions above truly in your mind and try your best to get the most honest answer being as rational as possible, the feeling will start dissolving. Please ask any questions about this if you have any i've spent around 30 hours just doing this kind of stuff.
  10. @BjarkeT Yes I do! Move yourself into a higher state a happier or more confident state, and than it will be easier to do it. Learning how to do this on the spot is an amazing skill. I highly reccomend you read the book ‘ask and it is given’ by Esther Hicks. I read this six months ago and from reading this can now change my state to a happy one almost instantaneously. Of course you dont have to buy to buy a book if you don’t want. So below are some free resources now you can use to change your state and make doing the difficult thing more easy. Meditation to change state: This next one is if you have an open mind.   14. @haai14 When you’re feeling happiness, when you’re feeling joy…it’s because you have somehow positioned your personal vibration in alignment. How? Through your definitions, your belief systems, your perspectives on life. Through the point of view of Existence that you adopt, and its position—that is, where you have placed your point of view into the vibrational spectrum of creation. If you feel happy, you have placed it somewhere along the line of your alignment, somewhere in the center of your being, in the truth of your true Self. It is because you have positioned yourself vibrationally in alignment with your true self, that you feel joy. And you feel connection—as if you belong to all of creation, and that creation belongs to you—that there is an inseparability. You feel like everything is possible, that there is infinite abundance—everywhere, and all the time! Now, this is somewhat an extreme version of the experience of alignment, but it is possible and accessible. Whenever you are happy, you are downloading some version of this alignment. When you are feeling depressed or sad—not that these things are bad, not that they have to be pushed away—but these feelings should be understood. You need to understand that when you are feeling depressed, anxious, stressed, sad, grieving, any of these ideas, these feelings…it is because you have positioned your vibrational perspective, your point of view on life, in a frequency that is out of alignment with the truth of your being. For example, if you take the perspective, “I just lost my grandfather,” or “I just lost my dog”—then, that perspective of lack, that you are lacking your dog, lacking love, feeling abandoned by your dog or your grandfather, or whatever might be “lacking,” you feel bad. But if your lack definitions were true, it would feel great to define life in that way. If it was an actual truth that you were lacking something, you would feel ecstatic about it. With a different perspective, the same event would feel amazing and exciting. We don’t feel pain because our grandfather died or because our dog died; we feel pain because the position we have taken on the matter, the point of view we have adopted on what happened, on the circumstance, is out of vibrational alignment. Our position is removed from the true frequency of the nature of reality, of who we really are, of what we really are, of what is actually, fundamentally, universally true.

It's also good for someone like me who still cares about outward things like success before he transitions into more spirituality later.   17. If you want the benefits of cold showers but don't have the willpower to go through with it, what ive been doing is spending the last 1 minute of the shower cold. It's easier than a full cold shower and still gives you benefits like feeling refreshed and motivated afterwards, highly reccommend!

  21. Hi, what can I do if I still have negative values after doing the value release exercise. One value I have is being loved I want fame approval and others to think i'm good looking or sexy or confident and charismatic. The problem is this is interfering in a negative way i'm only pursuing it neurotically. But after the values release I still have it, I couldn't find the event in my past that triggered it and an event I did pick when asked could you release I said no, and it stayed. What can I do to release this because at the moment from the list fame value and approval being liked would be high on my list and I know they would hurt me if pursued because it's not even up to me if people like me or not it's their choice.
