I'm certainly falling into this trap of believing everything Leo says in blind faith and not taking enough effort to venture out to my path of discovery.

Same thing for me. I think they will get it fixed soon.

@okulele Right. Thank you for this practical advise! -
Been doing daily loving-kindness meditation towards 4 different individuals since October 2019. Now having difficulty with finding individuals I have conflict/distress with since they are not in my life anymore or I do not have "negative" emotions towards those individuals any longer. What to do about this? To solve this issue, I have just targeted my loving-kindness to 2 individuals I do not know well, but meet occasionally - "neutral" individuals. I picture the individual extremely happy and try to feel their happiness in my heart as I do metta meditation. Would it be better to picture their faces in my mind as I repeat the loving-kindness phrases towards them and try to feel their happiness in my heart? I use Insight Timer with an unguided timer of 25 minutes. Usually standing, eyes closed. My daily metta practice: First I select a close individual and repeat the following phrases in my head: "May (name) be safe." "May (name) be well." "May (name) be free of suffering." I picture the individual extremely happy and feel the meaning of the phrases in my heart. I meditate for about 5 minutes repeating these phrases (ofc NOT looking at the timer) for each individual. Next, I continue on myself. I repeat the same phrases towards myself for about 5 minutes. Then I continue on a neutral individual, which is usually an individual I meet perhaps once a month or once a year. Again 5 minutes. Lastly, I try to find an individual I have conflict with. I find this extremely difficult now, since I feel I have let go of all the pain I have felt towards those individuals I used to have "negative" emotions towards. Any tips? Another 5 minutes for this individual. Yes, as calculated, this is a total of 20 minutes, but usually as I don't open my eyes and look at the timer, I usually meditate longer for each individual and eventually the metta meditation session lasts for 25 minutes.

I will only target light on what I do on mornings to start my day with motivation, inspiration, innovation and creation. The first thing I do is hydrate my body with plenty of water, continue on with brushing my teeth, am aware of stiff body parts and raise my consciousness with a 10 to 90-minute yoga session (the session depends completely on arranged meetings and goings of the day). After the session, I journal for 30 minutes. If I do not have the time to journal right after my yoga session, I journal somewhere during the day. I meditate for 25 minutes each evening. This routine has raised my sense of clarity and reduced my impulsive actions tremendously. I highly recommend trying this out for a while to see if this suits you. Currently, I am in college in the environmental field and becoming an environmental inspector after graduating (in about a year). This, however, isn't my passion as I wish to pursue my mission as a yoga instructor. Human anatomy, physiology and the capability of the human mind are highly interesting, which I wish to delve deeper upon graduation as I will be doing volunteering work after graduation.

I have a confession to make. I have a bad habit of watching TV until 3 am nearly every day while drinking green tea or ginger tea and eating cookies and chocolate. Therefore, I usually wake up at 10 am the earliest. 1. I wake up and drink as much water as my full stomach can bear. 2. I brush my teeth. 3. I remove my pyjamas and only leave my boxers on. 4. I do surya namastar (sun salutation) at least once for my right and left body to awaken my concentration and body. If I have energy and I am not in a rush to university, I do a utkatasana (chair pose) sequence, trikonasana (triangle pose) / natarajasana (dancer pose) and/or a bunch of chaturanga poses. Usually my morning yoga is from 20 minutes to an hour. 5. I wipe my sweat and leave for university. If I have a day off, I do my 30-minute morning meditation. 6. If I have a day off, I eat breakfast after my meditation session. 7. Doing something I reckon as productive.

What an interesting doc about the mathematician and physicist who undermined their way to new branches of their field. Thank you for sharing this insightful watch.
