  1. No idea if 170$ is good in the US market, but I have some other remarks. It's really hard to make a "most simple grocery list" for other people. Even if we ignore personal preference, which alone is going to make you turn over half of a list somebody else would make, there's so many factors. First, there's cooking skill. It's a thing. A friend of mine is unable to cook pasta properly, even with careful guidance. How much stuff can you manage at once. Are you experienced with cutting, or is it gonna take years? That's kind of important, if efficiency is something that's a priority for you. If meal prep is involved, do you have a freezer? How many containers do you have? And then there's availability. Some things you can buy in Europe, you don't get that easily in the US. Prices vary, so maybe you're not going to buy some of the things, because they are rather expensive in your region. Nobody can know how much energy you're going to spend, because schedules shift, calculating TDEE even for yourself is some kind of voodoo. You get the idea, You have to come up with this stuff for yourself. Energy and time also aren't the only metrics you should consider, especially if you're on keto. If the stuff you're consuming is healthy for you should be the first priority,
  2. I feel I’m done with this shell of mine Separated from the one I knew I’ll kill every minute on hold While the ocean brings me back to life I’ve lived, I’ve breathed, I’ve learned to be deceived Sheltered for what it’s worth, forced to make it work I feel I’m chosen to see what others haven’t seen It’s not a tragedy, it’s just reality, but how it makes me believe
  3. If you had them before, seeing a therapist would be advisable. There's many reasons why the mind comes up with this kind of stuff, and it's a fairly normal thing to happen, if you meditate regularly. Mental illness can be a real bitch though, so really talking to someone about it is probably gonna help you.
  4. Echoing this. Probably the most efficient and cheap piece of technology I got for self development. For me it was whiteboard foil, but it's the same concept. You will always look at it, and this alone will keep you on track. It's just something different to have this in your living space, in your hand writing, instead of just a note on an organizer or computer, that you only open on demand. I even tried recreating it with a tablet, a compatible pen and apps for it, to be able to take it on the road, but even ignoring the possible distractions, it's not as good. I still use it sometimes, but as soon as I get home, that shit goes up on the wall. Most of the time just one word on the board is enough. It works even better in conjunction with a journaling habit, because you always have a quick way to note something down that's on your mind, and you can get back to contemplate about later, it was a missing puzzle piece for me. Great place to put your mission statements, core values, whatever you're working on. It's very compatible with most of Leos videos, because of the way he structures them, almost all topics have core concepts and certain catch phrases. If you want to archive your "mind map", you can just make a picture of it. Nothing needs to get lost, just because it's on your wall. The only downside is that people seeing your wall of the weird will think you're a crazy person.
  5. What you experience is a thing. You may call it nothing or infinity, but that's already you categorizing it. What you make of it is a conclusion, or the missing understanding.
  6. Yes, everyone must come to the same conclusions as you do. You're not ideological at all.
  7. You really shouldn't. You can't ever know 100%, because the way we perceive experiences is always shaped by the way we think, not even talking about memory. Bloodletting used to be a thing proven by experience. Just because a lot of people here echo the stuff they hear from Leo doesn't mean it's the ultimate truth. He might be all wrong about it and he's telling people constantly to check for themselves for a reason. The question is, does it really matter? Do you need to know if Nirvana is true or not, if there's another elephant beyond the curtain? My views are rather dualistic and I still think the experience is valuable. Isn't challenging your mind like that the best way to go about it, to get perspective? There's tons of science about psilocybin, for example. You'll hopefully still come up with your own conclusions, when you're there.
  8. 4chan is one of the most ego smog ridden places on the internet. Egos masking themselves with anonymity and group think. It wouldn't be better.
  9. Enlightenment is something different. It would certainly help you to understand, why you are the way you are, but it's not the only way to fix problems. You're still looking at externals to decide if you should be happy or not, if the way you write is any indication. Watch this and take it to heart. Also happiness is such a broadly used term in our culture. In a good mood? Happy. Not majorly depressed like the rest of the western world? Happy. Just listened to a great song and got a nice dopamine hit from it? Happy. Financially well off enough to live a good life? You should be happy, right? A simple trick that's still helping me every day is redefining what you're really looking for. Language matters. I found serenity a much better term for what I am looking for than happiness, but that's probably gonna be different for you.
