So i always thought helping other people and contribution to society is important and i wanted my life to builded about this. I am doing right now the LP Course and i have found interesting facts. So the week ago, one guy i was listening he said something like '' these kids nowadays grow up with comforts and a big self esteem from their parents that they can have what they want in life but later they have problems facing the reality as they grow up etc...'' Instantly an inner voice inside me spoke and said ''So what? f@ck them'' and i was shocked cause for the first time i could clearly hear that. I was thinking Am i deceive myself that i care about other people? Any insight from someone that can relate would be helpful. Thanks

@Nahm Every Day for 30-45 minutes for 1 and a half year. The last 6 months in a row i have not missed a day (proud!). Self enquiry not much. Journaling not so much. Mindfulness practices sometimes during the day. Well that's it pretty much.

@Sahil Pandit Being someone independent financial does not mean something. I mean he has some freedom of choices, but deep down you know that money is a psychological game. Even if he has to financial coach someone this about stocks or investments , those people already have enoughhhh money to know probably how to invest already. I can relate with @egoless cause my major is in F&A and i have same thoughts about humanity

@Source_Mystic Hello , thanks for the reply, i do meditation 40 min daily for over 1 year. I think i know exactly what i try to do with all these bad habits : is to lose control and let it go.. Cause I am all time in control and self discipline and that backfires. My self tries to find all the ways to relax and lose control by overeating, drugs , alcohol etc. and i do not let him in one way so it finds another way. A common pattern of these habits is that all begins when i a have free time like vacations, weekends etc

So i diet and i became the way i wanted, but i started smoking, then i quit smoking, but i started drinking a bit more, then i stopped to drink more and i started taking psychedelics/drugs here and there, then i became vegan and gain weight from all the carbs. All the bad habits i ahd i just kept them in moderation and i could easily got rid of them. I still maintain the good habits of gym, meditate etc, but i noticed this pattern in my life the last years, it keeps getting back in another way and going full circle. Any opinion is appreciated, thanks!

@Psychonaut Thanks for the video, very interesting indeed. However the phrase with the self destructive behavior is the root of the problem. Somehow and for some reason i hope to find soon, i try to sabotage my self when i got important things going for me and i have self control. When i say ok i am going to eliminate this habit is like my mind says ''Well, what about this?'' and present me the next one, an even more powerful distraction/addiction. It is funny how i am aware of this i can not eliminate this pattern.

Sounds obvious, but i confirm this so true. Most bad habits i have quit, are based on this method. But i could not apply that on eating addiction yet. I eat for comfort or boredom, i quite smoking but eating addiction, damn this is so tricky.

I am into instrumental psych rock. I like when there is absence of lyrics and no messages, just music and feelings. I like Naxatras they have many eastern music elements in their music. Other similar bands are Samsara Blues experiment, Toundra, Earthless (The guitarist is the reincarnation of Hendrin in his solos...), Oh Hiroshima, God is an Astronaut etc

To learn from ΤΗΕΜ To open your mind with different ideas To companionship in very hard and sad situations To share your happiness ,thoughts, express yourself To show your reflection on your bad behaviors To have just a drink and fun every now and then, you can not be dead serious all the time And i can go on and on...

@Jedd As one that has tattoos in my chest, back, etc i will tell you that after a few months you do them your eye get used to them and are like they do not exist. The only problem i see is the lack of money, do not press yourself to have them now, have them when will be natural and effortless from resources, you have more important things to worry now than gather money for this i think. Also consider tattoos not be visible, if there are it is a thing that may cause you problem in the long term and feel discomfort. As for the skin cancer i think you should avoid the area that you had it and please consider a doctor advice before tattoo yourself. Wish you the best!

Sorry for being Mainstream but ''Awaken the Giant Within'' by Tony Robbins. Oh man... i mean if you do all the assignments it includes every aspect of your life. All the examples and real stories Tony gives...so inspiring. Maybe not advanced as others, but helped me build my self overall so i can be strong on the path to my purpose and stand with confidence.

@Adam M Unfortunately they are still very important to build your brand. In my opinion Facebook kinda fades away and instagram takes place the last two years. Instagram is more easy to attract followers with the hashtags etc. Facebook needs more investment in advertisements and is more difficult to expand your brand in my opinion. Also LinkedIn is also a very useful tool for branding, but deep down depends on the business you want to brand. For more alternative things i would go for Instagram, for more business oriented i would go for Linked In.

Yes it is possible to succeed on 1vs1. Try any certificate from ICF or EMCC accredited. That are the two top associations. Generally the studies are the least part, the major is to find clients and do it as a business. That my friend is the hardest.

@egoless I think some of us have, but we do not have the time to answer all those generic questions. Do a research and if you have questions here and there ok , but this is kind of lazy, sorry i got to be honest here to help you So begin and search all those, you will find the answers as i did if you are interested enough! And there are no requirements, i am kind of introvert, i am no psychologist i work in finance and i coach pretty well my clients. It is just what are you willing to do to be the best out there. Best of Luck

@zazed@pluto You mean 24:3 is the number 6 in numerology? So i checked numerology as you said online and note this fun fact, my birth date is 22 April 1987 that i checked out in numerology and it seems also to be 6! 22 04 1987 = (2+2 =4) + (0 + 4= 4) + ( 1+9+8+7= 25=2+5=7) = 4 + 4+ 7 =15 = 1+5 =6 What this suppose to mean? so weird! -
@rush Hello, i am also an accountant for several years now . But then i thought i should try part time other jobs that seem interesting because i felt that it was not my passion . I liked concerts and writing so i became a concert reporter for the biggest rock site here, but then i tried it and did not was so good i thought it would be. Then i decided to join a group of musicians and start playing my own music but also did not went well because it was fun, but i felt was not using my full potential. Then i decided that the self development passion i have, i can give that to other people and help them, so i participated in 8 month course and got certified life coach, then i started my site and first clients came in.. Till today i have my finance job but i also have the coaching business aside that i will try to build to be my main job in the years to come. In my opinion you should have the standard accounting job that can provide you the resources and try part time whatever you are interested till you find the most suitable for you.

@pluto @jse @Nahm @sarapr @Shin @egoless it continues... So i asked my meditation teacher about it and he said that if this happens again, please pay attention on the numbers. So it happened again the night after . I tried to figure it out and notice the numbers, but it was all fuzzy and not clear, then i noticed clearly one that stood out and it was the ''24:3''. When i woke up i google it and it seems that it is a phrase from hebrew book called numbers smth like that and the phrase goes like "This is the message of Balaam son of Beor, the message of the man whose eyes see clearly''. Da fuk!!! -

Thank you guys. I would try to meditate earlier i think and see what happens. I am to change career in progress & build my clients as a coach, but not going to quit my finance job right away for some lucid dreams! -
Just wanted to say thanks to my girl who bought me the course as a gift! I could not believe in my eyes when i saw the mail. The last year we both try to grow, find passion and read books, so we have discussed about the ULP course. Then i received a mail she send with a xmas card and the life purpose access codes... If you would tell me 4 years back that i could have such a caring and lovely relationship, i would laugh so hard...but you see when you strive to be better as human being and conscious, better things come to you. Sometimes so great that makes you wonder if you deserve them.

Last days i noticed that i get so triggered for this kind of things. I hear people from my enviroment spend days to shop and prepare for the celebrations and the xmas party. They asking me what i think should i choose to wear on that day and if i will go shopping in the weekend and what present should i buy etc. Suddenly i could not stand any more their chimp behaviors and started to arguing how all that is to just consume and buy staff you don't even need. I felt the rage inside me to grow, i wanted to show them how blind they are in their hollow egos.e... I don't want to hurt their feelings, they are nice people, they are just into so in the consuming non conscious living and i get so pissed when they try to get me into that. Feeling same anyone ?

@AxelK@ajasatya Better not, different maybe. I am aware that my anger in that specific subject is a toxic behavior, i am aware that all this self development work i did the last couple of years, is giving me peace and a purpose, but i struggle with the think that i can see more clear some illusions. This thinking makes me feel that i am better than the masses. I know this trap. I try to avoid it but in every argument i fall back in the same trap. It is just that they try to criticize my point of view because it does not agree with theirs and i can not feel empathy for them, although i should.

I prefer Self enquiry before the meditation. After enquiring for some time, then when it comes to an answer that can not be explained, you just be silent stop enquiring and begin the deep mediation. Hope it helps.
