I've been trying this meditation for a while and it works extremely great. it's called ocular meditation by me and you can do it every moment, every time simply relate closing your eyelashes with: end of a thought understanding something recognition of any feelings, perceptions, anything that requires it you will know when at the beginning it has to be manually but soon you will found that your eyelashes close automatically when you need it benefits you develope a meditative effortless atention and predisposition, witness presence. eliminating useless self talk,depression, stress/nerves alone and around people. understanding higher self and higher being (around people) emerging with reality. a understanding of mind, noticing that it works like a mirror important to notice how atention and breath melt together when you do this and how it feels. to realize that if you can't really close it every time something happens (because perceptions never stop coming) you need to use intuition to do it, a higher understanding in life that is not mind is holding this perceptions. ¡what it will be? try to main keep your eyes open while thoughts are arising and close it when gap appears. go fucking outside, stop learning about spirituality this path is trying to understand all by youself plus.- when i feel a overload of bad feelings or just getting uncomfortable i just close my eyes twice very quickly and center my atention on breath or the energy field of the body,more than anything hands and feets, you will notice how it simply transforms boys and girls: when somebody look at you, and you notice it, see what happens when you blink your eyes twice, very funny reactions

This is because trying to identify to improve it is only making more mind activity of recycled memory, can help in proccesing willingness to do things but it is not really helping to see betters points of view i found ego is the unconscious action of creating a separated self towards a mental/non mental object caused by the identification of thought's flow which contains information and meanings self assumed so creating a improve mental process is useless because it's only will create little egos trying to do something amplifying this mental loupe, progress must be generated by constantly carrying out new activities, feeding mind with the repetition of new information. see what happen next update i will spend a week meditating trying to boost discipline due i found that i can't accomplish things because of this loose ego

At afternoon Take a walk into your neighborhood, a park where many people were enjoying.
