Observe the visual field, what is behind the things you see? What is around the edges of that field? Observe the audio field. Try to listen to the farthest sound you can. What is beyond the farthest sound? Observe your body. What sorrounds the edges of the sensations of your body? Notice that you are that visual, audio, and kinesthetic bubble of awareness as well as the nothingness that is beyond it.

@Leo Gura I was into pickup and manipulaton (of myself and the girl) for 10 years and I had to let go of it to get into an amazing relationship I feel. My "results" went down as far as attracting girls I interacted with but the authenticity skyrocketed which I feel made me the most attractive to the right girls. It was funny I met my gf at a club and when we were dancing I got a boner and she said "you need to calm down!" and I said without missing a beat "Hey dont judge me!" in a funny light hearted way, not getting insecure about it, and she laughed and I felt she appreciated the honesty and the self acceptance. Now I kinda preach not doing anything manipulative, being brutally honest and hitting yourself against the wall by being needy or whatever until you meet the right person hehe. Like you said in the video, being needy and not hiding it I was able to become more aware of it while it happened and it naturally stopped happening as much since I was able to reflect on it and realize that there was really no need for it... "the neediness comes from a deep inauthenticity". Anyways my 2 cents

@Chris40 @Leo Gura With my girlfriend following the advice has been gold for intimacy. She is into self help so that helps alot. I tell her "Hey Im triggered and I know this is lower consciousness but I am needy/sad/angry because of xyz. She either understands and we work it out (I see through my bullshit and she through hers) or she gets defensive and it spirals down for a bit but eventually we see the light and we feel closer than before. I tell her my insecurities, my needs and wants, have cried my eyes out to her... I ask her to do the same, to not hold back even if she thinks there is something she is thinking or feeling that I am not going to like. It really is the best way to have a great relationship and grow together, and if the honesty causes the relationship to break then its for the best, I dont see how lying or hiding stuff can make things work in the long run.

Sorry if this has been expressed before, I just really wanted to share. When Leo spoke about asking if reality had a botton scale (atoms, quarks, strings...) I started thinking about the lowest scale, the lowest limit of time. I realized that the smallest unit of time is the Absolute Now, I thought of it like a still shot, a photo, before the mind can interpret anything, project anything its just this blob of sensations. And nothing is happening in them since something happens only because the mind says it does. So the Truth is that nothing is happening. This state of Being is a state of radical not knowingness since anything that can be known is just more content of thought and thats illusory. What I think I am or could be, and what I think existence is or could be is also just more thought and more illusions. I am Being and Nothing and its the same thing in a way. There is nothing to do, and no one to do anything even if there was something to do, nothing is happening, there is no one to convince of this or anyone to do the convincing. So yea... that leaves me with very little. Just go on living life the best I can, not knowing anything, at least in the absolute sense. But all this feels good somehow, like I am not ecstatic or blissing out or anything but um... I dont know its still pretty awesome to see this.

I also think that its important that the love in your intimate relationship fuels your enlightment and life purpose. All three should be interdependent, each one fueling the other two.

I think love in an intimate relationship is unconditional and about giving your trust to them. Its about letting yourself be vulnerable. Its also about wanting them and yourself to be totally free because love cannot be an obligation. I feel monogamous love is a more evolved and mature form of intimate relationship, but both people decide to only share their body and spirit in this intimate way totally freely, they do it for themselves not for the other person. Freedom is a prerequisite, so developing ones freedom and authenticity is primary. I think this vídeo is relevant.

@How to be wise Enlightment is ultimate awareness! You become so aware that you understand the nature of who you are, of reality, well its one and the same thing heh, but you know what Im saying.

I think it does give you super powers! Like fucking silencing your mind at will and seeing everything as extremely beautiful, having deep Samadhi experiences with whatever you look at, heh, having anything that happens to you that any normal human finds negative not effect you because you are detached. Yay super powers.

I got the feeling of connecting to whats tecnically already happening. Like how we all are really surrendered to life and whatever it wants to do with us but we dont realize that, we forget about it. So yea when he said let go of getting enlightened and the meditative state is all the time it really hit home, I felt that I can remind myself of this to keep myself surrending through out the day. Does this make sense?

@Neo i think the warning is to make sure people Watch the whole vídeo and pay close attention, to prevent as much as possible people blindly taking some drugs. He could have had the same warning in the removing "should statements" video except people are less likely to get overly excited about removing shoulds than about taking drugs

Sometimes i feel sad and feel "bad" and "ungreatful" for feeling that way.

I know what true love is! hehe <3 Here is a love letter to my girlfriend that I think expresses it God = Reality, Existence, Universe I love her. For no reason at all, I simply love her. Emotions well up inside me because it's so pure, and again it's for no reason at all. And that means there's no thing, no reason that can change to take it away. It comes from the deepest core of my Being. It's in every breath, every thought, every feeling. It's a direct manifestation of my love for God. God put us together to experience true love, it's one of his things. He knows we don't take it for granted, that we don't take credit for it arrogantly, that we nurture and grow it so he gladly lets it happen. He's seen we've learned our lessons, and though there are many more, he's seen us ready for this new expression of his glory, his majesty, his self discovery of his mystery through us. Who are we to oppose, to doubt the beauty of what is happening to us.
