  3. @Dominik Drums Enlightenment and art (music) can go very well together man. Creativity is our natural state. When we listen or create music we literally connect to this natural state within. Music is you, you are music! I'm a DJ/Producer and music has been an important part of my life. I can't even imagine what my life would be like without music. I always wanted to "make it" in the industry, to tour the world, to share it with as many people as possible. Since I started deeply pursuing enlightenment and having few awakening experiences, my drives to achieve any goals or to "make it" have quickly vanished. My genuine desire to know the Truth has completely destroyed my egoic desires to achieve something. It was kinda weird not having those goals that I've been pursuing for a long time. But it felt very free and relaxed. It felt so ok to just be here and now. To not to rush anywhere. To simply be. I was still listening to a lot of music and discovering new beautiful genres. It helped me to stay inspired on the path, even though, I wan't creating anything. Fast forward to now. After having very profound experiences and resting in being, a lot of seeking has been dropped. Now, it feels like I'm slowly coming coming back to music. I just want to create something. I want to inspire people. I want to share something beautiful with the world. Of course I know that all of this is meaningless and has no point but it makes it even more beautiful and playful. You can play. You can create. You can do whatever the fuck you want. There is infinite creativity inside each of us. We are the creation itself! You can create without an egoic attachment. See what happens when you do that
  4. @haai14 I've heard that peanuts are better roasted. Almonds are great but remember to soak them. Soaked nuts are better absorbed by the body. If you're looking for more protein there is also quinoa, hemp seeds, beans, peas, etc.

  6. Milk is full of hormones, antibiotics, and puss. It's not the best source of calcium at all, it actually makes your body to remove calcium from the bones. Look it up. Fat is not bad for you at all but there are different types of fats. The best ones are avocados, nuts, seeds, coconuts. Yes, eggs are very nutritious and it's the best to eat them while transitioning to more plants, but then, you can get all the proteins and amino acids from plants too without making your body to filter all the animal stuff.

  8. @egoless Vegan is definitely healthier but only if you do it slow. Don't give up meat right away. Start slowly removing animal products from your diet and introducing more fruit and vegetables every day. If you do it very fast you might feel week and tired. It's because your body is still used to getting vitamins and minerals from meat so it needs some time to adjust to plant foods. Many people feel very good for a few weeks after going vegan, but then, they feel weak. It's because the body hasn't learned how to absorb nutrients from plants yet and used all its storage. The only thing I would advice is to ditch dairy right away. There is just nothing good about it except maybe super organic raw milk which is hard to find nowadays. There are many vegan milks on the market. It all depends on what you like, I personally like almond.

  11. It's very normal on the path. I used to be the same way, not going out, not wanting to talk to people, etc. It comes and goes. There are a lot of things that I'm not interested in anymore but my relationship to them has changed. Everything is perfect as it is. With time you learn what you really want to do and what really needs to be done. It's like you're tuning in your intuition and let it guides you.
  12. @DrMobius Yeah, same for me! If I want to do lsd or mushrooms in a social setting I have to take a smaller dose so I don't freak other people out and be functional lol. Every trip becomes so heavy and deep, but beautiful at the same time!
  13. Has anybody tried smoking regular dmt after having 5-meo breakthroughs? Mushrooms and acid have already became like 5-meo for me, and I wonder how regular dmt would feel like. My assumption it's probably gonna be just like 5-meo with some visuals from the regular dmt.
  14. I'm loving this thread! Music definitely has an amazing healing power! It connects people together. Oh, and what happens at festivals is so wild! I can't imagine the world without the music, it's just not possible! @egoless I'm not a big fan of techno, but I respect it. The tracks you shared are pretty good but some techno tracks are just way too repetitive to me. And yeah, it's good on mdma for sure I've been so much into psychill/downtempo lately. This music just uplifts my soul
  15. Just be yourself and be as an example. Don't push anything on people. Everyone is on their own journey. Some people are just not ready for this yet. The real freedom comes when you just keep quiet and don't say anything unless they ask you questions.

  17. @egoless I don't live in Netherlands man but I've heard mushrooms are legal there. Don't know the differences between different types. Both are effective for enlightenment in my opinion. Again, all comes down to the intention. Dude, please do your own research on all of this. I can't answer all your questions.
  18. If I were you I would start very small first. Start very low doses of LSD or mushrooms and slowly build yourself up. The time will come when you know that you're ready for 5-meo. 5-meo is very powerful and if you've never tried any psychedelic before, it can be very terrifying. Do a lot of research on any psychedelic before you try it. And of course, keep doing your meditation and self-inquiry practices. This video might help too:
  19. Psilocybin magic mushrooms. You will have to find your own way to source them but it shouldn't be a problem since there are very popular everywhere.
  20. Mushrooms and acid are really good for this work. But remember that the intention is very important. A genuine desire to really see the truth. Set and setting, etc. You can easily breakthrough on these without 5-meo. 5-meo just works specifically with the ego.
