I will share a simple technique here that will get you going without books. (You still should read them, and I don't disagree with Leo, you should find a local healer and ask). Martial arts besides Reiki healers, quantum touch is also an example chi comes into play. People that meditate a lot, eat little and live secluded prefer such energy over the lower forms where most people think they get their energy from, much eating and drinking. Please sit. Just sit, hands on your lap, palms upward, one over the other. Breath in calmly, and calmly out while keeping your attention at first on your stamina ( few fingers below the navel), and start observing and sensing your energy flowing from there throughout your body, arms and legs. When rightly done people feel often directly their palms of their hands becoming energized. If this does not work, and its difficult to sense it, then go over to visualize powerfully this flow of energy from stamina to hand palms. Now, when keep sensing this flow, put your hands close together without touch one another, and bring them a little closer and back again, closer again, and back again, while feeling energy getting add to it. Surely, if done right, you will feel it build, and feel that one pushes the other away. Congratulations, you succeeded in your first lesson of energy work. -

No, thats not quite it. People that are intelligent, know about the polarity, its laws, and how to escape its snare, know that karma, the result of action, is a nasty one, if one uses his power to entertain others. It can lead to loss of his energy. Rather he did entertain others if someone else filmed it does not have to be the point, as he could also just have refrained from it but did not, which does will bother him. This dance with karma is better to be given a penalty if can. -

@Martin123 Maybe many are going to listen now, because of reaching a power. Well thats fine, but they must go within. -

@Leo Gura I hope you do keep open, and I would sincerely wish you one day be able to see for yourself and would be in someones presence that has such powers. I am not constantly preaching simply because I saw some vision in me... No, the field, the presence everything becomes power when ridding oneself from that suffering. People can simply faint due to the intensity of the field. -
Aware replied to Arman's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo GuraNo, I never bend a spoon. However accomplished many other things, that I refuse to put in here as claims. -
Aware replied to Arman's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You truly make it sound very soft. I have seen so much more then a silly spoon bending. People truly would be surprised what they can if they properly meditate and are hard working to end their suffering. I do wish to write an article on that, it can be practiced, however many will just cast it away as not possible, so I would ask first permission. -
Aware replied to ULFBERHT's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Great question! Please let me explain, first a medicine for the mind, then will build from there on doing my utmost to clarify it for as far as I can clarify it. All things exist, persist for a while, and eventually perish. Feelings, mental conditions (perception, shapes, formations, intellect and consciousness) and physical material cannot hold up due to their nature and conditionings in which they arose. When one realizes this, he grows wary of them. When he grows wary of them, he realizes: these feelings, these mental conditions are not me, not of me, not of you, myself, yourself, ourself or them. They simply come, persist for a while, and eventually perish according to their conditions and nature. There for only suffering exists, decays and eventually perishes. Besides suffering, nothing exists, and nothing seizes to exist. Having realized this, one is released, his heart becomes radiant and is freed. Feelings, physical objects and mental conditions as named above, seem to be promoting that they contain a self, presenting themselves as having a permanent source, are promoting the idea that they are discerned from anything else you perceive. One thought is not the other thought, and this picture is completely different from that other picture, this memory is different from other memories, we have billions of different physical objects, this way, like this it seems for the mind. However, a clear investigation to this, one quickly realizes that all of them are not that different as they seem and you just identify with it. So let us investigate this right here. Feelings, your body and mental conditions, are they permanent, or are they temporary in their nature? They are temporary in nature. And that which is temporary in nature, can we say of such things: Let it be so, or let it be not so? Of sickness we can't say: I am better now, and we are better. Of death we can't say, I don't wanna die, and we don't die. Of old age we can't say, I want to stay young, and we stay young. Thus we can't control that which is temporary in nature and there for is empty. That which we can't control, is that suffering, or is it not suffering? It is suffering, because it can't hold. (is conditioned). Would it there for be right to state about those temporary phenomenon: This is me, this is myself, this is who I am? No, that is not right to state it like this and to identify with it. Would it be right to state: This is not me, this is not myself, this is not who I am? Yes, it is right to state it like this! So what are you? I am Awareness, that is not bound, not born, never ill and is all pervasive and knows no equal of itself. And this would not be all pervasive, if but one thing out of all that is that you perceive Ulfberht, or comes up within you that actually presents itself being that which it presents. That would mean images that present themselves being images etc. But this is not the case, its a composite and presents everything except itself. There for the real you, is all pervasive. There for, seek not how phenomenon differ, but pierce through by striving to aim for what always was, is and always will be by seeing that anything else but awareness just simply comes and goes. -
Aware replied to vikisss1's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Dear Victor, Surely this is very common, however you can develop this further as you do, but go refrain from unwholesome Speech, act and livelihood, to much or to little eating and drinking and focus during the day, not on different time frames, but be here and be now. Focus on your school work, but be concentrated on Awareness, that knows no difference. This same Awareness is present during meditation, and focus on this. When doing so, surely the gaps between meditation and your daily life, will eventually according to your efforts and previous deeds fall straight into one experience of meditation. Surely from here on, I would like to hear from you again on the forum. -
@quantum Yes Quantum, such a being is among you. One that has dropped the attachment of music, games, books and movies. That has dropped to much eating, to much drinking, to much chatter with people about nonsense, has dropped wrong world views, bad behavior related to wrong intentions, wrong speech, effort, wrong acts, livelihood, attention and concentration. Has cut away from the mainstream, from being rich, being a top university student having wrong friends. There is a being among you that does meditate, has attained the vision of the perfect law of all, and shall not return to worldly activities no more that are stuck like fish in a great net and is certain in succeeding. Has worked and still works hard every moment of the day and night, to attain the Supreme (Awareness that we all are), and will soon or later attain it, while being in the pure abode, all attachments resolve until nothing is left but that which is all pervasive, surely this being is calm, has a serene mind and remains unattached to sounds, tastes, feelings, smells and forms. And remains unattached to: Sense impressions, intellect, perception, mental formations, mental shapes and consciousness, like a lotus leaf held in water, remains un touched. And is mindful when it comes to the senses, while eating, drinking, listening seeing and feeling, and is mindful when it comes to his mental state, his body state, and feeling side of life. Sure someone like this is among you.

This how I see it. But first of all, Great question, well asked! I do not think thoughts alter reality, like a burn does not alter the blasters after it. I say, reality = experience, and that experience is the result of our thinking. I state there for, that although we see a fire, and with fire smoke, that this does not automatically means that fire is in relationship with the smoke. One, is the result of the other. And I there for, do not see the fire as the alternation of the smoke, due to no relationship. I say, that which does alter our experiences, is wisdom, which is to be developed (by seclusion from unwholesome deeds, wisdom is also the result of our thinking but there is no relationship between them), and when developed ends our ill will. I see this as the alternation, because there is nothing that alters wisdom, yet wisdom alters experience, that is experience due to the attachment to it. To clarify this: If by wisdom the root of suffering is cut off, (desire), one is rooted in self, and concentrated on Awareness always, leaving no second to be. All pervasive, means no equal, and there for no comparison of another such like experience. And there for if you can still follow me, due to that the development of wisdom is the key which can cut of the root of suffering and suffering not the root of wisdom, sure wisdom is the alternation of experience (reality). Awareness = Perfect wisdom. -
Aware replied to Aware's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Absolutely! IF one is not compassionate at such a moment, then you have the mindset of a cold hearted one. If in compassion, and I speak there for from my heart, a few words, and the other calms down. If its not in me, its by time no longer in you. I review it as: One+anger. And that this anger doesn't get fuel from compassion, and burns up (One-Anger). From Oneness, its really like you want the other to be letting the anger be dried up by letting him react, so he can be rid of it, knowing that ones compassion is no fuel. -
How to defend perfectly against "others." (As how it is revealed to me). Please read first my other article "Who am I and how so?" first. First realize that you in truth are Awareness. And that this awareness is all pervasive, and is thus not limited to one mind or body. Meditate on it often. Ask and observe often how many times people speak and act from the beLIEf of an I that is apart from others. The key to the perfect defense is perfect discernment on the critical moment when someone uses wrongful speech or act against you. How does this work? Be in the space of perfect discernment seeing therefor the "other" within yourself, and yourself within the other. For its the same all pervasive awareness. The difference between the one rooted in Awareness and the other lost by his defilements, is exactly the weight of misunderstanding himself in that particular moment. Let therefor this be your ultimate reason to be compassionate, which is the awakened mind. Remind yourself when you realize this reason, that no matter what the other throws, is bound to leave, as it came up within himself, it must exhaust eventually due to changing circumstances. Example: I hate you! You are a fool! ... Now, answer knowingly he can't speak to you, does not speak to you, but is only thinking he speaks to you (he would be speaking if he would be either silent or speaks or acts in accordance with all pervasive awareness). He does not speak to you, but is only thinking he speaks to you according to his beLIEf that there are others, but is actually discriminating his own mind. He is literally just slapping and cutting unknowingly his own mind by thinking he is speaking to you, so answer him in accordance of All pervasive Awareness calmly to let him remember his true nature: I do not belief you do hate me, or think that I am a fool. I do belief that you cannot hate me and that you cannot think of me being a fool. I belief you might missed the fact that I am in essence no different from you. I belief you might missed the fact that your feelings and emotions and thoughts come and go, they are not of you and me. Keep in mind that all wrongful acts or false speech are rooted in the same ignorance, there for this same technique can be repeated over and over. One does not need to exactly speak as shown in the example, the key however is not taking over the words, but using your insight to come to realize you are awareness that is all pervasive and become rooted in it. Speak and act in accordance with it and you reign. You reign because of your compassion, it makes hate, delusion and desire powerless. Final notes: In my other article: Who am I and how so? I explain the most direct technique to reach Me as revealed to me, (all Pervasive Awareness). Remember, to master this technique, one must first get rid of his beLIEf that there are many others besides himself and act and speak accordingly to gather supreme deeds (non polar) that eventually overthrow the little me completely, never to be able to sprout back due to the eradication of desires that eventually leads to the false sense of self.

Aware replied to Donald's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I would like to say on this as how I understand it myself, That people discern based on their understanding. That either is situated in whole-fulness, passion or ignorance. And that from a whole-fulness situated view, when accumulated and held together by discipline and shame to waver over to the other fruits, can have perfect discernment. Those spiritual seekers you speak of, that distinguish psychology from spirituality, miss their aim, due to that they themselves think the other way around (situated in passion or ignorance) by falsely beLIEf that body produces the thoughts, and not the other way around, or think it happens both ways. Which forces them to beLIEf that there is an actual distinction, like they themselves think they are distinct from all other things. Which proves that they are situated in either passion or ignorance. That is like discerning wise people from their wisdom, the knowledge from intelligent people, Awareness from existence. (Believing people can be without these things, like Existence they belief can be without awareness). Knowing our essence to be Awareness, and acting accordingly to it leads to perfect discernment, and can correct any view by simply observing their words and behavior, and convert them with other words, and techniques that always include seclusion from... refraining from.... Focusing instead on... etc and this results into: Wisdom can be without people, knowledge can be without people, but without wisdom and knowledge people would not be wise and or intelligent, in fact people would not be people due to no discernment. And so I state the same with Awareness and polarity, good and evil is just there, to let Awareness be supreme over it. So about principles, people became rich by their principles, people became kings by their principles, people became scholars by their principles, so hence people should purify their principles in accordance with their essence and be done with what must be done. -
Aware replied to Donald's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Well spoken words! I would like to add something to the following: There would never been a Buddha here, if things would be permanent in nature, there would never been suffering, no sickness, no birth, old age and death if things would be permanent in nature. But there is sickness, birth, old age and death, due to the impermanent nature of things, and there for you are absolutely right, it would be a wrong view, not in accordance with the true nature of things to believe: Enlightenment is an endstation, not an all-round discipline. And there for ones mind can be as firm as a city gate statue moving always onwards without attachment to it if its free from wrong views. -
Aware replied to Costa7's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
How Costa, do you discern meditation from your daily life? For I see not a single difference between meditation and daily life. At first, make your day supportive for your meditation, and make your meditation supportive for your daily activities and make them one and the same. Here the noble student should put attention to, and concentration on your essence, Awareness that we all are, is not bound to one mind or body, but is at the seat of all our hearts. Refrain during the day from to much and to little food, to much and to little sleep, wrong speech, act and livelihood, and focus not on time scales, but on the here and now, which is in accordance with your essence, Awareness, the real You. Now, your day = Meditation. Your meditation, should be focused on your essence, that is the essence of all there is, concentrate on that which is not coming and going (e.g images), strive to find what did not come up, or did not perish, which is Awareness. You can see meditation and your daily life- if working to make daily life and meditation into one- as two dirty hands under a shower of water, cleaning themselves by rubbing each other, until both hands are clean. Or it can be compared to one foot rubbing the other foot when taking a shower until both feet are clean. And in the end you live a meditative life. -
Aware replied to Spiral's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Well written down Spiral, well done! Someone who is awakened to the level that we do in essence not differ from one another even for a moment, is not entangled with hate towards others, he is like a church bell that is broken, no matter how hard one hits or kicks; no sound will be produced in return. No hard words, no wrongful act when harmed, always doing good, surely such a person is the example of what the enlightened stage is. -
Claim your enlightenment. Prepare yourself for wholesome knowledge. 7 keys to enlightenment as revealed to me. Key 1: Understand first who can help and who cannot help, who can be helped, and who are helpless. Because You are in essence the supreme, Awareness that is all pervasive, the super soul that knows no equal, the unborn, the unmanifest, there are absolute ways that lead to attain the Supreme, and ways that cannot and will not lead to the Supreme, the all pervasive Awareness that I will now refer to as Me, with a capital. Those that are helpless, cannot help, and can be identified by their behavior that performs as the result of their thinking, and their thinking shows their level of understanding, their level of understanding is rooted in either whole-fulness, passion or ignorance. People that live a secluded life, given up their sense gratification, given up their possessions, their riches, money and unwholesome deeds, are dependent upon the goodness of the people, who's mind does not waver, are equanimous towards all situations thrown at them and unshaken in their dedication and devotion towards Me, or are in the pure abode of themselves flowering the next day, these people are situated in the fruit of whole-fulness. People that do not live a secluded life, are chasing their dream jobs, going out with friends from one to another party, taking alcohol, psychedelics and drugs together, eat a lot of food randomly when they like, advice each other to become someone in this world, entertain themselves through gaming, porn and ballgames etc, and into all kinds of family traditions and traditions of the world and also pretending that they are very spiritually advanced to make money, read books about wisdom but don't act upon them are situated in the fruit of passion. People that are having great power in this world, are into money making, living not up to a religious life of some kind, are into science and occults of the dark magics, are involved in warfare, political control and propaganda on major scales etc, are bewildered, are situated in the fruit of ignorance. Conclusion: Of these 3 only those people that are situated in the fruit of whole-fulness can truly help someone get going on a path that with certainty ends when fully awakened. The 2 other fruits where people can be situated in are those that do not start their journey, or do not finish their journey. They rather not start their crossing, or keep swimming from one shore to the other. Key 2: Become aware about the difficulty society brings when it comes to living up to the holy life and its discipline to become free of mind. Western countries belief in being a person, bind people to their names through certificates and contracts, forcing people to deal with money or live on the streets where they cannot get food like for example in india, therefor promotes anything but living a spiritual, holy life. Yet one must give up his possessions. Key 3: Understand why one must give up his possessions. Without giving it up, one does not get to see what true dependence is. Through giving it up, one accumulates loving kindness understanding that we are dependent upon each other which gets motivated when possessions are gone, because the worries go with it. This love and kindness is to sustain his community, the interaction he has with the world and becomes sure that he can sustain perfectly well through this, and loses there for the worries when it comes to food, water and shelter. Key 4: Understand how to come as close as possible in a western country, where such a life is not supported. Because one can't give it all up here, seek there for how far you do can give it up. And see the money making, and the managing of the money as real problem for the mind that wants to become free. There for, understand, that it is not wrong to work, that of course is not harming life, but that the managing of it as well as gathering, surely draws one from the path. There for seek a trusted companion that is willing to share the load by doing his or her job by managing, but not being the gatherer. Second, the food and drink problem. The environment is not always as good. Much work is expected and there for stress comes in. Seclude from much food, turn it back to once a day and keep this simple, to accumulate energy of a much higher kind then from food. Drink distilled water (often a lot of garbage is found in plain water), and stop drinking coke and other of such contaminated drinks. Surely by doing this, you will see quickly spiritually results. Key 5: Understand that action without attached to results is better then meditation. Meditation is great, but working always, without any defilement to the results, either good or bad results, like a lotus held in water remaining untouched is higher. With this key understanding, one can make it also in the western world that expect much of work for society. To achieve this, one should refrain from unwholesome deeds, namely: Wrong views, intentions, speech, acts, effort, livelihood, attention and concentration. To achieve this, one should by his work, his action, become completely rooted in the self, attention on your work, and concentration on Me. It will lead to surrender, working, without working due to no attachment to the fruits of his actions, nor attached to his own name (being someone) and form (afraid of body aches) one becomes infallible. Key 6: Understand the knowledge coming from Me. Knowledge out of books can be great, but knowledge coming from You, is supreme in all its aspects. Understand that You are in each and everyone of you, in the wise and the wicked see there for you in them, and them within you always. Make attaining Me your supreme goal, through achieving complete detachment from results from your actions, always focused on Me, behave in accordance of Me always, and Me shall make sure you being in a pure abode, protected from sins in all ways. For all ways come from Me, and lead back to Me, and let you, be just an instrument. Key 7: Understand the importance of duty. Work of others, that you may perfectly perform, is great, but the duty that is in accordance of Me, is the best, even so with countless of mistakes. There for do not give up, and strive on doing your duty that fits you, eventually leading to attaining Me. If it is adventurous then let it be so, if its being a painter, then let it be so, but never persway off from your duty that is in accordance with the real you. Stand up, and do the job that truly fits that you know by heart no matter how hard the way to it, move on, rooted in self, attention on your work, and concentration on Me, surely you are dear to Me.

Well asked! Great is that question of yours! Please listen to me very carefully as I will answer your question. When one hears about the true nature of reality, a teaching taught from a master who lives up to his teachings is the path leading to the path of freedom of mind. Being able to have such a chance is a result of accumulating repeatedly wholesome deeds leading to have such a chance. How so? By accumulating wholesome deeds born from secluding from: Unwholesome views, intentions, speech, acts, effort, livelihood, attention and concentration, one grows wary of feelings, physical objects and mental conditions, namely: Sense impressions, mental formations, mental shapes, perception, intellect and consciousness. When he grows wary of these things, one realizes their impermanence, their instability, their emptiness and becomes disgust by them. When disgust by them one is detached from these conditions, when detached one realizes being freed of them, being freed from them, one knows, they are not of me, you, them, ours, theirs; aren't me, or you, them or theirs; all things arise, and perish according to the conditions they arose from and according to their true nature. After realizing this, one becomes a noble seeker of Truth and starts asking noble questions such as: What is truth, and what is the truth? How can we become intelligent and wise? What is a holy life and how to practice this? When hearing the Truth about the true nature of reality, surely one streams directly to the path, and will from there on value Truth, and becoming completely free of mind becomes his supreme goal of life which the noble student will strive for everlasting and will there for soon, or later become free of mind, peaceful of mind by living secluded from: Unwholesome views, intentions, speech, acts, effort, livelihood, attention and concentration. The noble student instead puts his attention on himself and concentrates on Awareness that is all pervasive, not bound to one body or mind, but is at the seat of all hearts. The mind without defilements is unborn, not bound and knows no origin, here the noble student meditates on with great effort, and doing so, surely the noble student will become free of mind soon, or later.

Aware replied to LetTheNewDayBegin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Dear Leo, Its again, the result of exhaustion of desire by desire. And before you quote this one very kindly, desire does not end when it ends by chance but exactly and accordingly, it ends as the result of exhaustion of fuel due to the seclusion from unwholesome deeds. The reason this is so, is due to that Awareness is Me and you, the mother and father, never born, not knowing illness or an origin. That is why I spoke of exhaustion and seclusion from unwholesome deeds, which of course are deeds rooted in polarity (good and evil) sustaining the cycle. Living in seclusion from unwholesome deeds can be compared by a dispelling of clouds leaving the sun clear in the sky. Things do not happen whenever they just happen Leo. Any intelligent and wise person knows things have causes. The animal kingdom does not just happen to be the animal kingdom, birds do not fly because they just happen to fly, and a tree does not blossom because it just happens to be blossoming. (Its according to the laws of nature, there for not happening whenever they happen). People are born, get sick and die due to causes according to the laws of nature, there for not happening whenever they happen). Dear leo, I have never said anything about turning desire into an enemy or gave causes that lead to them. Leo, I Shiva Tantra as a non dual school, leveraging desire rather than rejecting it... I never said anything about rejecting desire in the same sense of your comparison. (I will explain later that you misunderstood both the non dual view, and the view I shared). Leo, I have never said anything about the path of rejecting wrong desire or letting desire do its thing while staying mindful in the same manner as how you understand it. I did have spoken about the right view, that previous situations led to this one, and this one leading to other situations. And we there for are the result of our own thinking, and are becoming what we are thinking (law of action and result). I did have spoken about the 7 factors of enlightenment. However if you wanna take it on wrong desire, surely must be get rid off, by accumulating good, wholesome deeds. Wrong desire = Ill will. And would not have a second thought about a serial killer that should be cautious about "turning his desire in his enemy" if he would stop killing, I say he should stop his ill will, which is the root. You might have misunderstood it all together. Desire is not the enemy, and I have never proclaimed it is. I do proclaim, that when one is taken away by his desires, that his mind is the enemy, which can also become his best friend by giving up wrong desires (ill will). Lastly: To take the example of the serial killer further to explain your used examples as what they truly mean (e.g Non dual schools). I say: The root of his killing problem is his ill will, which I call: Wrong desire. I teach there for to seclude from: Unwholesome views, intentions, speech, act, effort, livelihood, attention and concentration. Which leads to the end of ill will and the greatest desire to become free of mind (Whole again). The killer soon, or later realizes when concentrated on Awareness: I do not own myself, and others do not own themselves, we all are born, become sick and will eventually die. And his heart will become free from the snare of ignorance. (Realized Non dual view). Leo, One can endlessly quote from books of many kinds of spiritual masters or schools and their views after reading those books or reading about their schools and views, but will never truly understand the deep meaning of it (far more then intellectually grasping it), not a single one of such quotes or their understanding is understood clearly, and neither the person for whom the quote or related view was for if he doesn't purified his own mind first, and if one does have purified his own mind first, he does not need to rely on them desperately. This is however to be indeed truly be cautious of. -
@kurt This is a good recommendation! I would like to add to this. There is also another way, which is taught by the Buddha. If one follows it, gets rid of unwholesome deeds, one surely grasps the Gita. According to Krishna's words related to the behavior of Buddha, such a person is very dear to him. Attaining the supreme according to the Gita, is the final stage which is referred by Buddha, the Arahant. http://www.buddhanet.net/e-learning/intro_bud.htm And the general site: http://www.buddhanet.net/ And of course the Dhammapada, the wisdom of Buddha: http://www.buddhanet.net/pdf_file/scrndhamma.pdf
-
I recommend the Bhagavad Gita. Which can also be listened online.

Aware replied to Aware's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Absolutely! So it is indeed! -
I have been meditating and investigating last night in all honesty, and this is what was revealed to me. You may challenge these views, or question or even add your own information what was revealed to you. What am I, what are you all really? I am not everything existing, or nothing. I am not a combination of everything and nothing, or the subtraction of separated completely from it. I am not a result of a certain action. I am not physical or non physical. I am not earth, wind or fire. I am not the emptiness or void. I am not that which I perceive through my senses, my intellect, my mental formation, sense impressions, my feelings or my bodily consciousness. I am not sound, image or anything related to such things. (oneness) But what am I then and all others, and how so? I am Awareness. That which is the glow of the fire, the ocean of all water, the blue glow over earth. Without Me, your body is an empty vessel and completely useless. I am not limited to one body, or one mind. I am the pure mind, without defilements, the untouched, the true deathless, without ever birth or being sick. I am THE I, and not the limited separated I. I am THE Me, and not the little me. What is the reason why there is little me? Its root cause is desire. It makes them forgetful, and this leads to lose the ability to perfect discern. Losing the ability to perfect discern leads to little me and this leaves to the application of servant to ones own senses. Leads to thinking in "persons" which the greatest discrimination and damage to ones own mind. What happens if any one gets rid of little me? Perfect discernment. He can be compared to a lotus leaf held in the ocean, it will remain untouched. What is the awakened mind? The awakened mind, is the compassionate mind. What is the most direct technique to reach ME? Cut off all wrongful information as a whole (which can only be rooted in wrong discern) like you would not take poison when offered. Stop the flood of the information that is harmful. And stop food addictions and everything that defiles the mind directly like alcohol and drugs (its still harmful information). And fill yourself with spiritual knowledge that is wholesome information that the real you shares when focusing only on ME, when you meditate on Me. See ME, in all things and beings, for I am not limited to anything. And surely you will grow wary about little me and its related thoughts that sprouted from ignorance, and so right discern is remembered so you can build upon thoughts that are not rooted in ignorance until you are fulfilled, letting the thoughts rooted in ignorance rot away. How does the law works after death, how must hell and heaven been seen? I remain I, The I. Little me, is Me + desire, streaming away by its own desires, heaven and hell are exhaustion mechanisms based on duality which is the doctrine of temporary. One goes on with ones own game of either having the taste of becoming the defilement (unwholesome) which refers to hell, or the game of getting rid of it (wholesome) which refers to heaven. In either way this never stops. Heaven and hell are there for true unwholesome, and removing the attachment to it by getting rid of the desire leading to it, is true wholesome. Have you any arguments proving YOU being all pervasive? If out of everything you would perceive only one thing, would completely represent itself standing on its own, namely: Thoughts presenting itself being thoughts, sounds being sounds, images being images, intellect being intellect, mental formation being mental formation, sense impressions being sense impressions, physical objects being physical objects, perception presenting itself being perception and consciousness being consciousness, then I would not be all pervasive. > Not one thing out of everything presents itself being that which it presents, its always a composite presenting anything else but itself. Conclusion: I, Me (Awareness), is all pervasive.

That will be hard if the questioner is resolved in Me where my real wishes are fulfilled, and by this all my questions dissolved like snow under the sun. The knowledge I experience is direct, and pure. I work now only in realizing it for as far as possible. And share the knowledge at the moment here for the benefit for those who seek and are willing to take it further for they can be free of mind too. -

@Leo Gura Dear Leo, The experience I have Leo, after hard work living in seclusion from unwholesome deeds, given up sense gratification has led to the experience of pure bliss, happiness and a state of trance of no other similar kind, unknown to the masses. I see not a single effort in experiencing what I am. The effort Leo lies not in experiencing what you are, but getting rid of the defilements, the obstacles, the attachments that prevent one to be free of mind. Given up unwholesome deeds, namely: wrong view, intentions, speech, act, effort, livelihood, attention and concentration, sustaining a sublime discipline and strong concentration and attention on the all pervasive, surely leads to the end of desire soon, or later. Awareness knows not an equal and is all pervasive, has not been born, knows no illness or origin, there for the question WHAT is Awareness presuming its a composite of some kind, is based on a wrong idea of yours Leo. Its based on the idea that the essence of everything (or yourself) is nothing, and by this, one concludes wrongly that Awareness is being something (everything is a composite, and since its not nothing it must there for be something) now logically leads to the question: WHAT is Awareness? (Presuming its a composite of some kind, which it of course isn't, never was and never will be).
