I go to a reiki therapist. I am not replacing medical treatment. I also go to a psychologist and a psychiatrist. -

@Jack River I watched Leo's How to become enlightened video. I understand that there is no path. I have also read Jed McKenna's work. -

@winterknight I am doing reiki... I am slowly healing, I can see and feel the changes in me. Reiki works very effetively for me. I don't want psycho-anything because for the last 3 years psychiatrists have not been able to reduce my drepression and headache but by doing reiki just in 10 days my headache reduced a lot and right now I don't have depression at all. Thanks to reiki. I am just confused about religion. -

@Jack River Then how do we seek Truth if there is no path? -

Open your chakras by doing yoga, reiki or something else. Insomnia may sometimes lead to psychosis. Avoid insomnia. Open your chakras.

I experienced psychosis before.

@Marks199 Bro I truly understand you. I was possessed by a demon on 20th February 2017. I was saved by going to an exorcist. Please find someone to help you ASAP. Go to chruch, mouslem or a temple. Go somewhere holy and pray to God to save you. I am not joking.

By increasing your consciousness. By moving closer to the truth in knowledge and action. By being more conscious.

Nothing is bad but everything has consequences. Masturbation is not negative. But masturbation conditions the mind to seek more and more pleasure through more arousing thoughts or any media. Suppose you masturbate to a photo of a girl in a bikini. Then after a couple of days you may want an even hotter photo of a girl. And in a few weeks you would start masturbating to porn and it gets worse. This may not be true of those who have open sacral chakra. Thanks why I recommend doing reiki or kriya yoga to open your chakras. Opening my chakras helped me the most. Maybe you feel so desperate because you have a blocked sacral chakra. But I do believe that you may masturbate once in a while. I don't know if there is a conscious way to masturbate but I believe that there is a conscious way to have make love to someone. But a relationship should not revolve around sex. There is more to a relationship than just sex. Love is more important. But don't ever guilt yourself for masturbation. Masturbation is normal when it is not turning into desperate masturbation. I think in spiral dynamics green= controlling the senses(thoughts and sexual urges) with consciousness

Maybe you can start doing yoga. It really helps. Open your sacral chakra by doing reiki or kriya yoga. Get a girlfriend. Socialize with high conscious people. Practice relaxation or surrender to God daily. Being engaged in high vibrational activities like singing, dancing or yoga. It helped me with my desperation to jerk off.

I have taken the life purpose course and I have realised that I am willing to suffer for truth/God. I have no desire for material gain or pleasure. But I also want to do my duty of taking care of my parents and help them with the bills and requirements of old-age life. How do I pursue my dream as well as live a household life? I am not so selfish to leave my parents alone and meditate in the Himalayas. What is a less time consuming career which pays well and also is high conscious? I am creative and I can think for myself. I also plan to do a Bachelor's degree in business. How can I create passive income and a good living with enough time for spiritual seeking?

@Nahm I am sure I will learn a lot from you.?

@non_nothing Thank you sir!!! I have decided that I will go to a Vipassana retreat and then do Vipassana meditation daily. I used to do meditation for 1 and a half year but then I had to stop because of psychosis. I am doing reiki to heal and remove the energy blockages. Then I am quite sure my psychosis will be totally healed and I can do meditation properly with no further psychosis episodes.?

@TheSomeBody I think any craftmanship that brings people closer to truth/absolute infinity is what your career can be. Craft stuff that is higher consciousness.
