I come from a tribal culture that takes paranormal activities very seriously. I can't prove it to you though but I can share my experience. So every year we have a holy festival. We have a puja in which we sacrifice cattle and there a holy entity(or God) will possess random people in that village. So when the 3 cattle is sacrificed before the tree 3 random person will become possessed. I initially doubted it but I can be sure about it now because one of those random people is most of the time my own cousin elder brother. I have seen him. I know him personally and I know that he does not pretend being possessed. His physical strength increases unreasonably, his agility and awareness of things around increases in a way that human beings can't have. He does not remember about anything after the possession is over. So that's is absolutely a direct experience from my part for a paranormal experience. -

@Shaggy did you experience ego dissolution? -
What is death? What happens after we die? Is rebirth just a theory? How is sleep different from being dead? I know it looks a bit fictional but I want to know?.

I have been doing the do-nothing meditation for a few weeks and I am starting to feel guilty. In Leo's video he tells us that we can only do this technique wrong if we are trying to do something. My problem is that I don't know if it is a thought of an intention or an intention. I am getting intentions but then when I want to drop the intention, a thought about the intention arises and I get confused if that is a thought or an intention. Please advise me on this.

@PetarKa I don't think you should judge your progress by the way you feel but judge it only by the long term real results. I have been doing this do-nothing meditating for a while now and I already feel guilty about doing nothing. You should definitely watch Leo's video over and over again. Also if you can then watch Shizen Young's video about do-nothing meditation. I think that the posture that Leo suggest is very important- sit with a straight backbone or sit on a chair. I don't recommend any combinations or lying on the ground. If you want help with posture problem I urge you to watch Elliot Hulse's posture related videos. Elliot Hulse is a Florida based entrepreneur and fitness and strength training guru. Check out his YouTube channel- https://m.youtube.com/user/strengthcamp Have an amazing time meditating☺!! -
I started doing normal meditation 1 and a half months ago and I had one ego dissolution experience and one nervous breakdown experience and now I feel different. But I started the do nothing meditation technique and I feel uncomfortable doing it. It feels weird and I fall asleep and start having strange visions and dreams. And constantly keeing my eyes open and staring at the wall in front of me causes head aches. Also when I feel itches and discomfort on my skin I have to not do anything. I don't really care about quick results and I am pretty young and I feel like I am already more emotionally aware than most other people my age. Any suggestions will be helpful. Have a nice day.

@Leo Gura Now I am starting to understand that society told us when we were kids that the world is very simple and that we have to get a job and earn money and then we will be gone. -actually that's a fantasy??!!?? The reality is much more complex than that? Paranormal, Enlightenment, 10th dimension, and so many different paradigms.... WOW!!!

@Christian Thank you ?

I know this question is a bit tricky but I really want some answers. What role does high-consciousness have in self-actualization? Can self-actualization be done through personal development only? Can unconscious individuals self-actualize?
-
@Nahm Thank you ?. But aren't there disadvantages to low-consciousness or unconsciousness? Isn't a low-conscious person prone to external circumstances and conditions?

This books is a complete guide for a person who is a victim in life to become a results maker and to create instantaneous radical changes in any area of life like overcoming addiction or bad habits. This book explains the how to of the Neuro-associative conditioning technique that Tony Robbins used. This books teaches How To Unleash Your Power, The Master System and shows you a vision for emotional destiny, physical destiny, relationship destiny, financial destiny and other foundational concepts and techniques that makes Tony Robbins unique. Although this book was published in the 90s this books is one of the best books for converting a person from a thinker to a do-er.

I just was watching some motivational interviews of successful people in the world and then I found Jessica O. Williams whose mindset is kind of like a self-actualized person. She talks about her creatively successful company and then suddenly I was able to connect that to Leo's "How Paradigms Work" video. Again she talks about outside the box thinking and introspection which I could relate to all types of mindfulness and other self-actualization concepts that Leo has given us. Please watch share more videos of successful people to whom you can relate self-actualization.

@Christian I did not take massive action. I thought that making a daily studying habit would solve the problem. But I only got the instantaneous feeling of achievement each day even though my improvements were not significant. I also procrastinated and started comparing myself to my friends who were like me. My parents and teachers though I was making progress because I looked confident but in reality I was still at the same place. I watched Leo's how to not be a victim video again and I realised the trap I fell in. I had fake growth instead of a real growth and I am responsible for that. Thank you for the advice!

Why am I not getting the results I want in life? Am I aiming too high and not staying grounded or am I just acting like a victim and not taking responsibility? I am a student and I have failed twice in Maths for both the previous exams. I chose the subject even though I did not really love it. Now since I failed twice I am thinking if I made a wrong decision choosing Maths as one of my subjects. I am also starting to doubt if I am just being too lazy and acting like a victim. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you!

I wanted to know how we can stay grounded and realistic while doing personal development and creating amazing results? Often we get lost and forget why we started the pursuit of our dreams in the first place and become ungrounded and too airy-fairy. How do I not let that happen?

I think you should slow down. Try to slow down the self help work and also the social media. Take a break for a while. Have more compassion for yourself and do the things you love to do.

I find the vocabulary and ideas very hard to understand. This is the first book I am reading from Emerson. Thank you for that link to the video. It is really helpful??!

I am currently listening to the audio book on audible and its pretty awesome. I love the way Gary Chapman describes the 5 love languages and makes loving and caring so easy and simple. I think this is a must read self help book for everyone!!?

Affirmations do work. I also have a problem of neediness and I always feel like I have to be in a friends group. I try to be funny. But the thing is you don't have to pretend. Find people who love you for who you are. I am lucky and thankful that I found friends who accept me for who I am whether I am cold or extrovert. Also being paid attention is not a big factor.. The results are the measuring factory- are you able to make more quality friends and a strong bond between yourself and the other person? Are you happy to be the way you are?.. In the long run,I think, pretending does not work. The good thing is affirmations whether they are true or false works mose of the time if you are consistent everyday. Pretending is something I used to do too. But all my true friends(guy and girls) were the ones whom I made by being authentic and grounded. They accepted me for my real authentic self. So keep doing the affirmations and don't worry about pretending and other people's opinion. All the best!

@100rockets I normally meditate in the afternoon.. Sometimes I even fall asleep while doing the normal meditation technique. Maybe I will try taking a nap before the meditation and then do the meditation. Thank you so much!! -

Leo, you talk about not holding any beliefs but you also say that all the self help and enlightenment will make people great leaders. Leaders are people who lead others and they themselves have a firm belief in something. But if they are radically openminded then won't the supporters mock him or may turn against him?

I have been doing personal development for a few months but I feel like I am not getting the practical results as quickly as I expected. Also many of us feel like we do not know exactly which personal development work and habits to do first, second, third.... Ultimately it could make us feel frustrated and hopeless even after trying personal development. A proper sequence or steps based on priorities and effectiveness will be very helpful.
