  1. You will get the experiences as you go along the path to enlightenment. Maybe there is not a path. Anyway, don't wait. Your ego tells you to push this thing away for a few days, a few months, or whatever. If you want to do enlightenment progress, apply what you know. You said you learnt a lot about enlightenment. Get the shit done! Go do the job. Don't let your knowledge, now matter how small is or how large, use it! About the 1 hour/ a day for 1 year. That would be great, yes, but for other purposes. I mean, like Leo said in his video ( https://www.youtube.com/shared?ci=8OnBRABLxhA - this one), you can meditate to acquire enlightment, but doing so, you will spend better the 40 years of everyday mediation. So better try out the method he talks about. Me, I watched and re-watched Leo's videos about spiritual enlightment, and applied some stuff, but I got to the point where I was seeing the world different and I felt weird a bit and saw different by the people around. So I quit, because I said that I needed to be more prepared. But now I will start again more seriously then ever. And you should too. Your ego is a bitch. Don't live life for it. Peace :-)
  2. I guess it's good to start slowly. But I want to move the mountains someday, so I supposed I start with this then I go with something harder. But I guess I'll take your advice. Anyway, I don't think once a week will be enough to make vizual progress. I will do everyday, for at least 20 minutes. Thank you man! Have a great life Internet buddy
  3. This video is tricky, and I also find not so precise. It's in essence what Leo talks about, but this video is vague.
  4. @EsotericWhy would he fake? Maybe he could, but he hadn't really had a reason to fake it. And maybe he didn't really wanted the video to come out to the public because there would be people thinking that he faked it.
  5. @Leo GuraCan we find those books free for e-book?
  6. "Everything is worth doing, is worth doing with all your heart" -one of my favourites “Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.” - Buddha x2
  7. @Shin yes, I've tried that also. It's a good one. It keeps my awareness floating
  8. I know Leo has videos about different types of meditation, with different benefits, and I should use one that is good for me personally, with benefits working for me. But I think that all of them are helpful in a way. Think nothing to calm the monkey, mindfulness to be mindfull, do not move for focus. But what do you really recommend me? Should I combine them? I think 1 hours of each Is a lot. (3hours a day). Or what? What's your schedule for meditation? When should I do it? When is the most effective?
  9. @Motus, that's a bit deep. Thank you. I will try to see them as one.
  10. Well, Morality is shit sometimes
  11. But you're evidence is not so clear because it's the opinion of a reviewer that the man from the video is crazy. And, if he tells you anyway that he's crazy, you don't have to asociate with the guy from the video or with the reviewer's opinion. And, let's say, that it's true, that he thinks that man from the video is crazy, what's the matter? Even Jesus was considered to be Nutts. Better crazy like this than normal like that. Morality is shit.
  12. I have a question. I knew and I was sure that from self-development books I can get the best benefits. And, I was with a friend at the library. I was there with a guy which helped me a lot in my actualization work. I found a book from Leo's list, "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People". And, I wanted this book badly. But, this friend that was with me told me that I just waste my money on these types of books, that they tell me exactly how and what to do to be successful, and these "tips" from the book is so general, that I won't get any help from that book, so, I should instead buy a beletristic book. I asked him why and he told me that I learn more stuff from beletristic books than self development books, and that's because, in the beletristic book, a story is being presented, and if someone from that story has some problem, I can figure it out for myself how I would fix that, and then read how actually this caracthere from the story of the book did it, and so I learn more stuff, and even better, because I am using my mind, and not just applying "general advices". From Leo's videos, I knew that self development books were the best for self actualization, but this friend of mine told me this thing about the books. I thought about it, but I didn't know what to do. (I've bought the book anyway) So, the question is: •Which books are better and why? For self actualization (Beletristic or self development books?) •How does this work? Don't I really learn more from the story? Or is better with the "tips"? Aren't the "tips" general? Sorry for my grammar, English is not my 1st language.
  13. @Martin123 So, beletristic or self development?
