@Arman Thanks for your two cents lol. I have been taking cold shower for a while now but now that its getting colder cause i live in New York it might be harder for me to get out of bed and say ill take a shower now. So therefor i think i might just take regular warm showers. I doing things different now. In terms of habits and stuff like that. My main goal is to be able to do the things that i set for myself but also starting with small things. Getting up at a certain time in the morning and taking a shower is one of them but its almost about IMPOSSIBLE to wake up in the cold, knowing that you have to get out of bed when you don't want to, and also be looking forward to a cold shower which makes it almost impossible. Let me know if your able to do this, cause i haven't yet but i also want to develop my will power high enough to be able to one day. But yea thanks for you info. And also one thing that i recommend to you too since i been taking cold showers for a while now is to 1. Turn on the cold water as soon as you get in the tub everyday single time you tell yourself your taking a cold shower that day 2. Go from cold to hot water if your going to take cold showers in the winter.
