The danger is time that could have spent on valuable things but was just wasted instead. For example a waste of time vs a great career or a waste of time vs fixing some personal problems. 5 years watching tv for example could have been spent on getting a really good career. What could have been a great opportunity was instead a lot of time wasted that is the danger. Another danger of wasting time is that you can't get it back.

this can be used with fear as well.

Get good at rarer and valuable skills. rarer: few people who do them or few people who have reached that level valuable: so valuable people want to use money to buy it. to get good do deliberate practice and deep work on them. People who have studied experts for example people like franz liszt, nikola tesla and albert einstein how they got that good it seem to be a lot hours spent on deliberate practice and deep work. books so good they can't ignore you cal Newport deep work cal Newport Peak: Secrets from the New Science of Expertise anderson erickson how to find rarer and valuable skills? interview top performers which the top performer course is about. The top performer course by cal newport and scott h young. I also recommend checking out ultra learning by scott h young.

You can teach online and sell courses or sell other products. Or create a portfolio where people can see what you do and then hire you.

I think that having a specific mindset(i recommend looking up the bulldog mindset by Jon sonmez) is important also wanting it plays a role(if you don't want it bad enough you are not likely to do what's necessary to get it) and then take 100% responsibility It may also just come down to making a conscious decision that no matter what you will achieve your goal. Some exercise I know of is to do one hard thing every day.

Feel the fear and do it anyway. Also fully feel the emotion with zero resistance.

Learning to deal with death could create peace with it instead of pain all the time or something like that. it may be important to be in peace with your own death instead of dying with pain and suffering because of resistance in moments before it happens. and there is probably also a healthier way to deal with others death when their time comes instead of just pain. For example if a close family member would die it probably better to be in peace with what happens instead of suffering because of it. it also good to not have to many regrets in life before dying because that probably also create pain. what i want to know is how do you get to a much healthier way to dealing with dead instead of just being in pain? By saying don't it's sort of chosing the pain instead of being with peace.
-
Sorry for sounding depressing but i think this is important to be able to deal with death. Every one you know will die and so will yourself you can't escape it so how do you deal with it?
-
I would prefer something that doesn't have to do with psychedelics. I am sure it can be done with out psychedelics as others have been able to deal with dead with out taking any.

Have you tried checking if you can publish it on amazon? alternative you could make your own website from websites like Weebly and uploade it there for free.

Deliberate practice and deep work. Use that to get good at skills and you most likely be more creative.

Focus with high intensity and with out distractions(for understanding it better). Recall the information without looking to remember it. Explain the concept to better understand it.

How do you use willpower effectively? We have a limited amount of willpower so we can't necessarily accomplish everything we want to do throughout the day. I think it also plays a role for example if you want to become world-class at something I don't think a chaotic schedule can work to become a top performer if you plan to spend the rest of your life doing deliberate practice or maybe other things in life so knowing how to use willpower effectively could have a positive impact. It probably also plays a role for those who want to achieve enlightenment or just anything really. Some things I think may help is to use habits and rituals and maybe see your life as a lot of projects. would be interesting with a video on this I think there may be more to it than what I already have mentioned.

Gives a great idea on how to handle fear. Peak: Secrets from the New Science of Expertise by K. Anders Ericsson. If you want to become an expert this book tells you how which is deliberate practice. the road less traveled scott peck. It gives a good idea on what to do when things get hard in life. how to become a straigt a student by cal newport. Gives great insights on how to learn effectively.

Not sure what aol is

This is probably really important if you want to get important work done because if you are addicted to those things when you want to do important things done you can become easily distracted during the work and not get it done at all. cal newports book deep work have some good insigt on this idea.

I think this is really important. for example if someone want to be a vegetarian they might not succeed in becoming one because they still have the identity of eating meat so they will always struggle to be a vegetarian but if they say i am a vegetarian eating meat no longer becomes a problem because you don't need it anymore. This could apply to many things. For example if you want to quit tv. Instead of still watching tv here and there you could say i no longer watch tv. It becomes a part of your identity to not watch tv.

usually, the paper version and I read free from distractions.

Already seen it. It seems slightly different to what i am talking about. It doesn't talks much about the limits rather how to take action i think talking about limits is also important because not everyone is aware of how the lack of taking action or lack of responsibility can create a lot of limits in life.
-
I think this is really important because if you keep running away from things it just creates new problems in life such as limits because one are afraid of meting the difficult situation again so you avoid it instead which create the limits. How ever if you learn how to deal with it you will have less limits in life. Would be great on a video on this with more details.
