Do it everyday at the same time and track your progress at least for 66 days thats what i do. You can use loss aversion to hold you accountable. Tell someone that you owe them a specific amount of money if you fail. You should be twice as motivated to continue according to science. -
great list

Merry Christmas everyone hope everyone had a great time.

I think sometimes people are looking for a shortcut or a magic solution as some excuses for not actually doing the real work required to fix the real problem. Usually, the real solution lies in the hard path rather than the easier one. This doesn't mean you should stop reading on theory, theory is still useful when you balance it with practice.
-
@Revolutionary Think I just wanted to point out that not all pain or suffering is bad because it looks like some want to aviod their problems rather than actually fix them(not you btw)

@Revolutionary Think No but i do want to challenge my comfort zone every day so i can handle the challenges life throws at me. If i stay inside my comfort zone my whole life i will get very little out of it and will be good to no one if something bad happens. Some pain is really good for the body and brain for example learning is uncomfortable to really get the insight of an idea you have to be okay with being uncomfortable otherwise you won't get it same if you are trying to improve your craft for example with writing or piano you have to move out your comfort zone if you want to improve according to deliberate practice otherwise you won't improve. If you don't feel any pain as a body builder you are not likely to improve either. And if you don't challenge your comfort zone you won't be able to handle as many things in life as if you did challenge it. “Life is difficult. This is a great truth, one of the greatest truths. It is a great truth because once we truly see this truth, we transcend it. Once we truly know that life is difficult-once we truly understand and accept it-then life is no longer difficult. Because once it is accepted, the fact that life is difficult no longer matters.” scott m peck. Also recommend looking up the marshmallow test. Those who could wait 20 minuts for an other marshmallow shown to be more successful in life than those who couldn't wait and that wasn't that easy job to do. Our ability to grow from pain i believe is a part of what moves us forward as a species.

No pain no gain Its how we grow stronger.

I think it depends on the motivation behind the action but i may be wrong. If its for revenge it may be stage red. If you just do it because you like girls it may be stage blue idk.

I doubt it you will be burnout out very quickly due to energy management and your body needs sleep. You can still change the world with just 5 hours of work every day or a 100 hour work week. The type of work is probably more important than the hours. Besides i don't think enlightenment is the right mindset to have in order to do it rather its the mindset of david goggins you need that is the bulldog mindset.

great idea but "If you need inspiring words, you should not do it." - Elon Musk

the only super power i would want is to go through things no mater what obstacle like david goggins can. Not interested in enlightenment at all. No such thing as everlasting happiness or magic solutions. -

It's probably better to take responsibility for your problem and solve it directly(facing your fear and overcoming it if you have to) rather than some other way thats quick fix like. The path of least resistance doesn't lead to good results the hard path does. I think the reason why we have Anxiety is because we are avoiding something so in order to get rid of the anxiety we have to overcome it. I know this from social anxiety when i try to aviod people the fear becomes stronger but if i face people i feel less fear eventual. -
Try one meal a day this doesn't mean you eat for one hour a day but that you stick to eating one meal a day. If you eat more than one meal a day during that hour then its no longer one meal a day after all. I have tried training to lose weight my self either you need a very special kind of training or it not very effective to lose weight at least i haven't' gotten good results from doing it. I have also been recommended to eat carbohydrate free food. Lose weight is also something i think can take a lot of time one of my friends waited for 3 months for results. And leo took him 5 months if i recall correctly. However, i guess you need to know that the process you use works and get you the results you are looking after. Also the reason why we get more weight is because of over eating so that may also be helpful to keep in mind.

try to teach the ideas and use something called spaced repetition that could help them stick

I have known a lot of girls that had boyfriends who didn't had celebrity status so you don't need to have that. My dad is not a celebrity and nor is my sister's husband for example.

Yes passion is a side effect of getting good so you don’t need passion in order to do something long term. i recommend reading so good they can’t ignore you by cal Newport where he debunk the passion hypothesis which is basically the idea that you need to find your passion and then you will love what you do what you need to do instead is getting good and then passion comes as a side effect not before. alternative you can use what’s called loss aversion to do things that take consistency which is basically the idea that you are more motivated to do something if you have something to lose(for example money if you don’t accomplish your goal) i also recomend looking up the bulldog mindset which may help as well.

growth happens when you go outside your comfort zone which create adaptability. Its also important to be very conscious and deliberate about it. I recommend looking up deliberate practice where they go in detail about it. *This is a fundamental truth about any sort of practice: If you never push yourself beyond your comfort zone, you will never improve* Anders ericksson.

you can't use logic as proof what you need is evidence so your logic doesn't prove anything.
