  2. Great video demonstrating the consequences of the small choices we make. In the end everything is up to a choice we make. We ended up where we are now because of choices we made and we can choose what the future will be for us.

  7. I think the biggest way the video have an impact on you is that you put the advice to practice just watching videos alone will not do much.

  10. I think you can use affirmations or what helped me was when I was about to give up on something I would consciously to step in and chose not to give up. There is a quote that goes like "your subconscious mind is always listening" so I assume self-talk will be a part to change your subconscious mind. Also decision making.
  11. @Hardkill I don’t think you need to enjoy it. You just need to be able to embrace it and do it anyway. A good quote is toughen up and embrace the suck.

  15. What helped me was just to speak what came to mind. If you speak what ever come to mind you will find it is much easier to start a conversation with someone else(of course also with taking responsibility for what you are saying)

  24. I think this can be a good mindset to have. There is a lot of areas in life that is a challenge. For example if you have social anxiety it’s a challenge to be with people you aren’t familiar with but that may also be the cure for the social anxiety. Same with getting good at a craft you don’t get good by doing the same stuff over and over again when it’s easy you need something outside your comfort zone that’s a challenge. You may also have problems talking to the opposite sex that’s a challenge too but by facing that challenge over and over again you gain confidence in that area. It’s normal for most people to give up when they face a challenge but it may be a good idea to change that as there is greater rewards from taking the challenge. “if it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t chance you” “We don’t grow when things are easy. We grow when we face challenges” (I am afraid I don’t know who said it).
