Hi, I have now microdosed with lsd for a while, and it has been awsome. But now when I have’nt taken it for five days and I have become more obsessive and I had a sense of dr, not much but a little. I still have vaild insights about myslef atm, but im more obsessive now than before i took it. My jaw and stomach are way more stiff too. Is this common? Is’nt it quite naturall that the ego goes worse after a week of improved consciousness because the ego want’s to keep it’s homiostasis?

I was more wondering if it was normal and if someone has experienced something similar, from psychedelics:)

Hi, I wonder if there is anyone here that know if combining these substanses would be propriate? By combining I of course mean taking them separately but having them both in my diet Iv'e read about people that have tried DMT but then being unable to go back to LSD or shrooms because of their traumatic experience. But I always wonder what people are refering too when they are saying traumatic. If it's just loads of deception within their psyche that's getting unraveld and that causes severe pain/anxiety, is that traumatic? Trauma means damage, not pain. I'm of course well aware that these substanses could cause some real issues but the general impression I get from those reports is that they take it quite irresponibly and they usually have been smoking weed as a habit on top of that. Since DMT has a very low tolerance, will that affect my every-third-day use of LSD? Should I wait for a couple of days after my microdose so even my torlerance for LSD goes down or maybe I even should wait a week? The thing I like som much about DMT is that it's fast and I don't have to settle down a whole day for it, and the idea of combining it with LSD seems even more appealing, to have a remarkable increase of of consciousness in my everyday life, but also have these fucking blasts of awareness, sometimes. My microdosing of LSD has been quite amazing and I have only taken it three times, so i'm not quite sure yet if I wanna take that risk. Thanks for readning, i'm curious of whats your take on it

Hi, Does anyone know the possible long term effects of microdosing LSD or shrooms? I’ve read so much positive about 1-2 year periods but never anything were someone has done it consistently over a couple of years. Also, if I start microdosing, will a real trip have the same effect, or can I just take a higher dose and wait for like, two weeks and start the microdose again?

@Little Plant Yeah probably, but as soon as I google around for negative shit about lsd it seems like there is so much of it too. But it’s kind of obvious that if something fucks you up mentally you always go to the internet and try seek for advice, which is’nt always the case if the experience were good. I’ve bought a test-kit and it comes quite soon

@ajasatya I already have a plan I will not train for a few days before, avoiding my cold showers not listening to binaural beats, not do yoga, and then do all these things 1-2 hrs before i take the substanse. I will also eat VERY clean a few days before, avoid as much stimuli as possible in 24 h. And also make sure I get a good night sleep.

@ajasatya I will guaranteed get LSD within a week, how dangerous is it to take by myself? What are the essential books I shoud read? I have Leos book list, but none of them seems to tell you how you should prepare yourself for it. But there is certenly a hundreds of them if I just google around abit
