@Leo Gura In regards to thoughts, doesn't trying to suppress thoughts leads to shadow or more thoughts of same?(free flow) Or is it better to stop it and move to good thoughts. When I trip, and goes to negative shit I change room or change sides if I am on bed. But also sometimes I dont and suffer. Like embracing everything.

I have found that I have very anxious preoccupied attachment style when it comes to relationship. Its really hard me to let go of my ex's. I have a fear of when cutting the contact, will they ever contact me again? Fear of not having contact, not knowing nothing about them. So How did you moved, what all you did to move from anxious attachment style to Secure?

Yeah I have accepted it and feels good. But I want to do it automatically. Like be in state where it happens naturally, my first response instead of being anxious.

@Leo Gura I have experienced God on psychedelics. I dont know how to really articulate it. But let me ask, when now in sober state sometimes I feel and be the whole field, there are moments like that, Iamness expands outside my body to full field, there is no boundary. To me its God state. I also have glimpses of no others being there. When I think of past, I have this sudden recognition that, now am imagining it. Is this God realisation happening without psychedelics? ( I know it is, but wanted to make sure) Also when you say, you know how you created entire strands of hair in your hand, are you saying like You witnessed your will creating it or are you saying you imagined it( like when I say world war 2 is my imagination)

@Leo Gura When you say limited, how limited like can you change your life and get everything you want like neville and others say or is not possible. Neville and Conversation with God tells you will get everything you desire, by being it, thinking from wish fullfiled etc.
