@Prabhaker thank you. I alwayz thought yoga is to prepare your body for meditation but Today while doing yoga i realized its not like that and Yoga itself is Meditation. Whole slow movments makes you aware of your body and nothingness,today i felt like i was meditating doing every posture.

I have a account and was active till 2 months back. Then deactivated it, yesterday i again activated it and after an hour deactivated it. We are having an On and off relationship?. There are some good spiritual people in my account and they post some serious stuff and many good pages feeds that makes me activate it once in a while. Like every technology Social media is good only if you know how to use it effectively.

Iam kind of night owl and while walking on streets yesterday i saw a crowd infront of a restaurant and curious to know what happening inside i found out two people where fighting each other screaming bad words and threatening to kill each other. I walked off feeling bad. But while walking i uncociously chanted Om shanti shanti shanti. And after a second i forget about the fight happening and my mind was at peace. Tonight also while walking i found two boys in bike(i guess they are drunk) screaming abusive words on a girl who was walking towards me, She looked at me with tears and walked away. I felt like kicking those loosers and i felt anger but suddenly chanted Om Shanti shanti shanti. There was no more anger and my mind was peaceful. Now i heard about Manchester attack and only thing i have to offer is to chant Om shanti shanti shanti. Let us all chant and raise the peaceful vibration of this world let peace prevail..

I dont know if this is shadow work. To me it is. So there are certain things your inner self wants but you are not able to fulfill it. So i contemplate on those things (soon after it) and see why that particular need or thought came and look into it. What would happen if i didnt resisted and did what inner self wanted and how would it have shaped incidents. Then i fully acknowledge and accept the thought or need and smile.

I dont know anyone claming enlightened by reading and contemplating this books. It may have for very old old generation but for us i dont think so. And there are many other good books better than this.

I tried Leo's breaking bad habbit yesterday. And guess what i am still addicted ?. Meantime iam trying to Be Aware of whole situation. Problem i see is i dont feel unhappy, miserable or any of those feelings using smart phone for long hours. Annie how is it going for u? What all you did?

Playing with disciples ego thats why this masters bash each other. When Osho bashed Maharaj he was not making fun of maharaj but his disciple same when maharaj made fun of Osho. There is a short story by Anton chekhov about a banker and a young lawyer who make a bet with each other about whether the death penalty is better or worse than life in prison. and lawyer is made to spent 15 years in solitary confinment to get bet money. He actualy self actualize there and on last day of his solitary confinment he put a note there and run off. The note declares that in his time in confinement he has learned to despise material goods as fleeting things and he believes that knowledge is worth more than money. Yes i will self actualize and in 20 years it will be Awesome and to extent i cant even imagine. But when Im Free, i think i will kill myself.

First spiritual book i read was story about Milarepa, eight nine years back and it still amuse me...

Why God Why is to so hard to get laid ? ?

Leo these are problems iam facing 1. Fear about Enlightenment how will it affect me and family. These fear very deep and unconcious.(There are deep fear in me about many thing that iam not even aware about) 2 Before following your teaching i was doing Dasha Maha vidhya (Sadhana of Devi one Ramakrishna parahamsa followed) and here in India there are many type of practises and we seek Astrologers help to find which path suits one and i found out Sadhana of devi was better as My previous birth was related to it and path is already laid. I stopped it after seeing your videos and followed Zen method for last 1 year and had a day of Ego death experience. But still am little confused to which path to follow. 3 when interacting with people and seeing there low concious behaviours i tend to lecture them.(And most accept it) but I want to stop this as i see my ego is getting build thinking iam high concious guy 4 How to increase my meditation time without being neurotic.

So we are moving from blue to orange and when finding out orange materialism dosent give any value we go back to true spirituality. But isnt here a problem like will they again fall to blue. We cannot expect everyone in orange is orange and there may be shades of blue not everyone in america or west is full orange there are still those crying jesus is saviour. (No problem as long as they dont bomb up people screaming praise the lord) but thats not the case in middle east. When they find out Orange is not worth it they will go to spirituality but on the journey first they seek is there holy book a book thay can be interpreted 100ways and a 100 sects claming they are right, dont you think they will fall again back to those claiming ma holy book is only right kill infidels, We should walk talk poop and fuck and grow facial hair like Prophet.

Envirnoment is getting destroyed rapidly. Iam from Kerala which is famous for its green is loosing its green. We are not getting rain like old times (5yrs back) and its getting hotter and hotter day by day. (And i feel pity for people who are saying climate change is hoax) And baba ramdev is not admired in my state much and people are looking with suspicion. Spiritual masters are not cared much even in our spiritual circle. Even on Sadguru we have two opinion. (I like both of them for there work). Thats why i said let materialism run its full course.
