How to know a food is good for you is how u feel after 1-3hr after eating. If u feel good, food u eat was good if not. I eat two packs of lays two days back while travelling in train and i realiized my mind was creating lot of stories and couldnt be still after that. I realize food not only affect the body but also the mind. Not everyday but i still eat meat,fish,eggs and i also have spiritual practice, maybe in future i will quit that i dont know if i quit i dont think it will be on moral ground.

Doing little things and doing it consistently will help like meditation cold shower in morning doing yoga and pranayama helps a lot and add journal. For sometime quit meat if you are eating and clean up the diet. And fasting. Have a vision board you can check Nahm post on it. Be consistent dont seek immediate result in 3 months you will see improvments in your mood. Listen positive uplifting music. There are beautiful carnatic and hindustani music add binural beats also. Yoga on musics does wonders. Later lets have some shrooms. Where in India are you?

Rishikesh has few ashrams i heard. There are vipassana centres througout country coimbatore has isha. Kerala has matha amirthanada mai ashram. Parvastha is a state you enter after doing practice. I enter that state after every practice u mentioned here. I stay in that state for some minutes and continue with rest of practice. after completing all practice i again sit in that state for few min.

I was fascinated by these quote after reading it somewhere in osho's book 10 years ago. I thought it like everything happens at its own time and what is meant to happen will happen even without any work. I used it as a escape mechanism for not taking responsibilty of life and Coming from a indian background we believe in destiny and use astrology a lot and live according with it and if something dosent go as planned we blame stars and planets and say we are not destined for it. My astrology charts says i will only succeed in life after 31 and i had this back of my mind also. So whenever someone asks me about my career or finances or anything i lack i would say a flower will bloom in its own time. Today a family friend of mine asked so what is my plan for future and i said a flower will bloom in its own time so no worries and he replied yeah right but the flower is there because the bud had a deep push in itself (i dont know right english word maybe yearning) to blossom that made it a beautiful flower. I was dumb stuck how did i missed it this much years. Nothing happens without intention, i am a bud now i have to take responsibility of my life so i can blossom into a fragrant flower.
