So i am 29 yrs old ectomorph and been under weight most of life i am 55kg now 5'7. Used to go to gym for 5-6 yrs regularly and was arround 60kg then. For past 4 yrs i didnt go and started yoga. But wasnt regular like gym. I lately feels like adding few more kg my goal is to add 6 more kgs in 5months so i am planning to go to gym. I want to hear some good diet plans. What all should i eat or even some pointers to research. I will also be doing visualization. ❤

@Leo GuraBut when u say you are God to people the first thing they say is materialize something out of thin air. And since you cant do it how can u claim to be God they ask. I actually tried something same as this technique and got result. So few years back a girl breaked up with me. I was sad and i wanted to get her back i did many techniques nothing worked and i let her go and a year later i read about this and tried it. I used to read short stories and novels before my self actualization journey. But havent read any work for past 4 years, i bring fiction books from library to read but will be keep there in shelf till return date. So do u guys read these kind of books and if so what makes u read it?

I dont think 6 masturbation in 60 days is compulsive. What i think compulsive is need for not masturbating. No problem here rather than being self critical and judgmental and people pleasing. Here problem is not masturbation maybe nerousis i dont know maybe i am wrong on neurosis part.
