I dont think ever. ? thats what i experienced. Only habit i have after 4 years of self actualization mental masturbation is meditation. I have been doing it consistently for 4yrs but that to cannot practice on a fixed time or for fixed hours. That to i think was a result of my childhood where i meditated. False self is so much identified with old habits that if tried to change there will be resistence and ego backslash it will go back to homeostasis. Maybe you can bring a new habit after lot of failures like many months of constant failure to stick with a habit. Or Break the false self altogether and make a new false self which you desire and shift to it for that i think psych will help.

I am also working again on my life purpose, in two years my values have changed radically cause of psych. I think what you are now is in a phase, and i think you will slowly move out of it. Meanwhile be present of this phase so that you can write with clarity when you move out of it.

How is your life purpose going? Have u found out it yet? When there is a good life purpose and you are working towards it i think everything changes. Work with lsd on basic issues like self esteem, self worth, being good enough, fulfilment etc. Lately after few lsd trip i am playing with fulfilment feeling. I sit in my meditation cushion and think about how does it feel when i fulfill all my dreams. There is a good pleasant feeling, and i sit with for some good time, when it goes i get up and do other things.

I used to yawn during meditation sessions not now.

Since you are a doctor why not make videos on Yt regarding it. Like describing about health, care, do's dont's etc etc. There are many doctors in yt helping people like this. You will get fulfillment knowing u are helping people with good content and then maybe fame.

Really liked all your replies here. I would like to know have you seen or know any kids growing up to adulthood in such a family with same sex parents. (Same sex marriage is new in our country so i cant know about kids growing up in such a family, india being a blue society i think it will be much harder for kids in such family). Since your place is much more up in the spiral, i would like to know what you think are the problems faced by kids(if there is any) coming from such family compared to kids raised by opposite sex parents

@Leo Gura why does other masters reject drugs? Is it cause they think they did a lot of work to attain satori and consumig a drug is kind of easy and riduicile years of work they done.

Thank you Leo for reply. I have done the LP course it really helped me. My impact statement is "Entertain people and make them better(make them better- Grow them)" so i think i can use direction writing and public speaking for it. I am learning things for it.

I have so much passion that i cant fix on one thing. One day i want to be a writer other day a director other day want to be a photographer other day i want to be a traveller day next i want to be a speaker and seeker like leo. So much passion for so much great things but is not making necessary step to fulfill any of it. ?
