I didn't follow the steps, but I did something familiar, and my "core value" become helping another people to feel what I feel, and that is peace.
So do you think that everybody should have logic as core value?
I had a little bit stressful situation 2 weeks ago, and I was doing meditation to release anger I got from that situation. But it feels like it's still there, it feels like it's there for no reason and I am pitying myself all the time and feeling like a victim. Even I know rationally i should not care, emotionally I still feel bad.
