Does anybody know the name of the strategy course Leo refers to from The Learning Company?

I'm curious what your criticism of his lecture is. What does he say about insulin that equates it to fat in such a simplistic manner? The way you word it comes off as eagerly dismissive.

I've got the book list and am diving into a couple of them, but I'm starting to realize that it would be a good idea to learn how to optimize my time & effort. I'd like to learn: How to determine which books to read first! (this has been a little overwhelming for me) How to approach a book - pre-reading, skimming, asking what I want out of it, etc. How to take effective notes. How to review those notes at a later date (spaced repetition?) so the information sticks. How to make bigger-picture connections with what I already know in other areas. How to make an action plan on what I read, rather than just reading it and moving on. How to determine which parts of a book deserve the most attention and which parts can be skimmed. How to avoid information overload and getting caught up in multiple books/videos/articles simultaneously.

I really want to move over to onenote mainly for how flexibile it is for inputting wherever you want on the screen and a few other nice features, but the lack severe lack of tagging features is making me stay with Evernote for now. Tagging is SO important for keeping topics organized and searchable.

Leo has a list of 200+ books he's read and reviewed for sale in the store. That will give you an endless supply of research and inspiration

I can see where you're coming from, but I have a need for guidance on how to think about and meditate upon having a direct experience in such a way that I can clearly identify limiting beliefs and get rid of them with practicality. If everything really came down to just having a personal direct experience, there would be no need for books in the first place.

Does anybody have any book recommendations for getting rid of limiting beliefs? That would be very helpful.
