And my thoughts are pretty disorganized. But it felt really good to express these thoughts and I'm guessing a handful of you will REALLY connect with what I'm saying. These are thoughts that I've had on my mind for a looong loong time that drive me to insanity & I just needed to get them out. Expressing thoughts and insecurities like what I'm doing in this video (for you- that can be telling a friend, someone in life you trust, a therapist, or even just starting with expressing some thoughts and insecurities online on like a message board could be a good place to start) is one of the best ways to process those thoughts and insecurities, find answers & solutions, and to return to a positive state of well-being. I really do hope that we all, as seperate identities, exist in someway. Perhaps we are all like a color on a spectrum of light. Together we are all God, (light), but we are all eternal unique colors on that light. Who knows.. all we can do is let go and trust. Maybe we dont have real eternal identities, maybe we are all just "love" or "God".. but I really hope there is an eternal "Luke Eilers' and I really hope that threre's an eternal "You". haha Maybe if I zoomed out to God's perspective my true desire is all of us to be identiless and just "one". That "oneness" actually scares me. Lots of people talk about "oneness" in an amazing way. Music which opens the mind as a catalyst for the imagination is healthy. Music which makes blood pressure rise and the body restless is good for exercise perhaps but can also limit the mind.

Recognize the ego as a protagonist character in a novel. Guide the ego to evolve his authenticity within the novel.

The best way I know to get involved with a personal mentor is to find someone who is already doing what you want to be doing. Then you offer yourself to be their gopher or intern or apprentice in your free-time without any expectations of payment. Good luck.

This one video on YouTube is worth millions in saved medical bills as well as time lost to being sick... AND it tastes and will make you feel like a million bucks.

A vision map is a road map to your dream(s). A dream is something bigger than you . A dream is beyond your personal limitations. Anytime you find yourself saying, "I can't do this or that" or "I don't have enough of this or that" or "I don't know how to do this or that" etc., is when you know your dream is a good one. If you can't do this or that... then it's something you need to go outside yourself to accomplish. It means you need a mentor. A mentor can be another person or it can be a book or the internet, etc. Clearly define and write those items down as integral goals of your vision map. Those goals are further broken down into steps. Those steps are further broken down into tasks. Once you have all your goals, steps, and tasks clearly defined, you set desired dates of accomplishment next to each item working from the bottom up. Start executing the tasks to complete the steps to accomplish the goals to make the dream come true. Make course changes on your journey by adjusting dates and adding unforeseen items as needed. If you persist and endeavor to make the dates on your vision map, then eventually your dream will be actualized. Remember, anything you think of that makes you say "I can't do this or that!" becomes part of your vision map.

Knowing the vision map skill is 1 %. Getting off your ass and actually executing it is 99%.
