If you come from a needy place, it will eat you out. Calm the compulsion and come from a place of being. I have been contemplating and jerking off to many girls lately and cannot be happier. Its all perspective.

After 1 week the habit start spinning. After 2 weeks its already getting momentum. After 4 week the habit is working automatic. After 2 more months, the habit is strong. After 6 months, the habit is your karma. After one year, the habit is deeply ingrained. Try doing 1 habit for 1 week and you will see it already starts working. Not after 1 month. Thats the end result.

@Leo Gura Why does people like Martin Ball and Octavio Rettig does not seem as transformed as someone like Peter Ralston. Sadhguru, says these people do not go under such level of transformation as of those who do natural consciousness work. Sadhguru probably has done psychedelics, thats why he does not support it. He knows they are powerful, but because of his leadership position, people can start doing them in unresponsable ways and get side tracked. Also, is it possible that this altered states of consciousness are actually just a precise medium through imagination to make you see in a clearer way what you are, but actually its not pure direct contact of conciousness with itself since its done under chemical influence? Because if you need something from the dream to understand the real, you are saying you need a state to know the real. Something impermanent to know whats always there. I think of 5meo as a very precise 4D map of whats real and that actually looks and feels very real, but its actually not real in essence. Also, saying you need 5-MeO-DMT to awaken at such levels is like making this plants a necesary guru. Does God need a guru to awaken? Not necesarily but might be very helpful. Has Leo become attached to his experiences and insights under these states which have shown him a very realistic map/picture/mirror of what is real, that he might be deluding him self in a very beautiful and wise way, by claming reality just by an apparent seen of it but not direct contact of it?

Which means truth is the highest vibration. And truth is what remains when we remove all appearances/illusion in your experience. This means, to elevate your vibration is to simply take off the things holding the rocket that wants to be launched. First step is to totally relax, surrender and be as you are. Come back into your inner space. For so long you have been searching, seeking, doing, pretending, intellectualizing and selling your soul. Leave all that and get back to home, which was what were looking for to begin with in all those things. After the essencial has been established in itself, we can move to the elements of the body. 1. Breath (correct deep breathing of pure air) 2. Sun (also sun gazing) 3. Water - hidration (long baths to clear the energies) 4. Healthy food 5. Exercise 6. Good sleep 7. Storage of sexual energy for transumtation 8. Spiritual and energetical music (Mantras or sounds with hz vibrating at the higher emotions to condition the inner ambience of your system). 9. Practicing gratitude and thoughts of love and joy 10. Reducing all activities and habits of your karmic loop. Social Media, talking non sense, etc. Must be stopped to clean the mind of the external impressions. Remember, these things are not prior to handling the truth first. The fundamentals are fundamental.

@Chumbimba What ever answer you get from your suffering state will not solve it completely. Its going to be partial, since the source will be from ego-mind. You cannot solve suffering from the same conciousness level that created it. Even if you contemplate it, your skills and clarity from such chaotic state will be poor and non sense. To be asking questions on that level is like trying to get out of the water by diving deeper into it. When all you have to do is get out, lol. You see, the biggest problems in life, have the easiest way to be fixed. The whole world could be a paradise if people simply took a little time to relax, surrender and be, lmao. You are making it more complicated than it has to be. There are no problems, but the ones you create in your mind. Just stop creating them and problems are automatically fixed. You must be careful what advice you take if you don't know what you are getting into. With more power comes more responsability. Leo is a multi-diverse teacher that tries to reach people from all levels at the same time. Thats why he only does 5 meo. So he can stay as a personality while preaching the word of God. If you don't know Leo, yourself and truth at the same time, you will get into trouble. All of this actualized. org thing is beautiful nonsense. Enlightenment doesn't bring questions, only answers! You have misinterpreted the whole thing. You think after enlightenment you will be a mind asking all day long but its not like that. Thats how leo has comunicated to you logically for your understanding. In enlightenment you don't ask necesarily, you only see and know. No need for anything. If you want clarity and ending of suffering, listen to the timeless teachings of the masters, those embodying the truth you want. If you want diversity and fun, listen to Leo. All that knowledge Leo seems to have is bullshit from the relative domain. Thats why is never enough. Because its not ultimately the absolute truth. Even 5 meo dmt is a relative thing. There will always be a more deeper infinite experience of infinity than that. Because if not, Infinity wouldn't be infinite. Who ever thinks is going arrive to a final destination, will get lost. Absolute Truth is truth at what ever level. Levels will be relative to the priors even inside the absolute truth of Infinity. Accept yourself, the whole self improvement industry is complete garbage. Thats selling yourself to the devil. Making others like you means getting out of your space of being. From what I can see, you haven't completely understood your mind yet. Neither experienced an authentical enlightenment experience. After an enlightenment experience, the explosion it creates within, leaves the knower with a permanent knowledge and distance even if it gets half obscured again. The only way to go back into understanding is by calming your psychology. Forget meditation by now. One has no idea what is doing when blind/entangled on the level of thought. First step is to relax Just relax, stop everything you are doing physically and mentally. When the storm stops, the sun will appear to shine again. It is always there. The storm is being fed by your attention unconsciously (pain body/karma). You give more momentum to it and enter into a karmic loop that self-fulfills itself. So what I can recommend you is just to stop everything. Start to relax and surrender completely. Dont try to stop, change, think new ones or even watch them. Let them go fully crazy without touching them or even if you touch them dont get guilty of it, just surrender even more to the fact that you got deluded or that you felt guilty. After relaxing and surrenderring, do this. I learned it from osho. Make deep slow belly breathing a habit for a couple of days. You will have to be doing this constantly intentionally moment to moment during the whole day for it to become automatic. That will calm the whole system. Then, after having applied those 2 fundamentals, you can add a more powerful breathing practice such as pranayama, wim hof or holothropic to force an empty mind state. Because if you start with this practice and don't apply the other 2 first it, the effect will be very short and you will easily get drawn back into the karmic thought loop. Also, reduce things and activities that can cause you to get lost again. You have to reduce the mental impressions of the outside world. Stop everything! Try to talk only when necesary. Talking creates karma and makes the mind spin again. If you apply this 3 principles for 5-7 days, theres no way there will be a drastic change in your experience. Now, supposing your inner experience has changed. You can now proceed to true authentic meditation. Forget all the other meditations out there. The true one is simply about the knower getting to know it self. Seeing the seer. For this I strongly suggest you to read this book There you will learn how meditation truly works. If you follow along with what is being said and you apply at the same time, it will cause an awakening. Im proof to it, since it was the responsable to causing my first enlightenment experience. And it was in my job, you can already imagine. This vid can also help as a bonus

Leo has spoken about the different levels of awakening there are after attaining liberation. There are probably even more awoken beings than Leo under 5meo or Ralston,etc. but are unknown. For more than 5000 thousand years, enlightened masters from all cultures have been exploring conciousness and Leo is the first one to have reached such levels under 5-MeO-DMT (or maybe not). Even when 5meo has been done in the past. So, who is the most awoken being you know of and why?

@ajasatya Thanks for the advice! But, im not trying to play games. You guys are so used to all the ego games in here, that you instantly suppose this is another one without inspecting the case first. Im actually looking for valuable recommended teachings with massive results. There are a few guys that have been recommended in here that I did not knew before and would like to investigate and see if I resonate. Does that seem like an ego game?

@AlwaysBeNice He was younger at that time and overall is doing good. His enlightenment should be more mature by now. Remember, the guy started pretty young and the fire of all those energies at such age plus the ego have a tremendous influence. I like him most because he is an example to the youth.

I asked him to recommend me some book and he told me to read master key of self realization from Sri sadguru, which I recommend. Where do you think he got the 4 bodies map teaching?

@Nahm That's true. But we cannot skip the fact that the present understanding of reality that you may have by now is thanks to all the clear pointers those thoughts and names had given you before you even considered such posibility of exploration in your direct experience.

Unconsciousness is conciousness just as everything else in existence. There's no way you can go truly "unconscious" if you are consciousness. The word says it self, on-conscious. We are just pretending being asleep.

@Leo Gura So basically, what you are saying is that what all enlightened masters have said about leaving the vehicle towards God after enligthenment is actually right and wrong at the same time. Because, if one is to keep reaching towards higher levels of conciousness even after liberation, the journey has barely begun. Yes, you are now on God's side but how close can you be near me? How much can you know me? How much can you accept and love me? Its an Infinite journey towards infinity itself? But this is already the case on all authentically enlightened beings who have reached the absolute. How much more absolute can you go than the absolute itself? How is that inside the dimension of the absolute there can be something more absolute than the absolute? Who is it that after liberation and absolute understanding, still wants to know more than there is to know and is already known. Is it possible that your experiences of Infinite love differ from other teachers because they are already liberated and you are not? Maybe they are so absorbed in it that their minds are not able to process and intelectualize they way you explain it. You are both living in completely different dimensions and paradigms and both minds have gone under completely different experiences and transformations for a different amount of time. Please, bring me some light.

Hahaha. The apocalypse has been going on since the beginning of creation. Nevertheless, all gurus talking about the New Earth are heavily focused towards the years of 2020-2033. After that I won't ever even try to remember such thing. Because the thing is, supposing the societal collapse and disasters are to come, if one can prepare and prevent many of it happenings, it can be beneficial to all. Governments can change their economical focus and overall structure towards what will be needed during and after. And the masses can use such time towards self actualization on the only thing that matters, Truth. In my opinion, the idea during these "supposedly years" is not to play story games, but to simply pass through such things, evolve and keep going back to life but in a better way. I personally don't fully believe such claims but im open to it. I kinda have an intuitive feeling that they might be right. The temperature is rising and time is passing faster, can't lie about that. I have also been getting random satoris without doing any spiritual practices. I find my self the vast majority of time in the now. I also do not get lost in thought neither find my self suffering. I also have become more aware of my karma and even life purpose. Is the energy of the planet ascending? Im a just a lucky bastard? Or just a deluded prick? I have no idea. I will give time some time to answer me correctly.
