It might sound counter-intuitive... but try wallowing in it a little bit. Really FEEL the meaning-lessness. Allow yourself to not have a purpose and to not have motivation. Let yourself sink down to the bottom. Start again from the very beginning. Who am I? What's going on? How did I get here? What do I want? Why do I feel this way? What can I do to feel better? Why am I not meditating? "If you want to become whole, let yourself be partial. If you want to become straight, let yourself be crooked. If you want to become full, let yourself be empty. If you want to be reborn, let yourself die. If you want to be given everything, give everything up. The Master, by residing in the Tao, sets an example for all beings. Because he doesn't display himself, people can see his light. Because he has nothing to prove, people can trust his words. Because he doesn't know who he is, people recognize themselves in him. Because he has no goal in mind, everything he does succeeds. When the ancient Masters said, "If you want to be given everything, give everything up," they weren't using empty phrases. Only in being lived by the Tao can you be truly yourself." - Lao Tzu

Mentors can save you years of wrong turns and headaches. My meditation mentor practiced with a modern saint for 37 years... and you already know he showed me some important things about meditation that I couldn't have learned from a book or own my own. In spirituality theres a big emphasis on living with a guru or a mentor because they are able to transmit an energy to you that might take you 30 years to develop on your own. They can give you "pith instructions" based one where you're at RN and what you need to hear. My business mentor (blake lagrange) has also saved me years of stumbling around in the dark. So, yeah, mentors are indispensable. If you want to learn something, find someone who knows how to do it already. It's a pretty intuitive and basic concept. Later, when you reach unitive stages of development, you can go for being your own mentor. But that doesn't come for a while.

I understand it's quite weird to come into contact w his info for the first time because for all you know he's a quack that makes up all his shit. The guy has been doing this work for over 50 years and has worked with 10s of thousands of doctors who use his info for all different forms of chronic illness. I really appreciate your open-mindedness, though. His info works for millions of people, myself included. I understand that we dont want to just blindly trust anyone who 'claims' to get info from a spiritual source. If you really want to develop a next-level understanding of health... it might be wise to really try to wrap your mind around the scope of what he's saying in his info in general. His books provide way more context and specific examples that are difficult to communicate over a podcast. It's hard to give a full transmission of information over a short podcast... it might take someone years to fully familiarize themselves with the scope of his info. Yes, google doesn't always agree w/ MM info because his info is ahead of modern science ATM. MM has been saying cancer is caused by EBV (and sometimes other viruses) for 50 years... and only recently has science found a link between the virus and cancer. And just because they've found the link for some cases... they haven't done enough testing to find it related to most cancers. EBV is a notoriously difficult virus to test for because it can stay dormant for decades, burrowing deep into organ tissues and not always appearing on blood tests. Again, the skepticism is warranted, but reading the MM Book 1 is a fantastic intro to the scope of what he's saying. Essentially, this guy is actually making a huge impact on the entire development of modern medicine. Many doctors advise their patients based on his info. Trust me, I'm not brainwashed. I'm a critical thinker who has stumbled upon this goldmine of info. I spent 8 months hyper-learning it. There's a lot of insights to be gleaned about the state of modern medicine (why it completely fails to have any good-quality explanation for the causes not only cancer, but eczema, thyroid problems, alzheimers, arthritis, diabetes, chronic fatigue, tingles/numbness, brain fog, add, autism, and a lot more). One of the problems of relying on only scientific studies to make sense of health info is that many studies are re-contextualized in light of understanding MM info. Theres multiple interpretations for the conclusion of a study. For example, studies showing that increased protein intake links to more muscle growth. So we say that protein -> causes muscle growth. But MM explains that it doesn't. In truth, carbohydrates (especially from fresh fruits) and complex mineral salts (from leafy greens) plus a calorie surplus causes muscle growth. These science studies don't take into account that someone increasing their protein is also increasing their general calorie intake and also their carb intake which is why their muscle mass is going up. That's just one example with too much detail to cover right here, but I'm trying to say that if science was the ultimate metric for knowing the truth about human health, there wouldn't be 1000s of doctors basing their info on scientific studies while also having completely different and contradictory conclusions. MM introduces some key nuanced insights into the understanding of diet that makes all the difference. Just a few examples: - how too much fat intake clogs the liver and prevents healings - how viruses feed off of certain toxins, metals, and foods (like eggs) - how viruses like EBV stay dormant in the body for decades, evading blood tests, and slowly causing various chronic illnesses - how the sodium cluster salts in celery juice is antibacterial and antiviral , alkalizes the body, and speeds up healing massively (with millions of real-life case studies to prove it) - the healing power of fruits and veggies and how they are absorbed by the body And too much more. Anyways, just dropping this here for if you want to understand human health better than most professionals. It's a lot of info to take in a process, but it's really worth it in my opinion. Thanks for reading - Adam

I'm sure it must be really discouraging to try so many things and not get any results. But please remember that health is your birthright. You're not destined to be sick. Your body is designed to function healthily. You don't have a genetic defect or anything like that. Don't let Leo discourage you from trying stuff. I highly recommend the medical medium cleanse. I can guarantee you'll see results if you stick with it for 3-6 months. Study that thyroid healing book very closely and you'll get better dude, I promise. If you're going to give anything a good shot, it's that. He explains that the main cause of hashimotos thyroiditis (unknown to modern science and research) is stage 3 - 4 epstein-barr virus which can live in your body and build strength slowly over many years. His cleanse protocols explain how to cleanse it and get your health back. You asked for help, here it is. Take this as your sign. Use the information I just shared with you, buy the book. It will NOT be a waste of your time.

True cause of cancer according to the Spirit of Compassion (probably the most plausible explanation of cancer on planet Earth atm): https://m.soundcloud.com/medicalmedium/cancer-epstein-barr-virus More about EBV: https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/epstein-barr-virus-revealed Foods that fight EBV (which causes 99% of cancers) and assist in healing: https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/12-foods-that-help-heal-epstein-barr-virus If you wanted to protect yourself against cancer. @Schizophonia Sorry, I thought we were focusing on self-actualization here, not wallowing in comfort and laziness. My apologies for sharing information that helps to fully optimize your diet.

The vinegar SUCKS THE WATER OUT OF YOUR CELLS and it's not so easy to re-hydrate after. It makes your insides acidic which causes bad bacteria like strep to thrive. Your organs start to shrivel which makes it hard for them to re-absorb water after. It's not a "little thing." There is a great podcast here which I know you probably won't listen to... but hey, you can still choose to have vinegar after you listen to it... but at least make an informed decision and don't delude yourself: https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/apple-cider-vinegar If you don't care about optimal health, that's fine too. But why not? You don't NEED vinegar to be happy! I don't really see the point of eating a food (which isn't actually a food, its acetic acid) that makes it so much harder for you body to perform its healing & cleansing functions.

Salted cashews, spicy beef jerky, pasta with butter, and condensed milk tubes. What is this new age madness!

Paul Chek is a sick dude. But he wasn't born with a siddhi that allows him to see into people's bodies and instantly know what's wrong with them. We're comparing apples to oranges here. The MM info is in a league of it's own. You'll know what I mean when you look deeply into it. Here's another article: https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/apple-cider-vinegar

Eat 95% fresh fruits and vegetables (lots of them), drink lemon water, and trust your body to balance weight the way it is supposed to. Don't try to force yourself to gain weight by going to the gym or taking weight gain supplements. That will only make it worse. Light exercise is all you need. Don't focus on gaining weight... focus on getting clean calories into your body and staying hydrated. You can look into the medical medium information if you want a high-quality source of diet info. Cheers! Edit: You can try this here:
