  1. yeah fuck @Leo Gura! That monster motivated me to begin a life-changing journey towards success and fulfilment!
  2. @Kserkkj wow ! thank you so much! it just "came to me" last night LOL
  3. I'm so excited for him One day that will be me (and then it won't be me) lol
  4. more than an hour a day and psychedelics help
  5. Wow Thanks guys...I was so against social media but now that I am getting into business I see it in a different light
  6. I've been on NoFap about as long as you have after I broke up w my gf around christmas ITS AWESOME Tip: You have to workout at the gym...if you think that you're going to succeed at nofap without a daily exercise habit you are simply fooling yourself Your cravings will go down tremendously if you commit to a gym routine and you'll sleep better maybe I'm preaching to the choir but I've definitely noticed that exercise is key
  7. she sucks OR you suck either way you suck
  8. I dont know man...sounds like hell. Make sure that you have someone that you can talk to about this problem that you are having in person. You need someone that cares about that you can trust and open up to. As far as helping your Dad...the mind is a tricky animal and I don't think he can get better unless he wants to help himself Don't resent him. This is a great opportunity to exercise forgiveness and unconditional love... Unconditional love is tough to practice but it can do wonders
  9. @erik8lrl LOL I remember my first trip was a 2g shroom trip and I had been watching a bunch of Leo's videos and when I was tripping I was like... "AWARENESS OMFG AWARENESS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SHIT EVER! WE LIVE IN THE MATRIX BUT NOBODY KNOWS BECAUSE WE LACK AWARENESS" and this just went on and on for like 3 hours
  10. @Uncover You better delete that fucking game this second and throw out your fucking computer. That game sucked 3000 hours of my life that I will never get back. (but hey...at least I got to platinum division LOL) Delete all your social media apps too...that's a waste of time too. I cant tell you how many times I had to delete the game only to reinstall it because its so addicting. Man up dude. I was 16 years old when I decided to quit for good.
  11. @Leo Gura Well said! You helped me realise this for myself 2 years ago...I would listen to your lectures while playing League of Legends lol! Since then I've quit video games and I'm on a much better path towards true fulfilment...thanks!
  12. @okulele thanks for sharing The other day I was meditating and I felt energy in my pelvis area (I had just started NoFap) I tried to circulate it through my body but it just ended up pooling in my mind in the form of sexual fantasy and I was left standing there w an erection... Very powerful stuff!
  13. @onacloudynight Seems pretty normal to me. My friend and I both experience these drastic ups and downs. Eventually you will accept the ups and the downs as a mediator accepts passing thoughts (without clinging). When you are down, you will come back up a little higher When you are high, make sure you have your helmet on for when you crash down My ups will last for a week and my downs will last for 1-5 days I've noticed this as well as I have been meditating for the last year and a half as well
  14. @Nahm thanks nahm! I copied this into my commonplace book! Helped me with my Do Nothing and my Self Inquiry (that I dont do)
  15. is it better to read one book at a time cover to cover or is it better to jump between books that you find most relevant to your current mental state, sometimes leaving them half finished but eventually finishing them thoughts? I sometimes notice myself jumping between the same 5 books, usually all of them are about the topics that are most important to me in my life right now
  16. @eskwire I definitely see understand why it would be easier to apply the info from one book by devoting all your attention to one book at a time However my interests in my life often fluctuate quicker than I can finish an entire book, so I have to switch between 4-5 books at the same time I noticed that I am more likely to apply what I learn if I am emotionally engaged in what I'm reading because it is relevant to what I am focused on in my life at the moment
  17. @Leo Gura yeah I find myself getting bored of certain books halfway through, although I will eventually return to them it helps to motivate me to read more if I have new books to read with new and exciting ideas and info my bookshelf is like a mini-library with many of the top rated books from the book list and the ones that I have read have been life changing, thanks for making the book list so great!
  18. just research good books on the internet? usually the best next book is something relevant to your life something that is similar to 7 habits is called think and grow rich
  19. @playdoh Why don't you sit and see for yourself? They come from your brain eh? Where'd that thought come from?
  20. Don't worry about it too much Find your life purpose and meditate a lot and you will notice that you will no longer want to spend as much time on the internet Meditation is like autocorrect for your life and so is your vision for your purpose
  21. Yeah don't look at yourself while you talk that will fuck you up big time and ruin your flow When I do it I just talk straight to the lens...it helps me get in the zone
  22. because you are a taking the easy way out like a selfish little pussy if you commit suicide while the ego is still intact, the ego wins, deception wins, you win why not kill yourself by becoming enlightened? then you can enjoy the rest of life and help others you should go on living to help others
