I've been meaning to start this thread for a while now... "As above, so below." Over the past 6 months or so I've been called more and more to the study of astrology. By no means am I an expert in this field and I've only really been dipping my toes into what seems like an impossibly deep rabbit hole. However, astrology has been very helpful for me as a tool for understanding human values and motivations, and also to frame them in a more universal perspective. I am surprised at the quality and scope of insights that can be gleaned from this field of study. Very Yellow/Turquoise. I am specifically amazed at the potential for universal and metaphysical understanding that is possible to gain by studying the lens of astrology. Since Astrology is an ancient Science, it is also mixed in with intuition and spirituality, which makes it a super powerful tool for... - understanding people's motivations and desires - understanding personality types with a system that appears to be equally if not more complex and accurate than Myers-Briggs (and requires NO SURVEY!?) - understanding global trends (planetary positions affect collective consciousness) - understanding and framing historical ages and predicting future ages - understanding your own innermost desires and psychological tendencies - understanding metaphysics, how the ego (Aries) moves through the all the zodiac signs and ends at Pisces (representing Oneness and dissolution) - a useful language for understanding and communicating nuanced intuition-based insights that would otherwise be lost in translation (it's almost like how understanding Spiral Dynamics with sufficient depth produces insights that are incommunicable with those who have never studied the model) - potential ability to predict the future (based on planetary movements and energies) - past lives - direction, purpose, personal destiny - relationship dynamics - and much more which I'm sure that I will discover in the future Astrology has shown me some impossibly deep perspectives with which to understand the whole universe. Of course, it is a conceptual framework with it's own limitations and blind spots. However, I have friends whose mastery of Astrology has allowed them to consistently make accurate assessments of people and their life path. Common misconceptions: Many people misunderstand astrology simply because they lack the conceptual framework and intuitive capacities to take full advantage of the Science. Also, many people can turn it into a dogma or a way to stereotype people. Astrology is a deeeeeeeep field (much like Spiral Dynamics) that is only useful with sufficient depth of understanding. This video can give you a lot of insight when combined with the NATAL CHART that I linked above. Closing remarks for skeptics: Astrology has been given a bad name from the likes of stage Green men and women who only use Astrology for surface level understanding. In truth, the study of Astrology is perhaps the oldest Science. It would be a mistake to dismiss this field without at least reading your Natal Chart. I'm sure that you will be pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of the information. Of course, always allow your intuition to guide your study. If certain archetypes or readings do not resonate with you, then feel free to take them with a grain of salt. I've been having a delightful amount of fun studying this topic. It is truly a wonderland for practising combining conceptual models with personal intuition. I'm open to answering questions and discussing this topic. Wanted to update this topic. I still stand beside everything that I said in the initial post. https://cafeastrology.com/free-natal-chart-report-sidereal-vedic.html Turns out, Vedic astrology reports are more accurate than the standard Tropical Western system. This is because the math on the Vedic one more accurately represents the current planetary positions while the standard western one is stuck in the past positions. As always, I am absolutely blown away by the accuracy of the personality typing and am excited for the potential for astrology to clearly point people towards their strengths, weaknesses, desires, and potential LIfe Purpose. If you've done Leo's LP course and are interested in personality typing (like me) then you cannot deprive yourself of this extremely powerful lense. Use the Vedic system! (it's more accurate). Type in your birth date, time, and location for an extremely accurate read of your personality, and destiny.

@Leo Gura Is it because reality is unlimited? Existence is Pure Nothing, therefore, there is no limitation that prevents everything from being created. In other words, in order for Nothingness to be fully itself, it also has to be everythingness? Including infinite amounts of limitations, distinctions, and complexity/interconnectedness? This intellectualization is kind of silly...I'm just gonna plug some 5meo... Also, a distinction is itself? I guess it must be pure creation. When one thing becomes distinct from another, it is born into existence. There is no mechanism except for consciousness itself, just Mind?

Dosages vary between people. What is most important to focus on is where you place your attention during the trip. Are you tripping while watching tv? Or are you self-inquiring. Imo, it's silly to measure likelihood of awakening by dosage. It should be measured by number of hours self inquiring while on the substance. Your ability to surrender is what will awaken you. Not the substance itself. Of course, dosage does play a role.

Hey! I'm also twenty and have been on this path for ab 4 years rather seriously. Remember, ignorance is NOT bliss. If you feel like your spirituality is preventing you from enjoying mundane life then you are missing something in your practice. There are 2 aspects of spiritual practice, both are important: Wisdom: Knowing I am nothing. Love: Knowing I am everything. It sounds to me like you have too much wisdom and not enough love. I'd reccomend doing more self-love, compassion, forgiveness, and heart opening. I find myself falling into the trap of too much wisdom and not enough compassion (it's a very common masculine trap). Try out some self-love meditations or heart openers. It's very easy to ignore these practices. Don't! They feel amazing. Much love, Adam

You're scared of what other people will think of you. You're scared of starting conflict with others. You're scared of them thinking that you're dumb or stupid. You're scared of other people not loving you. Why do you need other people to approve of your opinions? If you believe in what you are saying. Then you should feel free to say it regardless of what other people think. Your fear is rooted in neediness. You need other people to love you because you are not receiving enough love from yourself. My myers-briggs personality type is ENTP. I often find myself disagreeing with people and starting verbal conflicts for amusement. Fuck what other people think about you. I'll argue with people and say that Donald Trump is the best president the USA has ever seen. Do I believe in that? No. I do it to practice not giving a flying fuck of what other people think of me. You are awesome. You don't need other people to think you're awesome.

It comes down to this. Are you open-minded? If you actually care about understanding reality. You will watch Leo with an open mind. His message is crystal clear for those who admit that they do not know. If you're not ready yet... then you'll project your arrogance upon the teacher (as I've seen done countless times). If your soul is ready to awaken. You'll study Leo's vids w an open mind along with all of the great sources that he recommends. Otherwise, you'll project your own shallowness of mind onto the teacher, and you won't give the content another glance.

The Tao is to be read with the utmost care and discernment. The idea is here is not to attach oneself to ideas of goodness. When one is attached to ideas of goodness, they will suffer when their goodness is gone. However, if one remains neutral, then one is free. How can you steal from someone who does not cling to their possessions?

Don't worry too much about awakening society right now. What's most important is that you can create the type of life that you want for yourself. The content Leo shares in his recent videos is a lot to wrap one's mind around. It requires a certain type of nuanced thinking that is difficult to develop. If I am to say one thing, it is this: Work on yourself. Raise your own consciousness. When you awaken. The world awakens with you and it's beautiful. Namaste.

Do something that makes you happy buddy! What puts a smile on your face? Hanging out with friends? Smoking a fat spliff? Play it slow. One thing at a time. You don't have to get enlightened or even meditate. This forum is about self-actualization and it's important that everybody begins where they're at. Life isn't meant to be taken so seriously. It's a play. Remember to dance!

?❤ you've imagined the distinction between real and imaginary If everything on actualized.org is understood with sufficient depth, then, although, this is surprising, at the same time...it really isn't. The ramifications of what is being taught here are insane. I am not claiming to fully understand. The universe and everyone in it disappearing instantly is crazy. But a little less crazy when you realize it never existed in the first place. When you wake up from a dream, do you mourn over all of the imaginary characters in your dream whose lives instantly ended upon your waking?

@Surfingthewave I understand that your concerns are based in Love. I understand that you want Leo to be safe and sane, and that you want his followers to be safe and sane. At times like this, it's important to remember that your concerns about Leo are all based in love (therefore, in perfect alignment with what Leo says) And also, is a sneaky way for you to project your own lack of personal development and self acceptance outwards. I've microdosed 0.2 to 0.5g of mushrooms with half a tab of modafinil. Feels fkn awesome. I don't see why it would be dangerous.

@Leo Gura Hi-Five! If there wasn't way more I'd be rather disappointed... @loub Ralston! Psychedelics clearly raise consciousness. Consciousness on LSD is just as real and valid as consciousness through self inquiry. I like this picture! It did look a little bit like this at times but not as dramatic. What interests me most on psychedelics is the energy shift in my body and consciousness. The visuals are often a minor bonus. By that logic, an enlightenment through self-inquiry (which I admittedly, have never experienced), is just as impermanent and temporary as an enlightenment on acid. Whenever I think of aliens, my intuition always tells me that aliens exist. However, they need not necessarily exist in 3-dimensional space-time. If I wanted to contact an alien. The first place I would look is in my own consciousness (especially with a psychedelic). I personally believe that many of the ancient reports of aliens are reports of altered consciousness experiences. Other-dimensional beings granting wisdom and insight to humans directly through our consciousness. I also believe that if an alien wanted to visit Earth, one of the most efficient ways I can imagine is to incarnate into a human body. Dolores Canon Talks a lot about this in her book "The Three Waves of Volunteers." Crazy stuff! Of course, I am also open to the possibility of actual physical aliens flying around w flying saucers! I think it would be insane to NOT believe in aliens!
