  1. The conspiracy theory (like QAnon) is often mixed in with an apocalyptic narrative such as "the world is gonna end the evil people are taking over unless you stand up for your rights and protest." So for many, it's not just a theory...its life or death. Edit: Also, spirituality often ends up mixed in there one way or another...again, its not just a conspiracy theory, it's an entire way of life. I've been in close contact with some people who are deeeeep down these rabbit holes and let me tell you, they couldn't recognize systems thinking if it beat them over the head with a bat. As Leo says, these people are generally too lazy to actually build a conscious worldview so they take on the identity of a conspiracy theorist or a "truth seeker" and hold it as ideology. I once read a whole post of some QANON girl talking about how socialism will turn the west into Venezuela (classic). For some reason, I sent her a good 15 hours of video sources that clearly explain otherwise and she said it was too long for her to watch... *facepalm*
  2. Please be more specific in your posts. There is basically no helpful info that will help any of us give you actual advice. If you have a problem. Communicate it as clearly as possible. Don't be lazy.
  3. This. Also, stretch daily with a hatha yoga practice. It does wonders for helping open my hips... you wont get a straight back unless your hips are flexible. Also, get a proper cushion. I find that going on a meditstion retreat helps me get soooo much insight for how to sit properly from the teachers.
  4. Do you still read books? Do you ever get to the point in your development that reading books becomes unnecessary?
  5. Teach people how to be more creative by making a youtube channel that shares tips and resources. Become a creativity coach. These are concrete examples.
  6. Idk man I think all fruits are healthy as fuck. Even the ones that are high in sugar. I always reccomend Anthony William's diet advice...his last book cleanse to heal answers all these questions and more Also, cheat days are pure stupidity. Do you want to be healthy or not?
  7. Where do you plan to take actualized.org in the next 10 or 20 years? (let's assume that your health condition wasn't limiting your energy) Do you have a girlfriend? Why not? What kind of courses are you working on? At least a hint? When can they be expected to be released? List your TOP 5 favourite actualized.org videos!
  8. I've been slowly exposing myself to more and more information about "The Great Awakening" because it is an increasingly popular belief system that is gaining popularity in New Age circles. What is The Great Awakening? Basically, many psychics, channels, and varieties of sources including "The Law of One" and Dolores Canon's books are all saying that the planet Earth is going through a rapid awakening where more and more people are awakening to higher levels of consciousness. Some people call this 5D consciousness which is basically another term for causal witness and nondual states of consciousness. So, basically, people are waking up at a rapid rate (more rapid than before). Now, this entire paradigm comes with TONS of baggage that ventures into "conspiracy theory" territory with no shortage of cult psychology. Here, check out an interesting prediction video from Ralph Smart who was eerily accurate about predicting the global situation in 2020. Apparently, COVID-19 is a collective ego-backlash as more and more people are beginning to see through the illusion of society and themselves. @Leo Gura Have you looked into any of this? There is an amazing amount of evidence that supports the collective move into higher consciousness. Apparently, some people on Earth (lightworkers) are the ones who wake up earlier than the others so that they can assist in the ascension process. This paradigm is used to support many conspiracy-like belief systems such as the Cabal/Secret Society (which can't be discounted as 100% false). However, from what I've seen. These perspectives are almost always exclusively 1st-tier interpretations and it's very rare to find a 2nd tier analysis of the situation. I'm hoping that some of you here know more about "The Great Awakening" and can clarify what it is while also sharing some resources. Thanks! Edit: I think that the Great Awakening is a very real phenomenon, and is eluded to by Ken Wilber and even Clare Graves when they speak about the "momentous leap" as more and more of the population moves into 2nd tier being consciousness. HOWEVER, I have found countless examples of "The Great Awakening" being used to justify devilry. I think the great awakening is very real, but I think it is being interpreted rather poorly by predominantly 1st-tier thinkers.
  9. Congrats on another great video @Leo Gura! I'm excited to hear your commentary ab the EDT model. You look very youthful in this new one... My question: What EDT stage are you predominantly? Where is your center of gravity? I'm aware that it's a nuanced question, but where would you peg yourself (being as honest as possible)? I predict 5/6 or even 6. However, I don't know you so that's my projection. I'm personally very strong 5 and I occasionally tap into 5/6, and sometimes dip into 4/5. Others, feel free to report your personal stage if you are familiar w the EDT model... P.S. I feel like Leo missed a great deal of insight by not including the graphic that goes with each stage. The one that explains each elevation perspective (1st person, 2nd person, 3rd person, expanded 3rd person, 4th person etc.) However, of course, that will be available to those who read the paper themselves.
  10. ??? If a man shakes my hand with a limp hand I wouldn't trust them with ANYTHING.
  11. Beautiful depiction of how people below Green don't give a flying fuck about their personal health.
  12. Green will become more and more popular in the first-world in the next decades. Be prepared for SPIRITUAL EGO. I predict that spiritual ego will become terribly ideological, dogmatic, and oppressive before more people are forced into Yellow. We will move through Green first, but it will be hairy. Considering that Green -like all other 1st tier stages- believes that it is the most awakened. When the toxic elements of Green become too painfully obvious, then systemic thinking will become more popular, especially in men first.
  13. Don't worry about it, just be aware. Newbies have the tendency to attach too much to the CONTENT of the meditation (how you feel, what you're thinking). Remember, that it doesn't matter how you're feeling or why, the ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS THAT YOU ARE AWARE THAT YOU ARE FEELING IT. Focus on being aware of the content, not on the content itself.
  14. @Consilience Great posts! Thanks for sharing. Moving into Green is a significant awakening! I just don't like hearing shit like "there will be no more government and no more fear as everyone awakens together and lives barefoot holding hands."
  15. I agree, it wouldn't be too hard to imagine an acceleration into tier 2 thinking. That being said, the shift will be slow and gradual, especially considering that tier 2 is such a big jump above tier 1 and requires so much integration that takes most individuals 10-20 years.
  16. @Leo Gura thanks for your response! My initial reaction to this "Great Awakening" is exactly like yours. Whenever I speak to Green thinkers about things like building infrastructure, reforming education, and the rarity of nondual consciousness they dismiss me as thinking through "the old paradigm." Haha! How predictable. Appreciate responses everyone! Still, to be clear, I do believe that as more people like me begin moving into Yellow, the rate of growth into Yellow will speed up as Wilber predicts. When 10% of the population moves solidly into Yellow (it's less than 5% right now). Then, there will be a rapid shift. This is what he calls 'the tipping point.'
  17. J Cole. Makes a stage yellow rap song. Notice the nuance with which he dissects current political issues. Not blaming any particular group or people but always considering a wide range of perspectives and understanding of social and psyco-logical systems. J Cole has always been dipping his toes into stage yellow but this particular song is very clear and great example of systemic thinking and is also a great song.
  18. Haha I've been here... Sounds like a good book title
  19. Is there a source that you got this from? Also, this was posted at 11:11am. ?
  20. Skip to 33:20 for an amazing depiction of how the Alcon Blue Caterpillars trick ant colonies into feeding them for years. Stunning footage! This series "Our Planet" on Netflix is superb!
  21. @Don Wei If you give a genuine compliment, and you aren't complimenting her with the purpose of manipulating her to sleep with you, then you will get a positive response. Women respond to the underlying intention behind every word that you say. This is given away by your sub-comminication such as body language and tone of voice. I give women compliments frequently. And they almost always respond with a laugh and a smile because I'm socially calibrated and cool. The secret is to give the compliment GENUINELY and with a friendly smile. I'm not expecting her to approve of me, I just say what's on my mind. If a man is trying to trade compliments for sexual favours...that's creepy. The same goes for insults. If you're physically attracted to a woman, that's great, but take the attitude that you don't know if you want to sleep with her or not until she proves to you that she is cool/interesting. If she says or does something that you think is weird/lame/awkward...then SAY IT in a fun and playful way. "Wow, you said didn't know how to dance but I didn't know it was THIS bad! ;)" "You really don't know the capital of Canada? Haha wow that's pretty dense *while laughing*" So, basically, when a man gives CONSISTENTLY HONEST feedback about what he thinks about the girl...then his compliments are to be trusted as genuine. Sometimes the best opener is... "Hello! I'll be honest, I walked over to talk to you because I thought you were good looking *said while smiling/laughing + direct eye contact* What's your name?" It's never about WHAT you say and always about HOW you say it.
