  1. @Shubh_5S Life just is. Our opinions/thoughts about it is the illusion. And so is the concept lazinnes.
  2. Sounds more like a fraud, then again i cant be bothered to even watch one video so my opinion should kind of be ignored
  3. @FeelFree One is firsthand and the other is secondhand. Unless you do the science yourself of course.
  4. @Issa Campusano Thanks
  5. I am writing this down for future use and incase its helpfull. Today i looked at people and objects as a reflection of myself. I didnt realy see anything i can put in words apart from the stuff i project on it. And i went to ikea to buy a potato pealer for my mother in law.
  6. Our egos want it, our egos need it, our egos drool over it. And we attach ourself to it and don't recognize what is truly going on.
  7. + we get to use this form, thats free to
  8. Sounds good . You shouldn't have any reason not to keep it up! If you do, ill call it bullshit before knowing what it is No shortcuts, no magical guy in the sky. When we want something we must work for it. Waiting for change (or believing obama ) and just stilling on your ass is always a bad idea.
  9. 0. All of this is nothing more then your imagination.
  10. @Schuchti11 If you want to find the truth you need to accept that your ego will never find it. You must also except your ego for what it is and what it wants and not try to hide it in the closet. You must shine the light of your awareness on it. My advice to you would be to be brutally honest your yourself, so much it hurts.
  11. @LetTheNewDayBegin Wouldn't call that a small one, many can say it but most refuse it. If you accept it you understand the "nothing". Don't forget that the "small", "progress", "time" is just more of the same.
  12. @rush If you meditate to calm the mind the results are quite easy to see. As in calmer mind = result.
  13. @Menko There is nothing wrong with being materialistic, we all want stuff, and hey, who doesn't prefer a nice conformity bed over a cardboard box. Your ego wants both so there's no point in me answering which one, as your going for both anyways . Anyways doing nothing, or even just thinking about doing something doesn't do anything. So do something
  14. @Martin123 Isn't it more about "how much can your ego bullshit you" if a awakening happens? Funny thing is that yes you need to give up your attachment to enlightenment if you want to reach it
  15. @philosogi Short answer: No Long answer: Enlightenment gives you freedom from ego, it doesn't destroy it or anything like that. To experience any kind of emotion or in other words "give a shit" ego is required as the "nothing" doesn't care about anything.
  16. A attachment to visuals does not lead to detachment. VR without drugs might give you some cool insights do. Like for example how little your eyes actually do, and how most of the stuff you see is created by your mind. VR is quite affordable now a days and its worth if for the porn alone
  17. Could this theory be a conspiracy to discredit the alternative media? 911, ok. chemtrails, ok. flateart, crazy.
  18. Impossible. However, with a extreme awakening (in theory) you could mentally masturbate yourself to death (this is not enlightenment do).
  19. Dont forget that you are also attached on detaching from ego. The whole search for enlightenment is ego and attachment. Which is fine (hence the reason your searing) but simply being aware of this fact and being honest with your "self" does help. Also this might sound silly but, wanting something and being attached to something is not the same. "I want to go on vacation dammit!", but its fine if i don't go because i am not attached to that thought (that thought is a thought and i am its observer, that doesn't give a shit).
  20. You are all wrong, the earth is triangle shaped
  21. When detaching from thoughts other thoughts arise to which you are more likely to attach. Don't mistake this for anything more than that. You are the observer and not the object/thing being observed.
  22. @Visionary To detach from something you must first accept that that something is nothing more than a thought that you created in your mind , that you label as important and cherish.
  23. @Deepak sadhwani Use the right tools for the right job. Future predictions have there practical application, we use them all the time. But we also have a tendency to try digging holes with a hammer.
