Hi friends
I have tried to be emotionally strong and be self actualized being born in underdeveloped country and manipulative background It has always been hard for me to deal with emotions.
something emotional happened to me last year and it was a serious shock for me and now i trying to be better and strong person.
writing helped me:
when i was in emotional chaos i was unable to focus .I just tried to survive .i did not wanted to touch those sensitive areas or pushy points. Then after 8 to 9 months of incident one day i tried to write down all the things happened as if it had happened to somebody else and this helped me .

and then tore off the papers.
Still i don on random papers and dispose them off
Question :
how can i use different ways of general keeping for the betterment of myself.?
what are areas of life and how can i use generaling like in one of video of Leo he told use of general or writing about Judgment
