LaucherJunge replied to LaucherJunge's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Mighty Mouse It is no programming, those are insights which I had trough various happenings in my life and meditation/contemplation, which I simply connected together. @snowleopard Exactly, the great thing was that I got to this insight without having strange loops in mind, but in the end it's all interconnected. All roads lead to Rome. -

Balance is achieved when you are on neither side and embrace both, which is the middle way obviously. In fact balance is the only thing that exists. But I guess you have to grasp this yourself, explaining this is pointless. I had a hard time putting this sentence together in a neutral way. The state of peace is the state which enlightened masters report, calling it a state is just for the sake of expressing it, no word is really 100% correct because words are very limited. -

@Mighty Mouse The extent of this insight is way deeper than that. By fighting shadows or evil you only strenghten them, embrace them. This is why enlightened masters don't have a morality which is good or bad, because a morality which is inherently good will only make the evil stronger, true balance, true peace is achieved by embracing both. With meditation you shouldn't be looking for a high state of bliss, you are looking for a balanced state of peace. Every action has a response in order to balance it out. Taking drugs will give you high states of bliss by raising your dopamine, but then you will suffer the withdrawl. Orgasms will give you high states of bliss by raising your dopamine aswell, but after those you will also suffer withdrawl, especially if we are talking about porn, curing the withdrawl with more orgasms will only further destroy your inner balance. Relationships are all about balance that is the way unconscious attraction works, as an example a man who is feminine to 25% and masculine to 75% will attract and be attracted the most by a women who is feminine to 75% and masculine to 25% because they are supposed to learn from each other and achieve a balance of 50% masculine and 50% feminine. Emotions exist because they are leading you to express an imbalance inside of you in order to achieve balance. Those are just a few examples because this basically applies to everything in some way. -
LaucherJunge replied to AleksM's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Mighty Mouse How do you know if I am being fooled by this? I just found it entertaining when I watched it 2 years ago and felt like posting it here, if I believe if this is true or not couldn't be less relevant in either case. What speaks for his case is that there was a video of him up on turrents that showed him briefing some high ranked military people and also the many videos of people using his alien communication device/app or whatever it was seemed to show results, would be hard to fake that with so many different people in different places, but who knows, I have been looking around for those videos for like half an hour and they didn't seem to end I don't know how many got deleted by now though. There is also much stuff that speaks against him, although if you buy his story it would be logical that there is. -

@lmfao Internet addiction is often disguise for another addiction or atleast connected to it. I would start with other addictions that might be related to it and deal with the internet addiction the very last. Like addictions to porn, video games, animes, whatever you have there, if you lose those things chances are getting off the internet will get 1000x easier. Especially porn addiction is very underrestimated, it is comparable to an addiction to hard drugs. You wouldn't do heroin, would you? So you should also not do porn, if you do. By the way it is the nr. 1 tool against social anxiety if you stop it.

@blazed How does you quoting me change the context of what I said? It is still just an extreme example, if it is fitting in your case is up to you, I don't know you. regular sex with orgasms with a real partner are as bad for you as masturbation and additionally bad for the relationship, bonding sex without orgasm however is a different thing. I am just being honest, if you can't deal with honesty, I wish you good luck with self-actualizing.
-
@blazed I couldn't help but laugh about your comment, thank you for this beautiful moment of joy. You seem to have jumped to the conclusion that I called you a porn junkie, when in fact I didn't, check again. To help you understanding what I mean, the herione junkie was just an extreme example. Your voluerability on this subject, speaks for itself though.
-
@blazed The other stuff you were talking about was indeed obvious, but I wasn't talking about that, your sentence was just worded incorrectly. "try to not fap whilst watching porn everyday" as opposed to "if you were to trying to not fap then watching porn daily would make it insanely hard" try noticing the difference. By the way it is common for people to react aggressively when you expose their defense mechanisms, like rationalization in this case, just trying to help you my friend.
-
I don't get this? You obviously don't watch porn, that is the purpose behind it. You are just rationalizing your addiction mate, a heroin junkie will try doing the same, try to reflect upon it.

Great post. Porn has became an epidemic in todays society. Men are not becoming less and less masculine because they are getting feminized, they are wasting their essence on porn. It is the Number 1. addiction which so many people don't even see as one, this is what makes it so dangerous. With Cocaine and heroin you will atleast know what you are doing to yourself, with porn it really isn't that obvious and you may end up thinking that other things are causing you issues in life, while in fact porn and masturbation is what causes easily 50% of all your troubles in life.

@Ilya Seems like you are driven to do some shadow work right now. Doing shadow work might make your joy even lower for a few days but in the end when successful it will make your limit for the average higher. -
@spicy_pickles Law of attraction works with frequencies, it is not as simple as people make it to be. If you imagine things out of lack you radiate the frequency of lack and it just becomes more, you will not even notice it for the most part when you are actually trying to attract something out of lack or when you have unresolved traumas or issues around that subject which keep you from being in a high frequency range around that area. Only when you do the neccessary shadow work and don't lack those things anymore you will start attracting them into your life. Because you automatically attract everything into your life which matches your frequency, that is the true law of attraction.

LaucherJunge replied to Charlotte's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Charlotte Meditation has too many benefits to even be able to remember all of them. It transforms all of your life the longer you do it, it leads you trough the areas you need to change in your life slowly but steadily, it is not just the meditation itself but how it changes your actions. You will start dissolving one addiction after another, will start becoming more healthy and healthy with your lifestyle and you will become more happy and loving towards your environment, will start dealing with all of your accumulated feelings which were repressed all of your life without you even noticing, it will start resolving traumas at some points. This is still just a tiny fragment of the benefits which are achieved indirectly trough meditation. Science itself is totally overwhelmed by the benefits of it, more and more different kinds of scientists start caring for those benefits be it psychologists, psychiatrists, neurologists, cardiologists.. the list goes on and on, the benefits are just beyond imagination. -
LaucherJunge replied to Jamie Universe's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Jamie Universe Sounds like restless legs syndrome to me. As AleksM said magnesium helps alot with this. It also has to do with dopamine, if you have a withdrawl from something it might happen for a certain period until recovery. -
@Angelo John Gage Let me take a movie as an example. A movie consists of many frames or pictures each of those pictures was already there all the time but we put it together chronologically in order to make a movie out of it. The absolute of God which can't be expressed in words is already absolute, change is only the illusion we are able experience with our limited bodys, God itself can only experience this change with certain limitations like time and space, that is why we exist in the first place, to experience exactly that.

LaucherJunge replied to Privet's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Privet I had this multiple times but one time I will never forget. I was waiting with my classmates in front of the classroom and suddenly started laughing about one of them without a reason, I laughed for 10 minutes straight and cried more tears of laughter than I could have ever cried with real crying, people were reaching me multiple tissues, I could have kept this going for longer even but the teacher appeared and I put an effort to stop myself. -

"I" wouldn't change anything, it would change by itself without any effort. -

@pluto I stumbled upon this first contact video recently. She seems to be very legit. -
LaucherJunge replied to egoless's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I think that there is much more behind it than many think. At the same time there will be many people who are fooling people with such things, or maybe just kind of building a big story around a small truth to have more to tell. If you believe that there are different dimensions than you shouldn't be surprised that there are people who are capable of tapping into those eventually. For example I was curious about palm reading and was just looking for a random guide, I was really surprised when actually literally every one of the readings I did to myself based on the guide had much truth behind it, as opposed to the other possibilities your lines could look like, It did describe my personality exceptionally well. You will have to go with your intuition to find out if someone is legit or not. -
@Alexo45 It has much to do with biology, you can't just trick millions of years of evolution like that. The dopamine release is the highest for sexual acts for a reason, the reason is reproduction. Drinking water usually isn't really associated with dopamine release, rather the sensation of thirst, which is another way our biology forces us to do what we are suppossed to do. Just that we don't live in that day and age anymore where reproduction is neccessary, on the contrary reproduction is causing alot of problems nowadays. Also just because dopamine makes you happy doesen't mean that more of it = better life. Balanced levels of dopamine will offer a better more stable way of living and in the end you are not gaining anything from having orgasms, just those 2 seconds pleasure which would otherwise be distrubuted all over your daily life.
-
@Alexo45 See it like this. Let me put this simple, everything that makes you happy is because of the dopamine release. Watching porn overloads your dopamine receptors so much that you need more and more of it (fetishes and stuff, or just more pictures/videos) to get the same effect, after some time you will need porn to feel normal in your daily life but at the same time you will have less and less motivation to do anything, people usually don't notice that because it is a very slow and subtle process. If you stop porn you are in a withdrawl of course but with time pretty much every activity will start make you happy and you will be motivated to do so much more. Masturbation is very similar to that just that the high from porn is bigger over a longer period of time. This is just one aspect of it, there is still much more to it than this, but it already should convince you.
-
@Alexo45 Im curious is it very different from day 14 onward? Because I heard that is the time it needs to completely get rid of the aftereffects of orgasm. So far I did 13 days last month and am now on day 10 but this time I felt all troughout like I can keep it going for ever, like I can stay celibate forever the book Cupids Poisoned Arrow really helped me alot too see how bad orgasm actually is in general.
-
@Ross Do yourself a favour and read the book "Cupids Poisoned Arrow". Do you have any idea what porn is doing to your mental health? It is comparable to heroin, just that the physical symptoms are not there.

LaucherJunge replied to Richard Alpert's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I always thought that he is missing some humility. I don't know the detail of what is happening behind the scenes, but I think that he is still helping alot of people with teachings from great sources and that is still way more than many other people do. Surely it is a bad idea to have him as your only spiritual source and teacher but he adds to the variety of possible sources and may attract people to spirituality who wouldn't have found the way otherwise.
