  1. This is after cleaning it with a brush and soap. The black is non stick. I dont know, but I had a hard time getting stainless steel to work. But I am not a big fan of using to much fat in the pan.
  2. Yeah. I know people are saying that you arent supposed to wash it, but I clean my pan after every use. This picture is from a pretty heavy wok which is scratched off.
  3. I am using carbon steele pans. I have used cleared butter to "season" the pan. When I have used it over and over, the fat fuses with the steel so you get a black coating. My pans are almost as good as non stick. I have tried stainless steele, and they are a lot more sticky compared to carbon steele. What do you think about "seasoned" carbon steele pans? Are they toxic?
  4. I did ketamine yesterday. I am really sensitive to energy. So I felt something was weird in the grounding under my feet. I went to the electric circuit breaker panel in my house pulling the electricty on and off, and when it when I turned it off I felt so much more relaxed. What do you guys think?
  5. Hi. I am referring to this thread: I have felt off for a very long time. I thought my serotonin receptors was damaged. Or something fucked up had happened to my nerve system. I dont know. Something has been off. The psychedelic experience was huge turning point in my life. I have been in a search trying to fix this. I was borderline suicidal. This summer I have been doing thorough bloodwork at my doctors office. My prolactin levels have been elevated. I had a reference bloods done a couple of years ago which showed 140 on a scale where <400 is abnormal. I have several consecutive measurements now months a part in the 700-900 range. That explains a lot. I have felt like shit. No motivation, no energy, moody etc. Prolactin is the reverse of dopamine. If you have high prolactin, you conversely often have low dopamine. This explains why I have been so drawn to dopaminergic hedonism like junk food, nicotine etc. I started to use P-5-P (vitamin B6 phosfate), vitamin E and zink. I feel better each time that goes by. I am also getting my pituitary scanned. Does anybody have insight into this?
  6. @Leo Gura I will try to get one. Will I feel it sober?
  7. Haha I am not on any medication. I have cleaned up my diet, which didn´t help. But I can feel the difference with taking P-5-P Is this better than doing P5P? I am currently doing that while taking multivitamin which also contain B6
  8. I had a fucked up experience doing 25I-NBOMe sold as LSD. It was a nightmare. I have gotten over it though. Haven't seen a lot of symptoms of brain damage, but I have lost a lot of appetite for food. I almost don't crave anything. I tried doing LSD past week, but it was a very mild trip compared to before. Something felt very off. Zero introspection or magic. Almost no visual stuff going on. I think I might have done some damage to my serotonin receptors. Does anybody know if I could do somthing to fix my problems? Is there any psychedelics I could use to stimulate or kick start my serotonin system? Is there some kind of supplements that helps with brain health and serotonin receptors? I am eating vitamin d, omega 3 oil, multivitamins and exercising 4-5 times a week. Also eating a healthy diet. It also seems like people who have been on SSRI´s experience problems with their serotonin systems. If they have been on it for some while, psychedelics dosent work on them anymore.
  9. Hahaha. Communication skills is probably not your strongest side😅 Have anybody before told you that you are a bit arrogant and condescending? If you are trying to convince somebody, invalidating other their opinions and experiences is probably not the best way to go about it. So no people haven´t died of 25i overdose? Have you read any of the studies about 25i or are you just talking out of your ass? Seriously. Brain damage, cns damage, whatever. There is at least something. Read between the lines and dont be so litteral.
  10. To be honest, it seems like you dont know what you are talking about. 25i-NBOME is highly neurotixic. I know it was some kind of NBOME because of the metallic taste. Look up studies of people getting problem with their CNS. Heartproblems, hypertension etc. When I talk about brain damage, I am not necessarily talking about brain tissue dying, but something in my brain have changed and become abnormal. When it goes for the chemical modelling of the brain, we don´t really know what is ACTUALLY going on with it. We have rough hypothetical models, but these are not precise. There is a gazillons of interactions in the brain we have zero knowledge about. Humans are not some constant variable either. Some people react differently than others to different drugs. I have taken a lot of drugs in my life, but I know something went south when I ingested this substance.
  11. A little update: After reading online I ended up buying Lions Mane, NAC and Acetyl L Carnitine. This has really helped a lot. I have got a lot of the sensation in my stomach back. I also recognize I start to notice a lot of my creative thoughts have been coming back. I think that Lions mane is the most impactful nootropic in this regard. It is supposed to increase neural growth factor. I have also bought some Cerebrolysin. It will probably have a lot more effect with its brain-derived neurotrophic factor, glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor, nerve growth factor, and ciliary neurotrophic factor. I am thinking a dosage of 10 ml 5 times a week with 2 days break for a month. Will report back with results!
  12. I just saw that he had like 4.9 rating with 100s of reviews, so didn't think about it. Of course now I feel stupid as fuck. Never going to do the same mistake again..
  13. Hmm. To be honest, it's hard for me to assess your situation without knowing your whole history. But I think that depression often happens because a person have supressed a lot of emotions either through childhood or later in life making them emotionally numb. Processing and integrating these feelings could lift a depression.
  14. That is the million dollar question. I have been reading on forums on people taking ssri´s. It seems that it does something to the receptors. My understanding is that we got a serotonin and dopamine emotional energy system. Dopamine is pleasure and drive (distinct energy) while the serotonin system is attachment and love (distinct energy). Women have higher estrogen which makes them get higher serotonin then men and vice versa. That is why they are more caring then men. I think that ssri´s could fuck up the serotoninerg part of the emotional energy system, making people emotionally numb. Its probably poison.. If you just google long term withdrawal symptoms ssri after quitting, there is a lot of anecdotes. We have actually very little clue about how the brain and nervous system precisely works. There is probably a LOT of interactions happening that we have noe clue about.. One anecdote was of a guy who used one form of ssri. It worked for a while, I think some years, until it stopped working. They ended up trying many different medications which didn't work. He became suicidal with Anhedonia.. His symptoms got ten times worse than before starting medication.
  15. No, it was really stupid of me.. I really fucked up... I have had a really good experience with the dark net places upon that point. Buying good drugs for probably 10 years. But these days it just seems that the drug markets are flooded with fake drugs. Just look at all the fentanyl, fake benzes etc. Its really fucked up..
  16. Ohh, that's cool. Maybe its some genetic thing, but some people have tripping destroyed for life after taking ssri´s.
  17. No problem. The LSD was sourced at a dark net marketplace. I never thought about fake drugs, but It seems like its starting to become the norm, sadly...
  18. Problem with NBOMe is that's a full agonist and have a high neurotoxicity. It literally felt like my brain was frying. It felt like I have ingested poison into my system. It just felt really wrong. If this was actually happening or something I was imagining, I don't know..
  19. It was back in the start of January.
  20. Are you using SSRI´s? I have seen a lot of anecdotes of people who have taken SSRI and never been able to trip afterwards. Some people have gone 5 years without antidepressants and still not being able to trip.
  21. How to argue against science? I am a bit frustrated that scientists have so much authority in our society, when they are pretty clueless about what is going on. I think narcissism in academia is holding society back. Science could be so much better than what it is today. I saw Leos video on science, but at the same time I would like to be able to to argue against science with very concrete and specific examples that layman and scientists have a hard time arguing against. Does anybody have some arguments against science? These are some of my points: A lucid dream is as physical as reality. The phenomenological quality of the sensory modalities are the same, and are sometimes even better (for example brighter colors). A dream is just as physical as normal waking state. But the physical laws are not the same. It is for example possible to swim in space In a black hole, all of our models and scientific understanding breaks down. This shows that science have limits Science dosent work after we are dead. Again, limited Science is based upon fundamental assumptions that haven´t been tested empirically. For example cause and effect. If there is a cause and an effect, there must be a cause for our universe and that cause needs to have a cause which will regress into infinity. Language is based on the fundamental assumption that there is a sender and a receiver. Logic and rationale are human qualities which is placed upon reality. Reality isn’t logical nor rational. All science is based upon logic.
  22. Yeah. when you learn about science in academia they always say it's about probabilities. But the way that it is used in society and understood by people in general is that scientific evidence is truth. Science if models of subjective phenomenology. I think that you can sort the different sciences into "tiers" of accuracy of the models. The more concepts you lay over each other, the more the data will be distorted. The more factors involved the harder it is to draw a conclusion. Classical physics for example will be easy to replicate because what you measure will often be constant. There are som outliers like quantum mechanics, but the mathematics and physics of sending a rocketship to the moon will mostly be the same. These sciences are mechanical. And it has only one layer. In medicine, you have "objective" parameters you measure in the body. On top of this you have the persons unique biology, enoviremental factors and genetics. This are two layers of distortion. In psychology you could have the persons genetics, enoviremental factors, culture etc. The more correlating factors, the more distortions. Regarding the replication crisis, I think that this is a big red flag. But when I discuss this with scientists it's just being brushed off like nothing. The way I see it is that a lot of science is actually relativism. And a lot of value disappears and insight disappears when you compress information. The reason to argue (but which is also low vibration), is that when you discuss something that isn't scientifically proven you just meet a wall of scientist or science fanatics saying "is it proven?", "could it be placebo?", "I don't believe that if its not based upon science" and it get brushed off like it is nothing. I think this is kind of sad...
  23. Long story short. Though I took some LSD. It was bitter, but tought it was the blotter ink. I felt pretty fast that this wasn't LSD. On the comedown it felt like somebody had put gasoline and other dissolving chemicals into my brain. It felt like mye nervous system was getting fried. It was a terrible feeling. Could I have done permanent damage to myself? Could it be that my sensory nerves are getting less sensitive?
  24. Talked to my doctor today. She has previously specialized in drug abuse. She told me that she was skeptical that I could have hurt my serotonin system over this one incident. She said that the body could handle a lot of drugs, but there could be some serotonergic disturbance for a little time. I am starting to feel a lot better also. Lesson of the story, always test the drugs you are taking.
