Wants to be total alone, to look at her Shadow. Looking at your Shadow will always be hard and anxious, right? There is no other way than to go to these traumatized Feelings and feel the pain once again over and over until you heal from it.

So She is not doing it right? She wants to look at her trauma issues but complains how hard it is and that she has nö energy for anything right now

@Nadosa you are right, she misses security. she panics if she thinks about future. this has nothing to do with psychedelics. She is not tripping since 2 month and she had heavy panic attacks before she had her first trip. Right now she sleeps the whole day

She now says that she is feeling like the peak of an LSD Trip all the time. She is too deep into something to talk to anyone, she cannot speak. She can look at her shadows like an open book and is ULTRA sensitive. She wants to be alone. Anyone experienced this?

Hello there, is there a recommendation for microdosing psychedelics or taking a high dose of psychedelics against panic attacks? my girlfriend had strong trauma from her past, she was bullied. Now 15 years later her music teacher bullies her a little because she plays not so good and now her panic attacks come back. She takes high doses of lsd (200 micro), it heals a bit but her panic attacks stay What would be best? Is 5 meo dmt a good choice?

@Aaron p it will speed up everything, yes. But I only can speak of lower doses. 5 meo helped me a lot in many ways. Try it out for yourself!

I can vizualize her fully naked and can interact with her.almost like watching real porn but visualization is more background I dont See with my eyes these visualizations in Front of me like I would on psychedelics (or like watching a porn Video)

I would recommend microdosing lsd which makes you more emotional unstable but only at the beginning. You will grow with every week. You either Deal with your emotions or you should never ever take a normal dose.
